The service was hard for the team it being so busy, but it was still amazing once you were seen to Atmosphere had a buzz to it every customer was raving over the food and hapoy to wait to be accommodated to as the food is that good The team were clear on allergens and my partner loved the cube crossiant

Other than some staff could be bit nicer(might be the busy time foult) the place have a good selection of food, nice coffee and pastries, a nice touch is a selection of wines and products which you could consider to buy. It gets busy but not overwhelming. I can recommend.

I ordered two lemon tarts online. What a surprise it was to receive two soggy shortbread pastries filled with water. The pastry completely fell apart. I tried to contact the app but couldn’t get a refund. Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat the tarts because they were nothing like proper pâtisserie. You can see the water on right side of the shortbread.

Le Deli Robuchon Piccadilly is a lovely place with a relaxed but stylish atmosphere. The menu has a range of fresh, well-prepared dishes. The pastries are especially delicious, and the gourmet sandwiches are great for a quick snack or a relaxed meal.

The cafe restaurant just opposite the Green Garden offers self-service ordering. There are freshly cut meats, vegetables, bread, and soups. You can order freely and let the staff prepare the side dishes for you. The taste is good.

Nice place, I tried the Chocolate Cube Croissant and it was alright but nothing spectacular. Super expensive for what you get. Not really worth it.

We decided to visit a cozy café in the heart of central London for breakfast. We tried the almond croissant, which was delicious but quite hard, and the vanilla cube croissant, which we would rate a 5 out of 10. The concept is cool, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The vibe of the café is spectacular, but the service could use some work—they forgot to provide forks and knives, and it took a long time to get them. Overall, it’s a nice spot, conveniently located near Green Park if you’re planning to visit.

I bought 2 galettes des rois for 46gbp each. I was expecting something impressive and what a disappointment… it was so dry with barely any filling, the pastry was over cooked. You can do find better ones for less than 10gbp.

I had high hopes for this cafe Being located on the way to Piccadilly it’s a perfect place to stop for a morning coffee whilst walking up. The coffee is good and the pastries are nice, it is let down by the staff not engaging with the customers. It all feels like an upmarket Pret without the buzz

Delicious. We ordered a chicken sandwich, and the square is like a croissant, stuffed with creme brûlée, and the tea is delicious and comes cold.

The cakes are great and the restaurant is beautiful. However, some cakes are a little too sweet for me!

The atmosphere is nice and the bread and coffee are delicious. The salad in particular has a very special taste. I highly recommend it

It is all good: service, atmosphere and food/drinks, but for me it is just for a "treat" from time to time.

Unless you like cold pastries, poor coffee, missing menu items, a 'french' cafe thats too busy to make Croque Monsieur, and extra doses of surly attitude from staff I wouldn't bother...and apparently you can toast a cheese and ham croissant in 15 seconds. Awful.

The chocolate and vanilla square croissants were of good quality. Well filled and deliciously fresh. Coffee is tasty, good portion. Staff is very short, does not listen to orders properly, and talks to each other at the same time. Some people look arrogant or bored, which is a shame.

Food and pastries are amazing and most of the staffs are very welcoming and friendly besides the one lady that helps us to order. She didn’t give us gravy for the hot food too.

Excellent bakery - the baguette tradition is excellent (and at £2.1, is relatively good value by London standards, given the quality). Viennoiseries excellent as well - especially the pain suisse and pain au chocolat. Note: I've been getting the Robuchon products through Bluto, a French-run delivery service I highly recommend (unfortunately on pause since Nov 29), so can't comment about the in-store experience.

I went with my three daughters and the waiter has been nice with them, the excellent food.

I went there on purpose to try the croissant cube, but they were no longer there. It was 1 hour before closing time and they had practically no cakes left. I tried online for the next day, but it was also unsuccessful.

Has been a regular customer for many years in a row. Almond and chocolate croissant is still very good as usual! Chicken and roast beef are still very good, especially chicken. Desserts are still on a great level. Personnel is very good, low turnover. This is still my go-to place, but so much disappointment with new sandwiches/baguettes.

The branch in Chelsea all Of sudden was closed by Robuchon. No notice no explanation no warning. Loyal clients stuck outside because they has appointments there.

Square croissant is really worth it and delicious. The coffee is good too. Service is a bit inefficient with long queue waiting for coffee after paying. The place is also pretty loud.

