The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

It would have been 5 stars as for over 10 years I have never had a bad meal, but the delivery driver who delivered tonight was down right rude and ignorant. I am a delivery driver myself so know good customer service right to the door is a must. My husband is absolutely fuming and I never leave reviews but he told me to do one. Take in to consideration the delivery driver has driven here not walked so why for that couple of minutes bring your phone with you to the door instead of saying to whoever your talking to can you hang on 2 mins, so he came to the door my husband answered, the driver was chatting on his phone, my husband said hey up mate and gave him the money, the driver completely ignored my husband and walked off to get change from his car, again why not bring change to the door with the food, he came back (still on the phone ) and gave my husband his change, my husband even though he was fuming said cheers mate bye as my husband has manners and he just walked off and said nothing. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Ordered food. Was late being delivered so ri g to chase up the order. Was told it’s on its way..still no pizza, ring again to be told they didn’t get order. Hardly speak English and was so rude..would never order from them again!

Usual maccys get what you know you're ordering. But the bloody music they play is HORRENDOUS why not play neutral music not everyone in here is 13

My family and I were served by Sonia and her team today and what a lovely service and atmosphere it is. Always warm and welcoming when we come. We love this site!

I ordered 9 wrap of the day meal all my order was cold chips totally cold and stigy wraps was cold

Food got to me very fast during breakfast time took a little longer during dinner as it was busier.

Customer service was very good.

I have been in lots of McDonald's but this is the worst one so far, food is just made so messy, cheeseburger just usually getting absolutely smashed or the meat in it is overcooked, staff just grabbing fries with naked hands. Tables are uncleaned and very oily. In general the atmosphere is really bad in there

Everything was on point! The pizza was fresh and cheesy, the doner and kebab full of flavor, the burgers were juicy, and the chicken wings were crispy and full of kick. Perfect meal all around. 10/10 for sure!"

I keep meaning to post a review, I decided now was the right time. Since McDonald's as a brand decided to change how each store operates. Electronic ordering has now created large queues and longer waiting time for customers. Hengrive branch constantly get orders wrong. The amount of times they have missed paid items from our food orders is amazing. You then have to park up and go back into the branch and join the queues while waiting for .missing items. During this time your other food goes cold. We have had occasions when we have not noticed until we returned home, which is worse, because the treat night becomes a pain. Overall it used to be a pleasure from this branch, but it's becoming more common to have mistakes. Even something simple like asking for a triple Patti burger and receiving a double. Asking for Brown sauce and getting tomato sauce.

It’s been 3 hours from when my order was ment to be delivered .I called a helpline and they said they would re send my order but it been around 2 hours since then . This is the most disappointed I’ve ever been and after this I don’t think I will order from here ever again this is the worst Ive ever been treated in a fast food place that is saying something.i will NEVER be ordering again

Great McDonalds. Food was sound. Quite busy, but there was still space to sit down.

Most useless branch of McDonald's I have ever encountered, shortly followed by Keighley. Never have I had a delivery come correctly when using the McDonald's app. I order a meal and you don't send me fries? Literally the only thing that remains consistent in your meals. How can the staff be so useless? Check your work before sending it out. Then you've got the app which is beyond difficult to create any complaint about missing items.
