The lady working inside is so nice she had lovely customer service , the food was worth the money aswell :)

Been here a couple times now ordering online for pickup, no complaints and absolutely love the fries. Will definitely be our pick when nearby.

Ordered delivery here for the last 2 years and getting worse,cold food,soggy chips,crispy doner meat and a medium kebab when I ordered a large,charcoal grill much better

Absolutely disgraceful , the food was stone cold and the kofte kebab was more like a burger patty, no flavour at all, we’ve had to cook all the meat again as it’s seriously freezing like it’s come out of the fridge, and for £10 it’s seriously over priced for the amount you get there’s not even half a skewer of meat in the pitta even the salad is brown. get a grip

Not sure what has happened. Changed hands and has gone down hill over night very disappointed. Order for 7 cost £80 and was just poor quality to what it used to be.

Been twice this week...first we went into shop hardly had anything there and other than pizza it was disgusting and tried to order tonight they took money then cancelled order!!!!gone down so much...never again

I order from here regularly but tonight it was awful , much smaller portions than usual half the size , on top of that a long strand of hair was found in one of kebabs which we had to throw in the bin , not worth it

Three items were meant to be in the bag. Burger, chips with cheese and a kebab. Discovered they did not add the chips only when we got home... meat a bit dry but good salad

Just purchased a tandoori chicken kebab on pita bread tonight. It was absolutely disgusting. Wouldnt even give it to my dog it went straight in the bin. Certainly won't be ordering from here again.

As other reviewers said it can be a bit hit and miss. However, on this occasion it was a solid hit. Spicy hot pizza was among the tastiest dirty UK-style pizza I've had. Crispy edges but chewy base, loaded with cheese with plenty of nicely spiced chicken, mushrooms and jalapenos. Good value at 13.50 for a 16 inch pizza.

Food is very good the only problem is that the pizza was a little bit burned.The service is very nice and kind also.I recommend this place to everyone.Their burgers and calzone are delicious 😁.

pizza -nicely cooked but hardly any tomato base it was like ham and pineapple on bread! needed a bit of garlic too nuggets lovely burger nice but they forgot to put salad on it so was very plain quick delivery

The cihps are like im nibbling on a piec of rubber! It is gettng to the point where it's disgusting and when I order home deliver my nan bread is stone cold and rock hard, the pizzas come cold wher as on the other hand when you get it from the kebab in person pizza is nice and cooked.

This business is awful tried to get a takeaway and they just ignore and put the phone off and are acting strage

We eat here regularly mainly as there is lack of delivery options in the area. This last occasion the order was almost 3 hours late it was mid week not a weekend, get some more staff this is stupid! We rang twice and were told its going out now still not received an hour later, called back as we wanted to cancel then told you cant its on its way. Ordering at 6 and getting at 9 is unacceptable. Can be hit and miss, sometimes delicious sometimes the order is wrong or cold. 3 hours though means I'll go out myself in future but they are obviously so busy they don't need my custom anyway

Staff really amazing also the best Donna kebab round these areas also don't forget to get it with garlic sauce

Fantastic chicken burgers and cheeseburgers. Quick service and food piping hot. The chilli sauce is very spicy, not for the faint hearted. Can order online for both collection and delivery. Highly recommend.

Food not as nice as previously.

Stumbled across this place and pleasantly surprised. We thought from the name it would be Italian food but does the usual kebabs, burgers and so on. Parking is nearby in a car park for the town centre so it's easily accessible. Prices are decent and there are plenty of meal deals to get good value for what you're paying. Just be warned that you can only pay cash but there are a couple of bank ATMs fairly close by. The food was excellent and our family were very happy.

Took 3 hours then another 20 minutes to deliver kebabs were hot pizza was stone cold I asked for jalapeños on a burger and recieved whole peppers 😕 I understand they are busy but 3+gours is a joke

I can only comment on the ham and mushroom pizza.That's what i had and it was ok way to much cheese.It was very rubbery just not a patch on dominoes.The kebabs looked good though to be fair.

Mega calsogne was epic. Easily the nicest weve ever had but felt like that guy man vs food after super delicious.

Had a great takeaway from here. Bella burger was juicy and well cooked, came with donner and chicken kebab meat, choice of salad and sauces. My other half had chicken and sweetcorn pizza and said it was lovely.

