food was cold we havnt ordered for a while because the last lot was cold

Food was very dry and tasteless. Even though i asked for salad and sauce, there was no sauce or salad ...

First and last time I'd order. The food was dry and with not much taste. No salad or sauce even though i have asked for it,which made it extra dry... Disappointed...

Plenty of toppings, pizza 🍕 😋 was tasty and still hot garlic bread was luke warm and a bit dried

Very disappointing. Have ordered many times from here and always been pleased . This time food arrived 45min after notification said it arrived ! Food was tepid not hot like previous orders and once containers were open food lost what heat was left fast . Driver was very pleasant and understanding .

Was given a time of 1810 had confirmation been delivered even tho it hadn’t got in touch then given a new time slot of 1905 really poor

The meal was not hot only cool and not well presented as it was just dropped into its resting place . Would have thought for the price of the meal more effort should have been taken

Order was just about on time but the pizza was stone cold and there was no large bottle of coke that I ordered

Pizza arrived earlier than expected but was barely cooked, had to put it in the air fryer for 15 minutes. Shame really, we’ve had some good stuff from here.

Order was cancelled, said it couldn’t put order through at Ruabon , so I ordered from somewhere else, only to find that there was a new order created through Ruabon! So I ended up with two lots of food and close to £40 out of pocket!! Just eat, said it was Ruabon’s fault on their side! Whichever I’m still £40 out of pocket!!

Arrived before the just eat estimated delivery time which was not a problem, nice and hot, always great food from Ruabon Kebab House.

Ordered for 6.40. Phone call from delivery driver that lasted 20 minutes with him being unable to find us. Restaurant had to resend food which was cold, burger had salad on which we said we didn't want and salad on kebab would feed a mouse. Very disappointed

Food was great. The delivery was a little late but the driver said they were really busy. Not an issue

pizza tasted a bit off, the chips were dry and tasteless, the fudge cake was dry and coke was warm but the timing of coming was excellent

Ordered for delivery at 6.30 and it came at 6.00. Salad on the kebab had an awful chemical taste so didn't eat. Disappointed as we've used this outlet many times.

my pizza was lovely as usual but as I paid for some Donna meat as an extra I expected it to be there bur wasn't.I have contacted the shop but have had no reply as yet.

Heard good things about this place so thought I'd try it. Wish I hadn't. Food is shocking. I've never had a pizza that was that greasy on the top and it was disgusting.the burger we also had was equally as disgusting and the chips omg if you can't cook chios there's no hope. Safe to say we won't be returning here

Brilliant food from here. You can go in and order food done on the spot or call and order number on Google Great menu to please everyone. Good value staff very friendly. I ordered the house burger 🍔 and chips 🍟 and drink and had a job finishing it all and I've got a big appetite 😋 Recomend a visit Sure, it won't be your last. Going again soon, try the mixed kebab

Had food delivered to Wynnstay estate fishing 3 times and aways hot and in time , the pizzas are amazing 👏

the pizza had plastic cheese on it and was not melted like you expect from a pizza. the chicken strips were just a piece of chicken cut up and not strips like you would expect. 40 pound spent on food and alot was left as it was not eatable. very disappointed

Hardly any cheese on the chips, considering it’s £1.40 more than standard chips. No garlic mayo on the kebabs this time even though it was an exact duplicate order to previously. Usually very happy. Disappointing tonight.

we ordered a small kebab, a chicken burger and chips and a mixed kebab. the small kebab was ridiculous as it had only 2 pieces of chicken in. the chicken burger was cold and chewy and the mixed kebab was just a tray full of meat with a nann bread on top. no salad at all. and it cost 39 pound. very disappointed

Chip's cold and just few chip's mostly hard bits,, fish cakes we're very dry, and just not even warm, chicken wrap disappointed. Always buy from here, as normally nice, but not tonight, was very disappointed, should have just cooked our own food, and saved nearly £17.00
