Luvly food yet again, perfectly cooked chicken, fresh salad, donor meat good quality not greasy. Only gripe is the pitta breads are small .

We ordered from here whilst staying at Lydstep beach. Food was lovely, the kebabs are huge & really tasty. The gentleman on the phone was really helpful and arranged delivery to the campsite. They called when they arrived at the campsite so we could meet them to collect from the main gated. Highly recommend.

Went in and placed a large order, not too long of a wait. 15 minutes drive back to our accommodation and food was still piping hot. One of the best chicken kebabs I've ever had, good quality cuts of meat with very generous portions. Would definitely use again next time in Tenby.

Lovely place had a delivery yesterday for a pizza and garlic bread really tasty and warm really enjoyed also delivery was not to long really happy with this food place . 😀

In Tenby on holidays for a week, and staying opposite this place, we’d been eyeing it up all week. Ordered a collection tonight for a lamb gyro for my partner and a chicken gyro for myself. It came with fries and halloumi too. Staff were lovely and friendly and even double checked the orders with my partner, as he walked in when they were cooking it. Luckily they did check with him as I made a mistake online lol. The food was quick, and it was absolutely piping hot and delicious! Been in Tenby 5 days, and that was the best meal we had in that 5 days I’ll be honest. My chicken doner gyro was huge, so you get a generous amount, which is awesome! Good prices too. Worth every penny! Super tasty! Will be having another before we leave to come home 😊

Group of 6 on night out, we lost track of time and this was the only place still open, so we piled in. Not one of us liked the food. One of worst kebabs I ever had, only ate much as i did before binning it as I was starving and had paid £9 for it. The meat was chewy and tasteless, the chilli sauce was like the watery cheap stuff you get in huge bottles in b&m bargains, the chips were bland, bone dry with no salt or vinegar. My wife had cheesy chips, she had about ten and threw it in a passing bin. Would rather go bed hungry than eat here again.

Ordered the chefs special kebab. Delivered piping hot and on time by a friendly driver enough for two people, can't fault it.

The most expensive and tasteless pizza I have ever had. £26 for 1 pizza half and half. £10 for 4 half side toppings. No extra pepperoni. Tasted of cardboard. Chips were undercooked too. I highly recommend you don't bother with this Greek Italian rip off take away.

Terrible take away. Make sure you DOUBLE CHECK your order when ordering online. Ordered a large chicken Shish kebab with salad, in the description it said in pita bread. Ordered chips for an extra £2. When food came it was cold, and missing the pitta bread. After countless times phoning they finally answered. Only to hear an explanation that they take away the pitta bread if chips are ordered, after explaining that the receipt said the kebab comes in a pitta bread and I ordered chips separately, they kept to the pitta bread gets taken away if chips are ordered even tho I paid separately for the chips. £14 - £12 for a chicken kebab in pitta bread and £2 for chips £14 and pitta bread taken away because I paid extra for chips. ABSOLUTE JOKE, STONE COLD WHEN DELIVERED ALSO. USED TO BE A GOOD KEBAB HOUSE BUT HAS DECLINED IN QUALITY AND SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS TAKEAWAY. and find one of many other great takeaways in the town. TERRIBLE QUALITY OF FOOD AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Not the best kebab I've had, certainly won't be returning.

This used to be the best Kebab shop in Tenby but sadly it seems to have declined in quality of late. I gave the first burnt meal the benefit of the doubt but when my next meal was grisly and under par I decided to get my next meal from nearby Saunders foot. The £2 delivery charge was worth it to enjoy a quality meal with fresh salad and was well presented. But give Tenby Kebab a go, perhaps I was just unlucky after having had many superb meals from there.

Ordered here whilst on holiday in Tenby. Service from the staff and delivery driver were great. The pizza's that we ordered were nice. However, the chips and chicken weren't the best. May have just had a bad batch though.

