I want to make a complaint I dont know his name but he was in the car with this man thats going around tarnishing my sons name for no reason my son has reported it to the police for false accusations but its not on hes now very upset and depressed and when the guy said the false accusations to the delivery guy he laughed its not on he looked Asian but sounded british

The food is good, and the chicken is very juicy

47 minute wait for a jacket potato - told there would be twenty minute wait - after 35 minutes when asked was told it would be a further ten minutes because "it's hard to tell how long it will take" - no apology for the delay 🙄

Went here twice for their breakfast deal. Lovely lady served us both times. Bacon and sausage roll hot and tasty, coffee good. Nice clean premises. Ate our breakfast on a bench overlooking Cardiff Bay.

Went to this subway and are amazed at how helpful and pleasant the young man who served us was . The lad /man was so good at his job and his people skills were fabulous.hubby and i had been to the hospital but this young man cheered us up.the young lady working with him was lovely too. Thankyou for employing such nice people .the sub was gorgeous but we hated the coffee ,it was too bitter.

We have been regulars at the Friary fish bar for years, we love the fish its always cooked fresh and tastes amazing! Love the girls in there Collette, Emma & Leann are always so helpful & friendly love our chats :) we look forward to our fish and chips every week! X

The worker who served my food was friendly but it was really creepy. Also my strawberry lemonade was literally half full, even after my friend went back to complain they barely added any more to it and it had a weird lump in the drink. The fries also were cold and when i started eating them they tasted like EGG?? I honestly don’t even know how it was so busy.

This must be one of the most poorly managed McDonalds in the country. Everything is either broken or poorly maintained. Toilets are in tatters, toilet roll holders broken on the floor and empty. Hand driers not working properly, ketchup and sauce pump things empty, and clearly not looked after for days. It was just me, the wife and my daughter in the restaurant, and it took absolutely ages to have our food delivered. When it came it was brought over by a glassy eyed zombie teenager who had forgotten parts of the order. When my wife went up to the counter to enquire about the missed items, she was met by another of the living dead devoid of any personality or customer service training. Poor experience, poorly maintained establishment, poor service. Poor old customers!

Ordered 2 beef burgers, no fries, sides or drinks, and it was £22.. Burger itself was okay, tasted nice, but beef was very grisly and disappointing, overall this place is good but way overrated for the price £22 for 2 medium sized grissly burgers is insane. can't pay with cash either, and the tablets make the experience very cold and impersonal. not even a big fan of mcdonalds but a 1/4 pounder with cheese for half the price would of been almost as good if not as good. I won't return while prices are this high, and the patty has so much gristle in it it's just not worth it.

Ordered a fillet salad. Appalled that it arrived as a box of iceberg lettuce, a handful of sweetcorn dumped on the side and a tiny fillet that looked like it had been dropped on the floor. Absolutely nothing like the image on the menu. When I complained, and commented on the missing tomatoes, I was told they don’t receive tomatoes so can’t add them ! Had a refund. Sadly took it back appalled before taking a photo.

Absolutely vile, we ordered food, took over an hour to come and not only did it come absolutely freezing!! but only 1 out of 4 came as a complete meal! absolutely appalling. It’s run by literal teenagers and not a responsible manager anywhere insight. Very Very poorly run!!
