we ordered a salad at over £9 The salad was more like a side salad. I'm not greedy but the portion was ridiculously small. I won't be going to that subway again

I used to be a regular here twice a week atleast! I've stopped going now, the staff are horrible especially the mother and daughter, they talk about customers behind their back, roll their eyes at customers are rude and abrupt, I don't pay for eye rolls I pay for good quality fish and chips which have really gone down bank also the chips are very thickly cut and hard and under done! Very disappointing as I've been a customer for over 20 years

Not very well served, chips were cold, not much salt in them, same with the fish.

Very happy with the service from washwood heath branch. Manager is very polite and helpful and very customer focused.

I had a disappointing experience , particularly in how they treated. The behaviour displayed by the staff, especially with asians, was notably rude and unprofessional. While an older gentleman didn't know how to engage in a respectful manner

It used to be very good value for money but the prices have become very high for a lot less food the only thing that I used to buy that gas not gone up too much over the years are the donner box and fries they have on gone up by a small amount

Never had a a bad takeaway from this place. We were in Cleethorpes a month ago and were treated to "the best fish and chip shop in Cleethorpes" but as I was eating it I thought Costas was better! Keep it up guys, and remember people are more likely to leave a review if they have a negative experience and look how many great reviews they have. I ordered kebab meat on my margarita pizza , there was none anywhere to be seen

Food had a strange taste even the curry sauce tasted zesty. The chips were anaemic disappointing

Hadn't used these for a longtime due to COVID and eating habits. Used to go especially for the kebabs as they used 100% lamb mince , so the kebabs where tasty and of superb quality. Visited some wks, ago had the usual, with the extra of fish bites.. Noticed a change of staff n owners. Ill be honest ..it was the worst takeaway we've ever had. Chip tasteless and overly greasy. Fish bites coated in super thick batter then coated ..i mean coated in salt.. Finally the kebab.. completely changed...either not cooked properly or changed the meat..