Went in Friday night for some food after being out, bought 5 chicken strips, was eating them in the taxi home and due to it being dark couldn't really see the food, got back to where i was staying in the light, had 1 chicken strip left and the chicken was some what pink and bottom of the box had a red stain over the box which i can only consider to have been blood, tried ringing the restaurant, rang about 8 times at 11 with no answer when they were still open as they closed at 12:30, haven't got i'll as of yet, but if you would like to avoid salmonella i would stay away from here.

Absolutely disgusting food the dinner meat was from the day before stale. Chips old and tasteless save your money and go to Gregg's. Made a mistake buying from here. Very expensive disgusting taste. Hope we knew before hand. Burger was the frozen chicken burger absolutely tasteless waste of every penny

Great food excellent service friendly staff will be going back again

Absolute shambles. Got the order wrong. Was on the phone for 20 mins trying to ring to sort it out. Was apologetic at least on the phone and received a replacement in short time. However, the replacement order was WRONG again! Served cold and soggy with what can only be thought as week old wet onions from the back of the fridge. Very disappointing and annoyed as used the kebab many times before in the past. Don’t want the embarrassment and starvation waiting for our correct food for a third time.

When my “order” was delivered we discovered that we had half of the order missing and wrong! We had ordered a large chicken kebab with salad and separate sauce, a lamb donner kebab with chilli sauce and a cheesy garlic bread. The lamb donner was completely missing as they sent a second chicken kebab when we tried to phone them to sort the issue the line just kept ringing! We finally got through after 10 minutes of calling and they said that it would be with us as soon as possible. Another 20 minutes of waiting and the second attempt was wrong again!! I didn’t even bother calling to tell them my second order was wrong as i was starving waiting all that time for my food!! Very disappointed as it’s my local kebab and there isn’t anymore around us!

I don't usually have a reason to complain but today was not the best. The chicken shish was over cooked which made it a bit hard to eat, and just literally thrown in, my husbands tower burger looked like it had a ride on a rollercoaster, not brilliant, i am not saying i won't be back, because like I say it's usually absolutely fine

Not a place to order meal for delivery, took an age to arrive, car was full of food for delivery driver couldn't close bag to keep food warm never mind hot. Had to heat up in microwave. Pitta bread soaked in salad. Food was nice but could have been so much better. Sorry cannot recommend. Hope pick up is better 🙏🙏🙏👍👍

Had a few takeaways from here over a week stay in Tenby. Not the cheapest (but that’s Tenby for you) great service and the food is nice and clean tasting .

£13 for a small kebab and chips avoid this place what a rip off but thats all of tenby + watered down drinks in some bars

Visited here mid last year, totally forgot to write a review but here we are. Came here after a night out in Tenby with 3 other friends. Another group of men were in the shop also, and started to make unwanted crude remarks towards us. They were coming up to us, getting in our faces, and it was quite frankly terrifying. There was zero help from the all-male staff whatsoever. The men followed us outside( and would not stop shouting to us. The staff were 100% aware that this was happening. Absolutely disgusting that no one batted an eyelid at this behaviour. Do not come here if you are female!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Call themselves a chippy but use frozen French fries. When it came, it was cold and the doner meat was so dry, worst I’ve ever had. Prices are pathetic for the value. Honestly, save your money and go elsewhere. Never again!!!!

Great food at an affordable price

First time ordering from arches.. whilst were on holiday here definitely ordering again before we go back home.. fast delivery & tasty food (even my fussy kids ate there food lol)

The quarter pounder and triple burgers and the special burger great. Friendly staff. Had takeaways 3 nights out of 7. Had to keep going back. Miss the place now we are back home.

Phoned an order through for collection of a Chefs Special Kebab mix, it was ready when they said it would be and was warm and tasty. Polite staff and we've even got enough left for a picnic lunch today.

We had food delivered to us on our first evening whilst on holiday. Fast and efficient service. We ordered a chicken Shish kebab and fried chicken and chips. All food was extremely tasty and very good portion sizes. Really good value. Would certainly recommend.

