Do not order through Uber eats!! Every time I have made an order on Uber eats they get it wrong, they can’t be bothered to read the instructions clearly 🙄

I called for a snack about 2200hrs whilst travelling in the area; a simple hamburger and a milk shake. Unfortunately, the milk shake machine was closed down overnight; the hamburger was fine. Staff could have been a little more friendly.

Ordered through Deliveroo. Missed 3 items that we ordered. Ordered Katsu chicken curry but they didn’t provide the sauce so just had to eat dry crispy chicken with rice. No telephone number for the store available online. Complained through deliveroo who provided a phone number for chopstix merry hill but didn’t answer after several calls. Now have to wait 48 hours to see if we will get our money back. Wouldn’t recommend.

KFC – El menú disponible no era lo mismo que el menú en el quiosco, pero se requería usar el quiosco para ordenar: resultando en algo que no se quería ordenar y algo que se pedía no estaba disponible en la colección. Greggs – cerrado. Burger King – no hay refrescos excepto sprite. Otros clientes incapaces de entender los números de pedido – casi pagó para que alguien más comiera mi cena. Debería haber permanecido en la autopista a los siguientes servicios. ¡Al menos los baños estaban limpios!

Absolutely terrible food just slapped together wrong order even when we went and got the rest of order stil just slapped together , used xtra fuel to go bk no salt in the chips everything cold not even offered anything for the hassel of their mistake don't normally leave a review but this has made this dinner service given has made me

Cold food , even a 7 year old said it tasted like it was made an hour ago . No straws for our milk shakes . No ketchup no apple bag . Asked for book in happy meal got the toy instead. Will not be using this branch again .

Mi amigo se intoxicó porque dos veces el personal se negó a cocinar el tocino en su hamburguesa. Absolutely crap this mc Donald’s it’s my local one so have to come here every time I come I waiting at least 20 mins and longer for it what the hell is wrong with this place give ya the mc flurry first it’s melted by the time ya get ya actual food

Terrible McDonald’s staff are rude to customers who want to pay with cash but not card. I have seen them walk around dirty tables without cleaning them leaving the restaurant in an absolute mess for others who want a table to have to clean up after somebody else. The food was made and sat there for ages that by the time the staff called our number, the food was freezing cold. They also tell people they are a 24 hour McDonald’s. However, I have seen them lock the doors sit there on the tables on their phones and then when someone goes through the drive-through, they make up the excuse off sorry our systems are down at the moment. Come back tomorrow. Lazy lazy lazy won’t be coming to this one again.

Passing KFC and as you do popped in for some chicken. Very hot food Clean and tidy And staff supper friendly and helpful. Could not ask for any more from a kfc

can’t be arsed to answer the phone nor get the food right. this is a constant problem with this mcdonald’s. don’t waste your time
