Wonderful deli and bakery. The pastries, cheeses and handmade breads are amazing. The teas and wines are excellent too.

Went in this deli for a coffee and ended up having a lovely plum and cream dessert & also some exquisite teabags into the bargain! More to it than they're appears to be!

I went there a few times but today was the first time that i had a full meal there. The service was good, staff are friendly and kind, Michaello (so sorry if im writing the name wrong) customer service was excellent today. They also now serve halal meat which is a plus. They have a variety of meat, chicken, vegetables, salads and of course the patisserie/bakery side are amazing too. Very happy with my overall experience and will definitely eat there and recommend it to others

The place is on a main road easy to reach, nice cozy ambiance the Coffe was good but thr croissants were out of this world u can call me a croissant addict and trust me it will be the kibd of croissants u remember for the rest of ur life

She attempted a bait and switch tactic, distracting us while she made an attempt to touch our food and swiftly grabbed my phone. It was a shocking and distressing moment that left me feeling violated and deeply concerned about the safety of my belongings. I immediately informed the staff about the incident, hoping for their assistance and support. However, their response was disheartening. They informed me that the same woman had been seen in the establishment the week before, suggesting that they were aware of her presence but had not taken any proactive measures to address the situation. This lack of action and concern from the staff only added to my disappointment. In an effort to seek resolution and express my concerns, I sent an email to the company detailing the incident. Unfortunately, I never received a response, which further compounded my frustration and left me feeling unheard. I implore anyone planning to visit Le Deli Robouchon in Mayfair to exercise extreme caution, especially if you have valuable jewelry or phones on the table. It is disheartening to have to issue such a warning, but my experience serves as a reminder that even in seemingly safe and reputable establishments, incidents like these can occur. It is my sincere hope that Le Deli Robouchon takes this incident seriously and implements measures to ensure the safety and security of its patrons. All round fantastic. Good coffee and pastries

The service was good the coffees were very good. The cake selections were fantastic. We had chocolate and vanilla cube croissants which were delicious. We also had a decaf cappuccino with oat milk and latte. I had a second latte and lemon drizzle cake which was also delicious. They are also dog friendly. We also got talking to a lovely couple which made the experience even better. We are definitely going back and will also try the restaurant.

We Came here to try the famous cube croissant. It wasn't disappointing, it had the right amount of sweetness in my opinion. Unfortunately there was just the vanilla flavour available, early in the morning you can get other flavours such as pistachio. We didn't find the waitress at the counter very friendly. Recommended.

The new Chelsea deli is a lovely experience. We came at 11 on a Saturday and got a table easily although it got busy quickly after. It’s pretty inside and a nice place to stay and eat. The service was really quick and very friendly. The caramel cube croissant was lovely. Not overly sweet and sickly but a good ratio of cream to croissant. The cheese and ham croissant and coffee were also really nice. Slight mark down as it is very expensive for a croissant, but we had a lovely morning and will be back.

I drop in here every morning for a coffee before work, sometimes unable to resist temptation of a croissant. The service is always solid. The coffee is the best I’ve had in Mayfair. The team always nail it with a latte that is ready to drink. A small thing but actually really important because most major chains hand you a 200 degree beverage that you can’t drink for three hours. They run a loyalty scheme too - but 10 coffees and get the 11th free, plus a croissant!

Excellent venue for a working lunch or a coffee and treat

We waited with excitement for the opening. How disappointed we are. Badly designed. Staff don’t know what they are doing. Manageress unfriendly and unhelpful. Bizarre and non functional system to place your order. To order a chicken roast, I queued at the till as they require. When my turn came, I was told to first go to ‘ask’ the chef (permission??) . Meanwhile a roast chicken stood in front of me. She asked 3 times if it was for me. Each time I said ‘no’. At that, she repeated go and ask the chef. I was being jostled by people trying to pay. What a farce!! Last attempt. Last visit. Avoid the nightmare and choose ANYWHERE ELSE on Kings Road. Hint: LOVE MY HUMAN.

Locale molto bello, davanti al parco. Staff cordiale e rapido (con alcuni simpatici italiani). I pasticceri, francesi, si cimentano in delizie di vario genere. Noi abbiamo privato la cheese-cake alla vaniglia, letteralmente divina. C0'è anche il reparto salato, e c'è molta gastronomia in generale, con prodotti particolari, tipici e rari. Prezzi piuttosto alti.

When in London and searching for a fine deli and cafe, it’s hard to beat the two Robuchon gourmet delis. They are extraordinary in their offerings of the spectrum of healthy to indulgent French breakfasts, lunches and pastries at quite affordable prices. Their seasonal pastries and cakes are beyond compare but the many-flavored cube is luckily a year round phenomenon.

Big restaurants vey cool for all day dining. I had the famous cube croissant and it was nice I like it.

