Subway in Cardiff

Ordered online for the first time, seamless and easy. Turned up, welcomed by staff members and addressed by first name. Awesome service and fantastic food. Thank you, team x J

Went to this subway and are amazed at how helpful and pleasant the young man who served us was . The lad /man was so good at his job and his people skills were fabulous.hubby and i had been to the hospital but this young man cheered us up.the young lady working with him was lovely too. Thankyou for employing such nice people .the sub was gorgeous but we hated the coffee ,it was too bitter.

Service was very bad - staff were extremely slow so food was left on counter to get cold. Our sandwiches were soggy.

Poor food hygiene staff wearing bracelets and smart watches while making sandwiches and also they touch the tills and card machine with gloves on and then touch tour sandwiches without changing the gloves after touching the tills, staff also have abit of attitude and feel like your being rushed out

Pop into the Sub in the Spar in Bodelwyddan regularly to pick up some lunch. Nice and clean. Food is always good. Special mention to Sandie the Manger who looks after staff from the emergency services. He goes above and beyond. He is an asset to the company.