Absolutely stinking food, something that my dog would turn his nose up at! Kebab looked and tasted like someone have been sick and served it to me, absolutely vile will never EVER be eating from this hanging place again, shut down it needs to be

Arrived in Tenby yesterday and must say this place was so helpful with my sons egg allergy. They went above and beyond and really exceeded my expectations with their consideration towards my sons allergy. 10/10 for customer experience and thank you for taking your time and consideration! This really made our day :-)

Have been buying kebabs from here for years, but unfortunately it has been going steadily downhill. The chicken shish kebab was very disappointing. Asked for all the salad and only got a lot of onion and a bit of lettuce, and the pitta bread was rock hard must of been stale, very disappointing. The mixed donor meat and chips had hardly any chips and again a load of onion and little bit of lettuce.

Terrible kebab. Cold pitta bread, cold meat and made in a hurry. Had lovely food here previously. Wont be going to this place again. Very sorry its deteriorated.

Called in quite late one evening while staying in Tenby and definitely wasn’t disappointed! I had a large Doner Kebab which was brilliant and my Wife had a Halloumi Wrap which she loved ! Great value and very friendly staff, will definitely call in again when we’re in Tenby !!

Ordered loads recently as not much options of takeaways with Covid! Every time order was correct and hot apart from once when sadly chips cold and over done so inedible and had to be binned! BUT all kebabs lovely-lamb shish tender and no gristle-burgers tasty ! Pizzas are very good ! I can’t fault the place -delivery is always on time and not too long! I’d definitely recommend and got a hygiene rating of 5! Staff pleasant

Called in for a kebab last night and the place seemed in chaos but I persevered. I ordered a chicken kebab and chips. 10 minutes later I was told that they had run out of chicken so would I settle for a normal lamb kebab to which I said yes. 10 minutes later I was handed the food so went home to eat it. Upon opening all that was in there was a pile of solid chips, a load of waxy garlic sauce and about 5 strips of kebab meat. No salad, no pitta bread just slop and all for £7!! It went straight in the bin. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Quick, fresh, delicious, friendly staff

Came twice here. Once later on in the evening and once at normal tea-time. I had pizza both times and my other half had burgers. I have no complaints on the food, the pizza was very nice and garlic bread with cheese was actually a normal baguette with some cheese and extra garlic melted on top. Sort of unusual but was nice. But the service was poor. I walked in on the second occasion just as they were handing food to someone else so they saw that I was there. I got no acknowledgement whatsoever and he just turned his back on me and carried on cooking. I get that they may have been busy getting deliveries ready but a simple greeting and a "give me a couple of minutes“ should have been given. The other guy, although facing me refused to look up. My boyfriend who was waiting outside couldn't believe nobody had spoken to me after a good five or more minutes. I ended up saying are you actually serving customers? I should have just walked out and gone elsewhere but I was tired and hungry by this point. We waited outside for it, and a few more people waited outside too. At one point me and another guy laughed and agreed that the staff were feisty as we heard him talking to another customer rudely. It's a shame they aren't a bit more friendly to the paying customer.

Thank you!Chicken Kebab Meat and Chips in a tray with some sauces. Superb. Couldn’t fault any of it whatsoever. I can’t remember the last time I had one as good - maybe King Kebab in Kings Heath, Birmingham 15 years ago! Still not sure that beats it either.

This takeaway was lovely. Large Kebabs were a good size (just note it comes on a small pitta bread). Delivery was really fast and the driver was so patient and friendly. We are currently staying on a caravan site and I forgot that they weren't allowed onto site. Driver phoned me and patiently waited for me to walk round to the main gate. Definitely recommend.

