Has been a regular customer for many years in a row. Almond and chocolate croissant is still very good as usual! Chicken and roast beef are still very good, especially chicken. Desserts are still on a great level. Personnel is very good, low turnover. This is still my go-to place, but so much disappointment with new sandwiches/baguettes.

The location looks nice and elegant. Yet a bit filthy, eg holes in the upholstery, dirty toilet. The pastries look very nice and so the sandwiches. Yet the braised chicken and the rest of the hot food at the counter look exactly what they probably are: cooked a few hours ago and still simmering. Not looking starry. The question is: would one want to stand behind this place with his/her name….?

I would like to thank Robuchon Deli Piccadilly, and especially the young lady who served me, situated near Green Park underground, for patiently listening to my concerns and offering to exchange a product that was not to my liking, with an item that was excellent and worth twice as much, in compensation.

Excellent pastry shop, very renowned and very crowded so the spaces, although quite large, are a bit narrow due to the numerous people enjoying their delicacies. I absolutely wanted to try the Pistachio Cube Croissant, which is WONDERFUL to look at, inside it is filled with a delicious pistachio cream and the brioche dough is particular, in fact it wasn't too sweet in my mouth at all. The prices are quite high, but I can understand the quality of the products and the place where it is located (very close to Buckingham Palace). I recommend it especially if you want to make a good impression on a date as the atmosphere is very nice and satisfying.

Famous for the cube croissant, Le Deli Robuchon is a bit of a treat as the prices are more than you would normally pay in London for pastries. I had been wanting to try this cafe since I had gone a couple of times to the Robuchon restaurant many years ago when it was in Covent Garden. I'm glad I did finally make it here. The chocolate cube croissant was just the right size, not too sweet and not too rich. I also had a cheese twist (I forget the fancy name they have for it), but probably wouldn't buy that again. It was at the end of the day, so it may just be that it is better earlier on. The croissant I had early afternoon. The chouquettes (sugar topped pastries) were absolutely delicious and I would buy more if I was in the area. They come in a packet, which makes a great gift. I had them a couple of days later. The toilet was clean. The interior of the restaurant looked spacious, though on a warm day, it didn't seem that appealing. Perhaps on a cold day it might feel cosy. There is an outdoor area, but it is on the main street, so I'd recommend heading across the road to the park (weather permitting).

And finally the service, or the lack of it. I don't know his name, but who ever was serving at 2pm 17th of may, the older chap, he was rude and cold. Not welcoming or with any enthusiasm at all, for the price of the average food here we were expecting a 1st class service however was disappointed. Lastly, when my partner came here on a previous visit, she was wearing her NHS scrubs right from work and in need of some uplifting drinks, however was completely ignored when trying to make an order, instead having to ask verbally to be served by the manager instead. I had high hopes for my visit given a review of the menu which looked broad and attractive, however it turned out to be sub-par in several areas. It's a confusing combination of sit-in and take-away, and if you sit in you can only order at the counter, meaning that you either have to leave your dining companion or your bags (not advised in London) while you order, or run the risk of ordering your food and there not being a table free. There are several counters, and it's not clear which counter you go to if you want a different / multiple types of food, as I did. The payment counter is awkwardly positioned for both balancing trays and also for the servers to see who has bought what, and I saw several mistakes being made. There were insufficient glasses available so I had to drink out of the bottle and the self-service element of the drinks is open to abuse. The food itself was average - my melanzane was ok but small and expensive, and my guest's chicken baguette too hard for her to eat. Not ideal.

A nice and fancy deli restaurant. The cube croissant was delicious! Too bad they didn’t have the pistachio one.

I wanted to try the cube croissant. I’ve tried the matcha and raspberry cube, it had a fruity taste to it from the raspberry filling. I understand that it is a trendy place and gets really busy, but the tray I was given wasn’t clean, it has some crumbles or crisp, from previous customer I guess. Good flavour, but I still prefer the normal croissant still worth your taste it. It’s a deli shop where you can buy french delicatessen, sweets and wine.

Worth the experience, there is a bit of queue. But it seems like this is the case everywhere. Not a long wait. The cubes are incredible, please use your hands. Coffee is quite good. Service is outstanding.

Delicious salad in a beautifully rustic café. Plus, the self-serve nut butters on every table are lush.

A pretty big Paul with lots of space. You generally can't go wrong when choosing Paul. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and of course delicious food and good coffee.

We had just gotten married at Marylebone Town Hall and walked to the venue for dinner. There were 7 of us, and we were seated in a semi-private dining area, which I hadn’t even requested—but it turned out to be absolutely perfect. The entire team went above and beyond to make everything flawless. From thoughtfully providing water for my bouquet to offering alcohol-free drink options and every little detail in between, they truly made it a magical evening. The relaxed atmosphere, outstanding food, and exceptional attention to detail created a night we’ll never forget. If you’re looking for an unforgettable and enchanting dining experience, this is the place to go!
