The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Highland Highlands and Islands

I've used the Friary for 4 years now, it has its ups and downs. I'm only writing this because I was so appalled by my 'jumbo fish supper ' I bought on Tuesday 1st April. I know fish I come from East Neuk of Fife, we know our fish. Firstly the fish was rubbery, it had been frozen. Secondly the batter was dried and hard and awful. Into the bin. Now this opposite to 2 weeks before that, where I purchased the same order, travelled the same distance home and it was absolutely delicious. Having told you about a failure I want to say the staff are lovely, helpful and smiling.

They only usually do kebabs at the weekend but my goodness it is worth the wait. I’ve eaten doner kebabs all over the UK and these are possibly the best I have ever had! They are also lovely people and go out of their way to help customers. Top marks to Jodie, Ryan and their colleagues.

Highly Recommend The Friary in Beauly. Great team there, great food. Proper chips! Fast, organised service and friendly, helpful staff.

Had an early take away dinner here last week before catching the adjacent ferry- Ordered 3 fish and chips at £12 each. The lady serving was pleasant and said she’d ensure they’d be ready in time before we departed. Which they were. There were picnic tables adjacent to the shed with harbour views , but all were full. So we ate in the car. We were rather disappointed to find the chips looked like oven chips ( thin ad uniform) and the fish was coated in an orange crumb reminiscent of fish finges ! It was ok. But I would not recommend it if you are expecting proper fish and chips

Lots of taste to be had here. For sure the Fish is fresh and nicely battered, the chips crispy and you can add sauces. the place must be popular since there always seems to be customers present and you may have to wait a while. However the result is well worth the wait since the Fish Supper is mouth-watering.

Lovely people in a lovely mcdonalds All are very polite and plesant had a small issue with my order and they went above and beyond to make it right and the food is tasty too 😊

Entramos en Costa dentro del centro comercial a las 16 horas del sábado 17 de agosto. Mi esposo, que tiene enfermedad de Parkinson avanzada y camina con dificultad con un palo, necesitaba mucho descansar. La chica del mostrador nos dijo inmediatamente que solo podíamos tomar café para llevar ya que estaban cerrando pronto, es decir, a las 4. 30 pm. Había un buen número de clientes todavía sentados dentro en este punto. Le preguntamos si al menos podíamos sentarnos afuera y ella estuvo de acuerdo. Pagamos el café y nos mudamos a los asientos de afuera. Cinco minutos más tarde, otro miembro del personal salió y preguntó si podíamos alejarnos ya que estos asientos no estaban disponibles para su uso. Le expliqué que el cajero nos había dicho que podíamos sentarnos allí y continuamos bebiendo nuestro café. Pasaron otros cinco minutos y la funcionaria regresó, diciéndonos muy cortésmente que debía pedirnos que nos mudáramos por razones de salud y seguridad ya que el piso había sido lavado recientemente. (¡Sin embargo, el suelo no estaba mojado!) De todos modos, llevé los cafés a través del centro comercial a mesas pertenecientes a otro negocio y ayudé a mi esposo a ponerse de pie y caminar. Para cuando nos sentamos en el segundo café, las mesas y sillas de las afueras de Costa habían desaparecido, ¡claramente la verdadera razón por la que el personal quería que nos fuéramos! Nunca antes me había sentido tan desagradable en mi vida. También encontramos la experiencia muy embarazosa y pudimos ver que los otros clientes, todavía comiendo y bebiendo dentro, estaban sorprendidos de que se les pidiera a una pareja de ancianos que siguieran adelante.

A waste of money. £3.30 for a tea in a disposable cup. Staff looked wildly unhappy. And the Nevis range wonder why they don’t make enough money??

Absolutely delicious and staff very friendly everything cooked fresh to order. I wouldn’t hesitate to go again perhaps try one of the burgers that sound delicious on the menu board

I waited about 10 minutes for my order, and while they were apologetic for the wait, they also forgot one of my items which I failed to notice until I walked 15 minutes back to my hotel room. Otherwise the food that did make it into my bag was good

Ayer fui a Burger King en Eastgate y pedí una hamburguesa. Cuando terminé de comerlo encontré un pelo en el envase. Fue horrible, he estado allí un par de veces, antes de que todo estuviera bien. No sé si voy a ir allí de nuevo

Poo hole ni siquiera puede darme mis papas fritas grandes y para colmo ningún juguete sónico en la comida feliz de SONIC. El peor establecimiento en Inverness. - 5 / 5