Ordered from here plenty of times over the years! Last order in march was a disaster-because after ordering a kebab with selected toppings ,a specific pizza and fries then having to walk 30mins home due to lack of taxis due to covid only to find out that pizza was wrong and the Doner kebab was now a plain chicken shish! I've no idea how it got mixed up but was definitely disappointed-however ordered twice in a week and both times no mistakes! More importantly very nice/ pizzas were lovely and always crispy and not burnt in bottom which generous toppings without being sloppy.doner kebabs tasty,lamb shish was extra delicious without too much chew or fat! Also unlike most kebab shops food isn't dripping with grease ! Good kebab shop -staff always pleasant

We are on Holliday in Penally,because of Covid we have been finding it hard finding places to eat so we decided to order take away delivery So glad we did ,my husband ordered mixed kebab ,I had a cheese and garlic pizza with extra cheese and we ordered a large portion of chips between us ,the delivery driver was very pleasant and on time It was delicious,we are here for two weeks and it won’t be the last time we order, I would thoroughly recommend it

Me and my family are staying at kiln Park in our motorhome and fancied a kebab but didn’t want to walk or take the motorhome out so looked at the reviews on here and decided although recent bad reviews we’d give this place a go. They delivered free to site in half an hour to our touring pitch and the driver was polite the food was piping hot and thoroughly enjoyable. My daughter had pizza it was lovely the rest of had chicken or lamb shish and it was very nice.I don’t know why the bad reviews?

Visited a few years ago and had a fantastic meal. But visited two days ago and the kebab meat wasn’t great. Pizza was very nice though and chips.

Was good over the years , really don’t know what has happened . Chicken shish was burnt n tasted awful n this has happened last 2 times we have had it ,think the grill needs cleaning n it was over cooked n dried out .

I was in Tenby and holiday, and I stumbled across this take-away, and what a find it was. I will happily have a kebab maybe once every week or 2 and the one I had here was by far the best one I have ever had, I never usually bother leaving reviews like this but for this I needed to and for the place to be recognised for it. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to start conversations, they were really nice people and deserve appreciation for it as not a lot of people are like this. When I next return to Tenby I will certainly be returning! I recommend the “Tenby Kebab” with some Cheesy Chips!

Stayed in tenby overnight and fancied a kebab . Hit trip advisor for a kebab house and this come up . I certainly dont agree with the reviews , asked for a kofte and they had none even though it was 8pm so opted for a Donner kebab. Wife was at chip shop over the road so popped out 2 mins later come back it was ready.The donner meat was like tough old boots . No idea how long it had been sitting in a pot . The pitta bread was at the bottom of the tray instead of the top were I could at least try and make a kebab it was sliced cleanly in half and must have done either 20 seconds on the grill or 20 seconds in ten microwave. It was uncooked .tough and when I picked it up it fell apart as the sliced right through. Waste of time had a couple of bits of meat and binned the meal .I Can give the can of Pepsi a good review but its stops there. Rotten experience to be honest .

Been to Tenby many many times, fancied something different to the pub menus, and this was it. Family takeaway for 4 and the food was exceptionaly good, the chicken shish with chilli sauce was excellent ,so don't hesitate these guys know there stuff.

We used google/trip advisor to find a local kebab shop whilst staying in Kiln Park caravan park ... did not disappoint. The food here was lovely, good value for money plus they have a 5 star hygiene rating! Bonus they will actually deliver to the caravan if you want to pickup tho it’s not too far from the caravan site. 5 min drive in the car. Would definitely order from here again if in Tenby!

As locals, we re eating from here several times a year, it has always been my favorite place to go when fancy fast food. Haven t really tried the kebabs but their pizza, burgers, chicken and chips are very tasty and well cooked, the staff is always friendly and welcoming and the place is always very clean. If you are ever in tenby and looking for a fast food, don t be disappointed because there s no burger king or mc or kfc, just give this place a go and you ll be glad you did so. Stay well!

Had a great cheeseburger and chips deal. Good value for money and great tasting, in all fairness. The staff attending are polite and friendly and quick to turn the good around.