Overrated cubicle croissant, pistachio cream isnt rich enough! The crust feels hard and maybe Service 🤣service isn’t available as you have to bring your own order. I was charged for coffee and the guy on the till said the coffee you grab from over there, pointing the end of the bar. Plastic trays remind me of school in communist country. The existing staff is neutral, even a bit rude. This place is simple tourist trap, nothing more!

So disappointed by this cafe. It was my first time there with my four-year-old daughter and as we were waiting for my friend to arrive, in the pouring rain, as the flooding was happening in London and Guildford, trains were being cancelled to Guildford, and so I asked the staff if they would offer some support to charge my phone which was currently at 3 percent charge. They said they were not allowed even if I could see two chargers behind the bar and I said it was a bit of an urgent situation since we were not sure how to get back, whether the trains were being cancelled etc. They rejected saying it was against company policy. I had to leave to find an alternative establishment and Fortnum and Masons 6 minutes’ walk from there were able to support and got my battery up to 86 percent, and the scotch eggs there were beautiful!

Really nice food and ambience. Staff can be a mixture of being helpful, moody or snobbish on occasions.

I have promised my daughter that I will take her to have the cube croissant so I had to keep my promise. I did walk in with fairly high expectations and they have delivered. I only wanted coffee and something sweet so I went for the pistachio cube and an almond croissant which in my opinion was the star of the show. My wife also went for the last thing I would have ordered, the green beans salad, which I was blown away with, probably because I have expected it to be tasteless. Well, it was not, the goat cheese and the sweet peppers added that extra flavour. The staff was nice and welcoming and the atmosphere is quite busy but otherwise relaxing

Bakery and lunch options are good (pricey, but for Mayfair not surprising) albeit the service and staff is terrible. The staff have no sense of where the customer line is and will serve random people who cut across you. To top that up the staff are generally grumpy and rude and have a very arrogant attitude.

Feel that you are in a "cantine"... you wait to have your food , not able to read the menu or what you can order until you are near the counter ...! After choosing what you want which is limited ... you can go and find a place to eat ( if you are lucky to find a place )... the prices are ok but the foods are just ok ...

Chocolate cube crossaint. It was not bad. I enjoyed the crispiness of it. Would not return.

It was just an okay experience. Got the vanilla cube which was alright (super overpriced for a croissant dough and vanilla custard). The paris brest was nice. Ordered tea and it came in a dirty teapot with a dirty cup, i had to ask to change it. It gets really crowded and noisy.

The croissant cube was AMAZING. Absolutely stunning. The venue doesn’t do table service, and there is no indication on when the cube croissant will come out, I came in the morning and waited an hour for it. If I was in the area I would pop in and get one for takeaway, otherwise I wouldn’t come here.

Went in just for the square croissants as I’d seen on tik tok. Did not disappoint. I got the pistachio one. It was so delicious. Quick easy service with friendly staff. So many other good looking cakes. Worth a visit

SO RUDE. I popped in for a quick drink on my way to the Mayfair Christmas Market. The food looked very good but I only wanted a pot of tea and got in the queue. The staff were pleasant and I took my tray and found an empty table. I sat, poured my tea and a woman suddenly appeared with a toddler and a staff member saying I had taken her table. I said I didn’t realise that this empty table was hers and considering it was NOT waitress service how could I possibly know. They both seemed very annoyed. As there were no other tables free I asked the lady next to me if I could possibly share her table. She said “of course “ and we actually had a nice chat. After a short time the same staff member came back and took my tray away with the teapot even though I was still drinking and started spraying the table with disinfectant. I had to tell her that I haven’t finished yet. She then started fussing round the toddler and chatting with the angry woman. As I left I told the nice staff at the till how rudely I had been treated. I very rarely write reviews but I am still perplexed by the level of rudeness and will not return.

Brioche choc cube was great, coffee average. Avoid Sunday mornings, so busy with parents who do brunch and whinging kids in tow, plus ladies who have finished their food, then sit around and talk - no hurry to leave and vacate tables. Cafe staff run off their feet too. I ate outside - underwhelmed by the whole thing. Will go to Pret M or Starbucks next time

I have been receiving the best luxury service I ever received in London by Anna! That was extremely pleasant to be served by her as she has excellent manners, and she took the time to listen to all my preferences to offer me the most personalised recommendations for a special event. Amazing experience, I will be back!

Service is mediocre, food is ok

It is my first time in a Robuchon deli, even though I have dined at L’Atelier in West Street decades ago, when it was “the place to be”, so I am familiar with the type of service and food offerings that the Robuchon high standards deliver. I had a pistacchio cube and a chocolate and hazelnut tart, both very good, even though the pistacchio cube was probably not made either pistacchio coming from Bronte. The other cake was very good too. Both lacked the finesse of a Cedric Grolet but they were ok. The ambience is nothing to write home about, and many tables were left dirty even though they were empty from a long time . Good cakes, a bit of a soulless operation .

We had the pistachio flavour and the pistachio sauce inside was beautiful, very well made! We also had a little tropical dessert and the texture and flavours of this one was fantastic as well. Look forward to trying their normal croissant next time.