Coffee is bad. Cappuccino is basically milk, you don't taste coffee. We also tried cheesecake. Fresh but nothing special. I wouldn't recommend it

La ubicación es muy agradable y elegante. Pero un poco sucio, por ejemplo, agujeros en la tapicería, inodoro sucio. La bollería se ve muy bien y los bocadillos también. Sin embargo, el pollo estofado y el resto de la comida caliente en el mostrador se ven exactamente lo que probablemente son: cocinados hace unas horas y todavía a fuego lento. No parece estrellado. La pregunta es: ¿querría uno pararse detrás de este lugar con su nombre...?

Wir sind wegen meiner 11jährigen Tochter hergekommen. Irgendein ein Food-Influencer hätte die würfelförmigen Croissants gepriesen. Naja, dachte der Boomer in mir, naja. Zwei Tage vorher waren wir noch in Paris und hatten in der Boulangerie „Mamiche“ noch herrliche pain au chocolat gegessen; wir (ich!) waren also präpariert und „geeicht“. Ergebnis: toll!! Wir hatten die Schokovariante. Klar, es sieht alles noch einem kulinarischen Gag aus, ohne Wert, aber weit gefehlt!! Croissant- untypisch hat diese Variante eine Kruste, crunchy mit leichten Röstaromen. Teilt man den Würfel, erscheint ein herrlich fluffiger, mehrlagiger Blätterteig, der eine Schokomousse freigibt. Herrlich!! Wir waren zwei mal dort! Suchtgefahr! Aber: auch der Mittagstisch ist gut und empfehlenswert. Hingehen lohnt sich! Sind wir jetzt auch Influencer??

This place was amazing! My teenage daughter had seen the viral croissant cubes and was desperate to try them and they did not disappoint. Light and fluffy with delicious creamy filling, 10/10! Lovely place to sit and have a cup of tea and cake!

Doesn’t take much to ruin a review - bad service today and bad attitude from staff. Down to three stars now. I often come here with my colleagues, friends and associates for a coffee/tea and something quick to eat. Never lets me down! However, getting a table between 12-midday and 2pm can be tricky so either try to avoid those times or be ready to wait for a table.

Is this really Joel Robuchon’s legacy? Overpriced, couldn’t-care-less staff and fleas on the pastries. Yuck!

Nice space, but very average/weak food for something expensive with the name Robuchon on the door (scrambled eggs were hard and crusty; bacon was half-cooked), and a really odd service model meaning crazy and confusing queues and people constantly shouting as food arrived rather than bringing it to the table

Compared to other cafes, the prices are more affordable, but the products are even tastier. I recommend!

Decent food for rather high end prices, but it takes ages for anything to be prepared despite an empty restaurant and you have to wait around different counters to get food. If you are seemingly fancy and charge the prices for it, making you wait 10 minutes for a croissant is not great

It is less than normal, and the coffee was served in this way, and the blonde employee is in a bad mood, and the place is full of insects, especially the food area, which does not even deserve a star.

Delicious croissant cubes!!!!! Washed down with a glass of bubbles. I brought a group of 20+ chefs here for the croissant cubes, absolutely stunning we tried all 3, the staff couldn’t be more friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely a must any morning or afternoon of the week. Thank you

Psychological and croissant brings heartburn, nothing special

Excellent pastry shop, very renowned and very crowded so the spaces, although quite large, are a bit narrow due to the numerous people enjoying their delicacies. I absolutely wanted to try the Pistachio Cube Croissant, which is WONDERFUL to look at, inside it is filled with a delicious pistachio cream and the brioche dough is particular, in fact it wasn't too sweet in my mouth at all. The prices are quite high, but I can understand the quality of the products and the place where it is located (very close to Buckingham Palace). I recommend it especially if you want to make a good impression on a date as the atmosphere is very nice and satisfying.

Finally I have tried this cube croissant 🥐 I really like it with pistachios was quite delicious On the other hand, the coleslaw salad took me to another world I highly recommend it really really deserved to be tried . Unfortunate, I discovered this caffe on my last days in London 🇬🇧 , but of course it will be my first destination next time On more thing they have Hala food which is an excellent addition actually

I recently visited this bakery, eager to try their famous cube croissant. Unfortunately, it had already sold out by the time I arrived. While I was a bit disappointed, the staff’s exceptional service quickly turned things around. They were incredibly courteous, apologizing for the shortage and suggesting other delicious options. They even offered us free croissants which were fresh, delicious, and beautifully made. Despite missing out on the cube croissant this time, the warm and welcoming service has definitely earned my return visit. I can’t wait to come back and hopefully snag that elusive cube croissant!

Busy European-style deli with a nice selection of pastries, sandwiches, salads and hot food. Opposite Green Park so a good place to get a nice takeaway to eat in the park.

