The best restaurants serving Fast food food in South West

Went for a takeaway curry. Very disappointing. Much too salty and bulked up by too much hard, uncooked, big, chunks of onion. Has been better in the past. But wont be returning again.

Best pasties in newquay, no argument. Try Thai chicken curry, lamb, and the traditional.

Rude character serving. Needs a personality transplant !!!! Put me off. Couldn't even respond with hello or acknowledged my thanks. Will not be returning again because of this guy. Once I put it down to him having a bad day, second the same, third that was the last straw

Missing chips - a key part of the meal. They said they couldn't deliver them. So entire meal was ruined and getting cold whilst complaining to the restaurant. Please refund the whole order.

The Haddock was well over cooked. The batter was brown rather than golden. As for the scampi, it was cremated and barely any scampi inside. The chips was the only thing that was alright. Doubt I'll eat here again

One of the best places for crispy fried chicken and fries on Charminster Road! The chicken is always fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked, while the fries are crispy and delicious. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone craving great broast chicken!

My wife and I had a splendid couple of meals here last week (23 + 25 Oct). The food was excellent : calamari and sole goujons - and the waiting staff were both courteous and friendly. We were surprised to read a poor recent review where a steak was criticised - in fairness the restaurant holds itself out as a primarily fish restaurant which maybe explains the problem ? Place is alright, staff seemed friendly enough, some customers in there were obviously regulars. It was my first visit there as I was staying with family, locally, and the usual fish & chip shop was closed. I ordered 2x plaice, 1 x haddock & chips. The fish was all fresh cooked while I waited. The haddock was fine. The plaice was truly awful. Basically, two bits of battered fish skin. Hardly any actual fish on either bit. Really bad. The chips, despite an advert on the wall claiming them to be new and thicker, were mainly just crispy bits....the stuff you can't actually get a fork in. Overall, a disappointing waste of money. I'll never go back. I suggest you don't either.

Very helpful with gluten free and very good quality . Chips are excellent. Veg pasty and cheese pasty’s are nice (gluten) .gluten free fish really nice and tasty

Had a nice portion of fish n chips and numerous pints of ice cold lager in the garden. As with all seaside towns, the food was over priced, but can’t complain on what it was like. Beer was better though! Definitely recommend for a pint and food On a sunny day
