The extra large unhealthy looking rude gentleman with glasses need some type of management meeting to explain him his job. Extremely rude and unpleasant I’m daily in town and walking everyday to another greggs as In this one never hot food ready . They are very late with warm food in mornings . Never refill what’s gone by afternoon either always empty … also that’s the only Greggs where staff keeping sauces behind the counter and give you just one per meal . I’ve never seen that in my life when eating warms meals from This company . Very sad attitude 2 ladies who works there are lovely but didn’t see them for a while . Im avoiding

Ordered a Philly Cheese Salad & Meatballs tonight for pickup using JustEat. The Meatballs were fine but the Salad had no Steak in it. £7.24 for a Salad without the main ingredient, extremely disappointing & unacceptable.

We've used menai kebab for many years but will be giving it a miss moving forward. Misreble rude staff who apparently don't do 'crispy chips'. Just cook them a little longer it's quite simple! The chicken kebab was over cooked and bland with very little marinade. The kofta is also dry and over cooked. The prices have gone through the roof too, 27.00 for a large kebab and small kebab. Joke. Shame as it used to be decent. Maybe it's changed hands ?? Either way I won't be rushing back.

Refused me a drink because I forgot to ask for one with my order. Man said “why didn’t you ask me earlier” and was so rude.

I recently visited Washington machines outside the Chip shop and was quite disappointed by what I witnessed. While waiting outside, I saw a staff members taking a smoke break right outside the building. What concerned me most was that they were wearing their kitchen aprons and uniforms during this activity. This is not only off-putting but also breaches basic hygiene regulations. Wearing kitchen attire while smoking and outside the kitchen area is simply unacceptable, as it raises concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the food being prepared. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures a higher standard of hygiene in the future. Until then, I'm hesitant to buy from here!

Ordered two takeaway pizza deals through Uber Ears last night from here at 19:15, only to receive the food at 21:10. Ridiculous! No updates from the restaurant or Uber Eats about the wait time. I had to ring the restaurant twice to ask where our food was. No apology from the staff on the phone and there is no option anywhere to request a refund either. £27 and a two hour wait later and we are not impressed. Will not order from here again unfortunately.

Awful experience. Ordered via Foodhub and driver claimed he couldn't find where we were staying- despite a postcode, YouTube video showing location and instructions! Proper nonsense.

Probably the best pizza I’ve had in a long time, had four season will chilli base, and Hawaiian couldn’t fault it 5*
