Subway - Regent Street in Wrexham

Not a lot to choose , bread after toasted was very hard could only eat half of my 6" sandwich .. no halal choices ad few vegetarian..so I was stuck with turkey and cheese , and as said the bread became rock hard after toasting .

Great service, food, and staff. Tried most things on the menu, always tasty, and the breads are lovely. Thanks, guys. Keep up the good work.

Went today with my daughters to get a sandwich and left very disappointed. The person serving -Chloe- was extremely unclear and a bit rude. Basically she hates her job and passes that feeling/attitude to paying customers. Asked her about talking to her manager Alex, but he wasn't there. Never again going back to that place. I advise people not to go there..

Very rude staff, Chloe has a real bad attitude, if she doesn’t want to work there, just leave , clearly no manners or customer service skills , asked to charge the bread as it was squashed from one end, as soon as I said that , it was like I had committed a crime, my kids witnessed this and also commented what a bad attitude, there only 10 and 6 , Will never return , franchisee needs to sort the staff out , giving subway a bad name

I came here with my sister today. She was having a bad day and wanted a subway. The person who served her was incredibly rude and should not be in a customer facing job. They weren’t wearing a name badge otherwise I would name and shame. They were a young person with dark brown/black hair, piercings and a tattoo on their forearm. My sisters Subway app told her she had over 500 points and could get a 6-inch sub. She already gets anxious ordering food, especially when relying on an app for payment. When she scanned her phone to pay, the staff member brutally announces it had declined and that she only had 100 points. This really shook up my sister and I was so astonished at how rude the person was to my sister. I wish we had left at that point due to this persons lack of basic manners but ended up getting my sisters sub anyway. My sister visited yesterday to get lunch for her colleague and told me that it was the same person working and that they were incredibly rude to the people before her and if she wasn’t getting lunch for her colleague she would have left. We will not be returning to this “restaurant” and will be telling everyone I know how horrid this person is.

Visited here with my 2 kids for lunch my daughter wanted a cookie as part of the meal deal but when the girl opened the plastic drawer with all the cakes, cookies and doughnuts in lots of small black flies flew out so I pointed this out and my daughter didn’t want a cookie the girl serving put it back and closed the drawer ready to serve to others !! Gross!

Food was not far off usual good quality store was very dirty

Don’t eat here especially when a member with pink hair making subs. She has no professionalism whatsoever. Serves food as if she is saving a dog!

Visited on the 21st of December and would like to give my gratitude to the young fella who served me. He was the only staff member on site for whatever reason but fairplay to him as he coped with a long que and takeaway orders like it was nothing! Such professionalism and manors! HE DESERVES A PAY RISE!!!

absolutely discusting customer service, slamming things round and treating my sandwich like a dog toy throwing it about, the freaky one had no manners didn't even buy anything walked out

Service was absolutely appalling, staff extremely arrogant and rude. Didn’t even purchase and walked out as their attitude was so bad towards the customers.

Wedges were uncooked, subs had loads of fillings missing and fillings we didn’t order. Staff on phone was EXTREMELY rude and told me i would have to reorder the meal again if I wanted it fixed!!!

I visit this establishment around once a month but I don't think I will much more the chicken smelled and tasted off and a staff member coughed on the bread. Obviously not on purpose but is kinda off putting.

Went into subway and straight away got told by the worker with pink hair named Chloe that she can't serve us as she's going on her break for 20 minutes. We thought fair enough we'll sit down for a bit and have a look at what we want. She tells us she can't have sit ins and tells us basically to get out. No sorry or anything. Okay we leave and decide to come back 20 minutes later. We enter, she decides to carry on her cleaning before finally taking my mum's order. We can't eat meat so my mum wants to order the veg pattie or something like that. She tells my mum she can't serve it. Naturally my mum asks why. She says they have it, it's frozen, but she can't serve it. Many times my mum gets it and they tell her it will take a while to cook (as its frozen). Clearly she couldn't be bothered. My mum gets frustrated and tells her she's constantly been rude. Chloe tells us to get out and that we're supposedly banned from the shop. Wouldn't want to go again anyway if she's working.

Yust bought the food and will never go there agine even when i love subway . Young girl can't call her ladie without manners , look and act like someone make her work in the worse place in her life. I ask her if she have more tomato sos then face was saying - leave me alone !! Horrible costumer service 😡

I ordered through the app. I got there and was ignored continuously. When I finally was noticed they had none of the ingredients so asked for a refund. They said they couldn't do it there and then so had to go online and email. ITS BEEN NEARLY 2 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVENT HAD MY MONEY BACK. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

If I could give 0 stars I would. No cranberry sauce on the brie subway. Absolutely filthy. Tables not wiped. Food all over the floor. No covid restrictions seem to apply. Definitely first and last visit to this branch.

I found this a really nice place to go to.

It is a subway. Usual subway sandwiches. We had a great service here and good food too.

