Open every day except on Sunday, always a broad variety of food and beverage options and enough places to sit down and enjoy your meal choices. Only the music is sometimes annoying as it sounds like an Instagram "model" singing along with a group of "The Smurfs". But that's a matter of taste. I like it here and will always choose this Pret A Manger over a hotel breakfast when I'm in the area.

Very good selection of cold and hot sandwiches, soup,salads,and drinks. Very well priced.

6.45 is not open , can you change open time in the website please ? Lost alot of time to see it’s closed!

Pleasant Pret branch — calm atmosphere — doesn’t get overly crowded — plenty of seating.

General alright. Good AC conditioner. But they don’t have sockets so don’t expect to charge here.

This Pret location is falsely advertised as offering blended drinks on the Pret website. Disappointingly, the location no longer makes smoothies and has removed their blender. The Pret membership really isn't worth it without blended drinks.

I got my phone stolen in this pret The staff were not helpful at all Be careful don’t have your phone out on the table when in here

Poor service.. . Running out of food.. Pret is going down hill really fast.

I have been using Pret A Manger in Kingsway since 2005 and it remains my most favourite Pret branch in Central London. The staff members are always upbeat and there is a large comfortable seating area. It is in a central location along Kingway, a few minutes walk from Aldwych.

The worst Pret I've had the misfortune of going to. You should go to the one on Strand instead, it's just minutes away. They are EXTREMELY slow and disorganised. I've been there three times. The first time, not only did it take long to get the drink, but my extra hot drink was so hot they burnt the milk and it tasted awful (has never happened at other locations). The second time, after waiting 10 minutes I asked about my drink only to discover they had marked it as complete without ever making it (they didn't tell me this or apologise, I could tell from the argument that ensued between the baristas). Third time I stepped in there, I saw things were moving just as slow as always so decided to pass.

Worst customer service ever, stuff are very rude.

Pleasant decor. A few seats, we used in the evening. God range of pastries with our cappuccinos. Remain concerned on the fate of the coffee containers - landfill?

Very friendly and responsive staff, environment is great and hygienic. Food is always good and fresh at Pret.

If i could give less than one star i would have given that. How rude are the staff. They dont know customer service, especially a lady on the till. Very rude and not at all helpfull. Kindly change these kind of stupid staff.

It was goood place to sit and chill, have a chat. They close at 7pm. They were running out of the frappes base. Which was untimely as we got hotter days ahead of us so couldn't order what I wanted. But either wai my cold chai latte was good 👍 Great service by the baristas. It was nixe and cool inside and quite spacious so you could sit anywhere. Only thing I would say is stock up on the frappes base 😉

Most of the staff are very friendly but today the women who served me was absolutely terrible and had an annoyed face when I was ordering. Very disappointing experience

It was too difficult to explain that we were waiting too long for our order. When we realize that something went wrong, the staff was impolite and impatient to understand what happened.

Nice location, friendly stuff; a bit on the tiny/noisy side, but it really depends from what time you go there.

I was not familiar with this fast food store before our trip to the UK, but it seems to be on every corner … and they are now in 10 countries around the world. They carry soup, sandwiches, salads, snacks, coffee and cold drinks. I looked them up and was impressed about their commitment to use organic ingredients. But I will tell you that on a 93 degree day in London when we really wanted a COLD soft drink, all of their cokes were luke warm ☹

great choice of sandwiches and snacks- we are vegan and we were catered for well - coffee is good and arange of cold drinks- it isnt cheap but not teh most expensive either

The female manager/supervisor, don't remember her name sorry, was very kind and took the time and effort to find me something gluten free from the menu. Plus gave me coffee on the house. Very nice gesture thanks. Will visit again as the customer experience was excellent.

Rude staff and rude treatment while ordering and when approached. We paid more to stay and they still treat us with rudeness, especially one guy of the staff One of the worst Pret A Manger, never again.

Paddy's Day today. Stopped for breakfast and cheered up immensely by watching staff deal cheerily with grumpy London punters All staff were buzzing, made an effort to wear green and no one was kept waiting more than a few seconds. Breakfast was good too

The best filter-coffee in London only for 0.99£. Super fast, always fresh and always nicely. Highly recommend.

The chicken pesto salad disappeared. I fear my dreams for a successful and chicken pesto filled 2019 have gone with it. The chicken soup is nice though.

Goede kwaliteit prijs verhouding. Lekkere, verse hapjes en drankjes. Alles zeer betaalbaar. Chai-soya-latte is hier veel lekkerder dan bij Starbucks. Waar je bovendien in de rij moet staan, en het dubbele betaald. Wij zijn fan!

This Pret location is the best Pret location in London. I had the best experience today when I was assisted by Paola who was so helpful, friendly and professional. She honestly made my day!

For eating on the go, it was what we were looking for. Not eaten in at a Pret A Manger before & I was pleasantly surprised. Tip - the daily code for access to the washrooms, is on the bottom of your receipt.

My husband and I had lunch here whilst waiting to see a show at the Aldwych theatre , good food,good prices,clean and comfortable shop, excellent staff and service.

Don't have Vegetarian food options

Besides the good service I got in the store, I am extremely happy with the way the employees helped me when I left my wallet there. When I got back to Nottingham I realised I left my wallet in their toilet, so I called 3.5 hours after I left the Pret and the woman I spoke to — Agne — made sure my wallet was posted back to me, and it still has all my money + cards in it. Thank you very much, my faith in humanity is restored.

I watched a documentary which included how well staff are trained to work at Pret. They are told specifically to offer not just great but outstanding customer service to all customers. Smiling is a must and going the extra mile. It has to be said that they do an outstanding job and you will notice the difference, if not then take note of the person and let a manager know… a Pret Manager ;) Personally I am always greeted with a lovely smile and a helpful member of staff. The food is so good (though be warned the Artisan baguette is tough on the roof of your mouth, unless that’s just me). The coffee is delicious as is the tea. I’ve tried the big special salad with chicken/avocado/olives etc. So good!!! I will say the Kale crisps are way over priced!? I think it’s about £1.50 for tiny amount of crisps, the worst part is that they taste AMAZING!! So you want to buy more (If you can re-mortgage you house on the spot). The chicken soup is really good, if you’re feeling under the weather, grab one and a roll, that will sort you right out. They have free WiFi and the seating is nice. There are plenty of snacky bits to pick up for on the go, healthy or outright indulgent.

Only went in because it was raining but coffee good

Was OK, the same as any other pret. However the place could have been cleaner. Not sure if it's usual for London but you need a code to use the toilet this is on your receipt I haven't seen this elsewhere.

sitio moderno con amplia variedad de platos, bebidas, cafes, etc dado que hacia un dia muy frio hmos tomado una sopa en un vaso termico que por 3,5 libras ha sido como un tesoro. buena cantidad y bun sabor. seguro que durante los proximos dias repetimos en algun momento...

Whilst catching up with friends here we noticed how friendly the staff were especially a man called Mancin. He was very attentive, helpful and kind! He made our stay such a pleasurable one that we ended up staying and drinking coffee for over 3 hours! He always had a smile on his face and was always busy doing one thing or another! He is an asset to your establishment and I think he should be recognised for his professional attitude.
