This place used to be great but I think it’s changed hands. No more iconic pie dinners. Food not great. Not bad but pretty tasteless. Came a long way for the Barnicles experience but left sad and disappointed.

Excellent kofte wrap. Sadly there was a drunk a-hole customer who came in whilst we were there, but the staff basically ignored his behaviour. It's a shame that customers like that make the stories of the UK that they will take back to Turkey. Be kind, these guys work hard and do a great job!

Prices have shot up by about 20%...Won't be ordering here again.

Had a breakfast sub....bread was odd...poached egg was nasty....no deals....Latte was about 100 degrees....no brown sauce.Not good

The lady what prepare my food, she was not focused on what she was doing because she was asking me a lot of questions where they are logical, for example how many eggs should she put in a 12" loaf... Well 10 is not enough in my opinion.. 2 divide into halves 👍

I have just ordered from here, and the pictures online of the food is extremely deceiving. The burgers are 100% NOT gourmet, they look and taste fresh out of the freezer. We ordered a meal deal that included two nachos, the “nachos” were 3 huge burnt tortilla chips smothered in salsa, with no cheese or jalapeños as it was advertised. I’m so upset i have wasted money on such a disappointing meal.

Food was delivered within 20 mins and staff went above and beyond to help with a problem.

Absolutely terrible, food is good but not worth the way the staff treat you, I've waited for over an hour for 2 burger and I understand that they were busy but it's just not acceptable to be told to "calm down" when simply explaining they forgot onionrings after it turned up LATE, if you want okay food with a side of attitude this is your place however if you want decent food that can actually turned up on time mcdonalds is a godsend compared to this

Both the staff and the food quality has been poor, once ordered a burger without cheese because my partner was lactose intolerant and despite mentioning this to them they still added the cheese and when I spoke to them they just basically said scrap it off, my partner was in tears and she was heavily pregnant, my lamb donor was basically swimming in grease and the garlic sauce tasted like soap. I would avoid this place until they change management and staffing.

Perfect milkshakes in perfect time. They arrived before the estimated time so we were really pleased. Absolutely delicious every single time. Thank you 🤩