I went for the cube croissant. Tried the classic vanilla cube. Yet to try more from their menu.

I was impressed by the good attitude of the girl who clean and clean the tables.She was very helpful in all the time to sit with my little baby ,find me a safe place for the stroller and ask where I should change the baby( there is no toilet with table for change the baby) but I used the sofa. I think she deserve a promotion.

I saw this place on Instagram and wanted to try their cube croissant I ordered a cappuccino and chocolate cub. The croissant is absolutely regular, dry. Coffee is not good either. For this money, you expect at least good taste

I am very disappointed that such a lovely place is badly represented. The manager Matt was rude toward me and my friend and this is unacceptable should I mention that this establishment is very well rated and should hire someone who will look after the customer not offer them a disappointing experience I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they change the manager.

We came about two hours before closing, so maybe that’s why but the deli aspect of the deli robuchon was disappointing… more than half the shelf was empty. However, the place is very nice and has a place where you can sit and get coffee as well as the food. They even have a pâtisserie corner and a boulangerie section as well. All in all a nice place but make sure to come earlier if you want to get the full look.

Food excellent and delicious as usual, but service is dreadful. QR menu not working and nobody to ask about it. Then staff who could not put items correctly through the till and finally a member of staff who announced that she was "too busy" to serve you with the drinks that you had already paid for. Monsieur Robuchon must be spinning in his grave at the idea of this establishment being run in his name. Poor show.

Famous for the cube croissant, Le Deli Robuchon is a bit of a treat as the prices are more than you would normally pay in London for pastries. I had been wanting to try this cafe since I had gone a couple of times to the Robuchon restaurant many years ago when it was in Covent Garden. I'm glad I did finally make it here. The chocolate cube croissant was just the right size, not too sweet and not too rich. I also had a cheese twist (I forget the fancy name they have for it), but probably wouldn't buy that again. It was at the end of the day, so it may just be that it is better earlier on. The croissant I had early afternoon. The chouquettes (sugar topped pastries) were absolutely delicious and I would buy more if I was in the area. They come in a packet, which makes a great gift. I had them a couple of days later. The toilet was clean. The interior looked spacious, though on a warm day, it didn't seem that appealing. Perhaps on a cold day it might feel cosy. There is an outdoor area, but it is on the main street, so I'd recommend heading across the road to the park (weather permitting).

We went here for the cube croissants . We had to wait until 10.45 am for the cube croissant to be available and there was a slight queue . Only had 2 flavours and we got both. Cosy cafe and cube croissant was lovely .

The place was on my list after seeing so many pics in insta for the cube croissant. After vising the place I must say that I didn't regret it. The croissants are good and pistachio creme was fabulous and not so sweet but the Prices are above average. Environment and service were nice.

The coffee here was great. The veggie focaccia was delicious. The chocolate croissant was good and even kept well for two days. The lemon and marble loaf were a but sweet for me. Not a fan of the taste of the chocolate covering on top of the marble loaf. The neighborhood is safe. Noise level inside the cafe is good. The staff are nice and professional.

Robuchon is an elegant eatery in Mayfair and located on a busy thoroughfare, close to the Green Park station. Food is attractively presented on the counter and rather enticing. Definitely your eyes are visually challenged with all the colours! So for a quick bite, we chose a bacon and cheese quiche and a chicken roll with avocado. Tasty! Service was a little disorganised as drinking glasses and napkins were only provided upon request - odd when one is eating in. Water was located at the entrance in the display fridge, which was at the opposite end to the cash register - again unexpected. The 2-person tables ('deuces' in the business jargon) were tightly packed together so you need to slide in and can easily hear the conversations of the clients at the next table. Maybe this is done to ensure a higher turnover at lunchtime in order to turn a higher profit!

This deli is dog-friendly (well-behaved dogs are welcome). I emailed to enquire and I received a very swift reply. The seating is tight so I would say large dogs could be an issue to fellow diners. My toy poodle was in a carrier and sat next to me, very quietly. Roast chicken with roasted potatoes and plaster veges were delicious. Meat was tasty and moist. Very nice ambience and I had a really nice lunch time.

Vine por supuesto por el famoso croissant en forma de cubo. Me pedí el de chocolate y, aunque estaba bueno, me decepcionó un poco por la calidad y el precio era excesivo para esa calidad en mi opinion (el de oistacho es £3 más caro)... tienen mucha variedad de cosas así que tendré que volver para probar más. El trato fue estupendo eso sí.

Très décevant. Les gens viennent pour le nom de Robuchon et puis ne reviennent pas. Patisseries et viennoiseries basiques, beaucoup d attente, peu de places, brutant, acceuil médiocre. Aucun intérêt.

I came across a cube croissant online and it was really intrigued me and I would like to try it. But when I arrived the cafe I couldn’t get in because it’s not accessible and there are few stair steps to walk to and get into the cafe. It’s not good for not just a wheelchair user like me and others, but also for elderly people and prams. Hopefully they can sort this out.