Very polite staff only just recently found out that they had food apps which are handy if u don’t won’t to pay cash u can pay with card online. The app Are Bella Bella app and Food hub app u can either collect your Oder and get it delivered to your door. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Very recommended takeaway. ❤️😄🍔🍟🍕🥙🌯🥗🧃

Just had a lamb shish kebab on nann... it’s the worst kebab I have ever had. 4 overcooked inedible chewy bits of lamb. Chunky salad with big bits of onions. Def won’t have from there again. What a waste of money 😞

Visited here recently and in fairness the food was okay but I was totally repulsed by the sight of a member of staff helping herself to food whilst she worked, eating it with her hands and then licking her fingers clean before setting about preparing people’s orders without first washing their hands. This is totally unacceptable in a food service environment. I understand that it’s challenging to work long hours but take meal breaks away from food preparation areas and then have a care for your customers’ health and well-being.

We have made 2 massive orders with bella bella (approx 18 different orders at the same time). They are have got each individuals order correct and easily marked up to see what they are. And they were delivered approx 10 miles away (llangefni to Valley) all within the hour and most importantly all the orders were piping hot. Would definatly recommend!

Ordered £60 worth of food and only received 3 items. Called the store and they refused to bring my food that I had payed for online. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and made my son cry. I’m appalled, never ordering from here before. I have been die hard customer since day one but today was the end of a very long relationship. Cheers sons crying

Been ordering from Bella Bella for a long time had a few bad experiences so stopped tonight thought give it another go an what a shame donner meat tasted off my children couldn’t eat it all gone in the bin. No point phoning because all u get is excuses no apology what so ever.

Ever since the original manager left the quality and portion sizes have drastically been reduced. Will never go again and would no longer recommend to anyone (unless on a diet). Orders are usually wrong and arrive cold - complain and you are made out to be a liar.

Excellent chicken kebabs, but if you want salad on it you've got to ask otherwise you'll just get chicken in a pita or naan.

We placed an order on the bella bella app ensuring that the price was high enough to have it delivered to llanfachraeth +£3 on top of that. Not long after, we received a phone call from bella bella who had the cheek to ask us to travel to get the food we ordered for delivery. In my opinion this is totally unacceptable and if a customer asks for a delivery, they should get their delivery and not given instructions. Thank you.

Service a bit on the slow side food was okay

Very bad service. Have come to Bella Bella as a treat, had come to very bad customer service, completely wrong order. Have ordered a mixed donnor and chips, chicken wrap meal and meat feast pizza. Have come home to no drink in the meal deal, instead of mixed donnor, chicken donnor ( which is cheaper) and no pizza at all. We're really tempted to go back however they took our reciept off us and so we had no chance of proving that they got our order wrong! Very disappointed with the service and the advantage that they took of us because we are only students! Not going back there and do not recommend going there!

Ordered a 12 inch pizza and a large chips and cheese,2 hours all together for this!! they forgot my pizza on the first delivery, forgot cheese on the chips on the second delivery and even offered to send a box of cheese instead of cooking fresh chips and cheese for me! honestly so disappointed!!

The food here is quite good and for a reasonable price but the service today was horrible. I didn’t have cash on me and wanted to order food they don’t have a card machine so I ordered on the app from across the street. I had been told by a employee in the past that this is fine if I don’t have cash on me. So that’s what I did then after placing the order I walked in and told one of the men employees I ordered on the app. This one girl, called Holly, gave me a disgusting look and then looked at the other employees and laughed and said what was the point in them ordering from accoss the street then mumbled pathetic under her breathe. Maybe I wouldn’t of have to do this if the restaurant had a card reader like most other fast food stores. I will not be visiting this restaurant again if I am spoken to like this by the employees. Very disappointed! 2/10 Stars.

Recieved thevwrong food, phoned straight away to tell them. They said correct food be with us soon and it never came. Very disappointed.

Order was accepted and slated for a delivery time of 19.50. rang at 20.25 to find out the order been cleared off as delivered and hadn't been started. Promised food would be out quick. Attempted to contact restaurant repeatedly 22.00-21.10. had to contact just eat to get information-just eat spoke to restaurant at 21.15 and we were promised delivery in 15 minutes. Delivery arrived 20 mins later. Food was good apart from wife's veggie burger which was still frozen in middle. Wife contacted the restaurant and spoke to two people-one was very helpful the other was incredibly rude. Avoid like the plague.

I usually love Bella Bella. it’s my go to restaurant. but tonight the chips and cheese looked half eaten and barely covered the bottom of the box and my Bella pizza had hardly no sausage or feta on it... really disappointed with tonight’s order
