Disgusting I ordered signature fries and it had a black hair on the fries absolutely disgusting nobody wears a hairnet in the kitchen I emailed burger and sauce waiting for a response and didn’t get one. Burger and sauce do better.

Order was correct. food was hot and tasty

Driver came half an hour late. Food wasn't hot enough, and needed reheating. Kebabs also very dry and inedible. Definitely will not be reordering from here.

Came with a friend looking to get some fish and chips after having been disappointed by some other chippies locally, but not here. Great service, staff are lovely, good portions and great food.

Never had a a bad takeaway from this place. We were in Cleethorpes a month ago and were treated to "the best fish and chip shop in Cleethorpes" but as I was eating it I thought Costas was better! Keep it up guys, and remember people are more likely to leave a review if they have a negative experience and look how many great reviews they have. Don’t get me wrong the food was lovely but you missed the chips and cheese sticks and sent battered mushrooms, hashbrowns, and chicken nuggets in a box who orders that?

Just wanted a quick snack . Had baguette meal deal with fries. Very tasty , fries were nice and crunchy and was value for money .Staff friendly and helpful. Also the premises are clean and tidy.

Ordered to the wrong subway and rang multiple times to cancel never answer and no ring back and then clicked to say I collected it. Yes I’m to fault but they should also be more honest
