Had small doner meat and chips with smallest salad portion I've even seen. Small handful of green looking chips that were hard (not cooked). Ordered from here plenty of times and never had a problem until now. Will not be ordering from here again as food standards have dropped massively.

Pretty grim food, the fish was slimy and undercooked, and the chips not that warm. It's not the chippy it used to be.

Amazing food however it depends on who serves you. I’m a regular to this place and I went there yesterday and dependant on who serves you, they do not care about the loyalty you show the company. They rudely don’t care sometimes. At the start they ask you how much salt and vinegar do you want, this worker just put a teeny bit in there and got annoyed when I asked for more.

Worst food by a mile! Chips were cold & covered in black bits. Mushy peas were literally like water. Both kebabs were luke-warm. Service was poor, and personal hygiene disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

The haddock was well fried and also the staff is very friendly, 10/10 for staff to recommend things on menu. Recommend this if you are looking for a good haddock in this city.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could give 0 I would! The kebab for 1 over an hour and 30 mins when you call the restaurant they are aggressive and threatening! The driver came to the door and told me they have no clue what they are doing in the restaurant and agreed the service is terrible! The food was cold I had to put it in the microwave. I was eating my food and then someone called me on a mobile number from the restaurant threatening tone asking me what was wrong with my food. I had the worst experience ordering it and the worst experience eating it! They in the end put the phone down as they don’t like to be wrong! Travel from shrewsbury once a month , went on easter monday ( took my daughter for the first time , saying how nice the food is , food was nice! but the service of the server was so so rude , will never go again !

I ordered through Uber eats. I had to wait until 4 minutes before it's max time. I was left with almost completely cold food. The scallop although hot was unseasoned even though I asked for salt on everything and the chips had clearly been left a while and so almost cold and so had to throw most of it away because of this. According to the delivery guy, the store asked him to wait which I'm guessing was to wait for the scallop to cook fresh but as a result the chips were awful. It wasn't even far to deliver so should have been piping hot.

I ordered lamb rice with chicken lemon and herbed chicken wings ! They cooked my lamb rice in lemon and herb too! How disgusting ! It was vile I had to throw it all away ! The manager was so nonchalant about it ! No real apology ! Just said sorry it was a mistake !! So angry Ontop of that what was meant to be a freshly baked chocolate concrete and custard was stale and horrible ! I will never order again and I spend so much money weekly here Standards gone down
