I had a burger and it tasted like a macdonalds burger and I wasn’t happy with the staff service there was a female employee with long hair not tied up properly

My food was cold and not enjoyable to eat and im so disappointed to spend the money but not happy with what I’ve been received

Honestly had the worst experience. Had a delivery through just eat, both sandwiches wrong, and missing items. Tried to call twice. Had to walk to the store, no apologises. I didn’t swear, I didn’t shout, I didn’t even have a go. I explained the situation. At the end when I said can you at least throw in a cookie or something to make up for my wasted time they told me I should have called, when I said I had twice. All three members of staff looked away and started dealing with other people. When I asked if it was done I was told “I can take my food”. Overpriced, rude and unable to make a sandwich

Worst fish in my life had large cod but all batter and little fish finger inside and bad smell too through in the bin never go again

This place is honestly great we loved the food and huge freshly cooked portions. The lady behind the counter was fab very friendly and had loads of patience with my kids especially my daughter who wouldn’t leave her alone and kept taking forks from the counter 🤦‍♂️. Super friendly super food 👍🏻great little place we will be back in august.

Chips not as fresh as been in past

Partner had chips spicy curry sauce. Said it was the best curry he ever had. I had fish, chips gravy. Fish was fresh and good, gravy was really nice and chips were the same as most chippies. Lots of food

Horrible, ahorra tu dinero e vete a otro sitio! Esperé 1 hora para mi parto. Llamé al restaurante sobre cualquier actualización y me informaron que el conductor tiene 4 entregas más antes de que pueda llegar a mí. La comida estaba fría como piedra y las hamburguesas aplastadas no estaban sazonadas y muy secas... me sentía como si estuviera comiendo un zapato. ¡Las papas fritas no tenían sal ni nada! ¡Las tiras de pollo estaban MUY cocinadas, ni siquiera pueden hacer tiras de pollo! Los batidos están deliciosos.

This fish bar has excellent quality and quantity, value for your money definitely be going again and it's always clean will be recommending to all friends and family

Excellent food & service as always.

We ordered food for iftar 1 hour 30 minutes ago. We notified the restaurant this is for our iftar. Our food came half an hour after iftar. They aso forgot our childrens food. When we received our food the burgers were wrong and the chips were cold and hard.the man from the restaurant phoned me to say they forgot my childrens meal and told me to contact the driver through just eat app but we couldnt as this was not possible, the restaurant should sort our there mistake instead asking the customer to chase the driver!! I have ordered food from this place before serveral times and its not been such an issue but i have noticed the service has really gone down. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again!

The only prob was a 30 min wait for food but I must say it was very busy. We had an apology when the food came. Very nice staff