They don't produce the famous croissant cube all day long. We were disappointed that we had to travel all the way to have this experience and that we weren't able to do it.

I went in before closing time half an hour. Dirty counters and unhygienic. I saw couple people on the tables. The staff started commenting loudly as I entered like some lady with a purse! Disgusting behaviour. Where do you get your staff from?. Didn't anyone teach them how to treat customers?.I was there for the first time. I didn't buy anything for obvious reasons and I definitely won't be going back there. Disgusting place.

Hello, I ordered on Deliveroo. I paid £15 for a very tiny portion of salad. I’m extremely shocked with this! And I did not even receive cutlery. I’m so disappointed. Paid for a kids size portion. This is so disappointing. Won’t be ordering ever again and have advised my friends at work too not order.

As always when we go, we had a great time.

The square croissants with cream were tasty but quite pricey. The coffee is really tasty and you get a large quantity. We sat outside at a high table because it was too hot inside, it was uncomfortable. The staff wasn't really friendly.

I only tried their pistachio cube croissant, so I can’t judge the whole place. But it was good, though the filling was far too sweet for my liking. I do need to try a few other pastries to form a proper opinion.

...What? Joel Robuchon was the Chef of the Century. This food tasted worse than the food at Pret. The chicken was dry and flavourless, and the skin was halfway between crispy and rubbery. The vegetables were...adequate? The price was...ridiculous. the staff was rude and the tea was even flavourless. Do not waste money on this place. This is so London.

Few tables mot ready for new customers to sit, while staff chatting and laughing. Hot drinks served in a take-away containers, despite we made clear we were sitting at table. Unbelievable poor service. Never ever I will pop in again.

If you are looking for a quality dine in bakery in Piccadilly or even to take away, I would highly recommend them. It doesn't look like much from the outside on a busy rd, but don't let that fool you. Yes, it's very expensive, especially if you don't live or work in the local area but in my opinion it's definitely worth it! It does get busy, and you will likely queue for a short while. Very polite staff. I personally ordered some pastry to take away. The cubes are one of my favourites, they are very light, not yo sweet at all. Ideal for lunch or to take a treat away with you.

I went in here mainly for the famous cube croissant, but ended up having lunch here as well, which I forgot to take pictures of anyway. The actual food was amazingly delicious and fresh. I then had the matcha and raspberry croissants, but I was so disappointed they didn’t have any pistachio ones.The taste was good and the shape is really intriguing, but it wasn’t spectacular tbh. It was average and I think a little overhyped. All in all, I enjoyed the food we had for lunch, the servers were great and the atmosphere was nice as well. Great to stop by for a quick lunchtime. 👌🏼🤗

I'm impressed with this place. I arrived early and my companion was very late, and yet none of the staff gave me a hard time about taking up a table and just sitting there. The woman at the next door table said her lunch, a small hot box of some sort, was delicious and she needed a doggie bag as the portion was too large to eat all at once. My meal was fine, as was my friend's. I'll definitely come here again if I need lunch in a central location.

5 stars for food, service and atmosphere. My friends and I went to try the hyped cube croissants. I got the classic chocolate and paid approx £7 for it. At 11 am this please wasn’t as busy as we expected, which worked perfectly in our favour. All our croissants were to go and the packaging was excellent 👌🏽each packed in their individual box. The croissant was perfectly flakey and the filling inside was creamy and not overly sweet. Can’t wait to try other flavours.

Famous for the cube croissant, Le Deli Robuchon is a bit of a treat as the prices are more than you would normally pay in London for pastries. I had been wanting to try this cafe since I had gone a couple of times to the Robuchon restaurant many years ago when it was in Covent Garden. I'm glad I did finally make it here. The chocolate cube croissant was just the right size, not too sweet and not too rich. I also had a cheese twist (I forget the fancy name they have for it), but probably wouldn't buy that again. It was at the end of the day, so it may just be that it is better earlier on. The croissant I had early afternoon. The chouquettes (sugar topped pastries) were absolutely delicious and I would buy more if I was in the area. They come in a packet, which makes a great gift. I had them a couple of days later. The toilet was clean. The interior of the restaurant looked spacious, though on a warm day, it didn't seem that appealing. Perhaps on a cold day it might feel cosy. There is an outdoor area, but it is on the main street, so I'd recommend heading across the road to the park (weather permitting).

The pastries were just… Chefs Kiss worthy. The servers were extremely kind but the downside to it being so cozy is that there is not as much seating is necessary. I understand this is not solvable because of its size and I’m fine with waiting