I Love It! Quality Is Very Good

Ordered a large meal deal for 1, there was no sauce with the nacho bites which were only warm, I was given the wrong drink and the Sub wasn’t toasted even though I asked for toasted. Also won’t answer the phone so haven’t been able to sort out a refund

I went to this branch of Subway for a quick lunch while working in Wrexham for the day. I got a tasty sandwich for a reasonable price, quick and friendly service and the eating area was clean. At the end of the day it's just a Subway but they did everything right.

Asked for sauce with my hash brows. Instead of a pot they put it on hash brows and no drink either

If i could give 0 stars i would. The salad has cross contamination and pieces of meat.. the tuna has meat in it. The whole fridge was dirty with meat dropped into all the salads. Poor customer service aswell

very yummy options to eat at subway very lovely happy smiley friendly staff who are so fast at taking your order and every subway is very yummy and they do meal deal with crisps or a cookie and take both the options because there very nice this has been the best for wrexham to subway stores love eating at them

Mediocre at best, the oven barely toasts so if you get a six inch I recommend you have it toasted twice. Don't get the drink from the machine though because it tastes horrid.

First and last time ever going!!! Will NOT be returning!!! Not worth it!!! Very disappointed!!!

Went here there was flies everywhere all around the food and a fly even landed on one of the subs put me off eating anything from here until they sort out there hygiene, disgusting, if you go here you will see exactly what I mean.

First time trying the chilli paprika bread. Goes well with the meatball sub :D friendly staff and proper nom :D

It took over 10 mins to do 3 6inch subs, the staff has no idea what they are doing. Poor training and lack of management on the floor. If you want good fast food dont recommend this subway

The manager of this place should be ashamed of himself, the poor young girl working there was on her first day there and all alone even opened up 😡 no person under health and safety should be working alone like her. What if she fell in the back kitchen area, what if someone realised she was alone and robbed her or God forbid do something worse to her. The young girl was polite, apologetic and doing her best. I'm definitely going to check on this place again and hope the owner pays her more than the minimum wage!!!!

Terrible service and food quality every time, have to go here as there is no other subway near by, today there is no white bread, cucumbers were old and no fresh ones , as staff said thats all we have, whats the point of opening if you dont even have fresh salad, as that is what my child wanted, staff are clueless one staff member depanning bread with back pack on and jacket on, no sense of customer service, dont know why this store is still open, needs massive improvement, This store gives the brand a bad name

Awful! Ordered food using just eat nearly two hours ago. Left the store an hour an a half a go. Still waiting. £20 well spent.... would get zero stars if possible. Dogshit customer service skills, been trying to phone for the last 30 mins.. ring ring ring ring. Joke!

The food quality at this store was incredibly poor compared to other subway companies I've visited the sandwich bread was dry and stale, the meat was practically warm, the cheese was barely melted; The meatballs I got as a side were tasty however I wasn't asked if I wanted any cheese on them so I was left with plain meatballs. The staff were also very nice and I was able to at least have a nice conversation with the staff member that was there.

I've visited and experience subways in the US and UK. These days most are cramped with no real seating optiobs. This branch has sooooo much space; the staff are brilliant and the food is as good as subway gets. Good jobs guys!

Go to any other subway in Wrexham. 4 staff members didn't know what to put on the sandwich I ordered from the menu, or any of the other people's sandwiches. Tables and floor were filthy, and instead of cleaning staff sat around on their phones once all customers were served

Loved my sandwich. I was served by Angel and she was very helpful and polite. Will be returning.

The mostly young staff works fast and reliable, the restaurant was always clean when I was there. Sandwich quality is what you're used to at Subway

Called in for breakfast staying up the road just fancied a sub each teas and coffees very nice man serving was 31st July about 8am ish sorry didnt get name one of the best ones we have been into, it was first time we had the omelette in our subs really nice too, everything was all nice and clean it was nice and quiet when we went in sat in the window in the comfy seats having a nose out the window close to town ideal

Nice enough... sometimes though, some of the people who makes the sandwitches just dont give a damn... and u end up eating piece by piece instead of a neatly done sandwich. Just sometimes!

Always good service but last time i went there i was taught a new lesson. Apparently if you cut a footlong in half you dont get two 6 inch subs, you actually get one 3 inch and one 9inch

Just got 2 6 inc subs got home and one had lots of hair inside. Not just one strand but a couple I bit into it and had to pull hair from my mouth. Put me right of. Looked in my sandwich and was blonde hairs all inside. Gross. the service was also very slow.

Visited a couple of times for a quick sandwich during town visit in the afternoon. Full marks for food however, they should seriously think about the eating area improvement.

Served very quickly, nice clean premises. Very tasty food. No limp salad here. Reasonably priced with a huge selection.

The services was terrible my friends nachos had barley any cheese on it and it was burnt the pizza Toastie was greasy in a bad way. Toilet 🚽 seat was broken. Floors stairs and tables were filthy.Mold or something on the ceilings very unhygienic

We decided to try this restaurant for the first time. It was just after 5pm and the place was empty with a couple of staff serving. We were unable to find a clean table to eat our food at. The food was good.
