Top marks to the chef and delivery person

Normally frazers is really good but this time nowhere near. The loaded fries were far from loaded only half full and cold not worth £2 let alone £8.95!!!! Same with the Mac Dog. The pasta was OK. Shame as it used to be really good. Don’t know if we will order there again.

Amazing food this evening. My son wanted a calzone for his birthday tea and he was really pleased with it, and my vegetable burger was really tasty- thank you!

Food was awful. £34 wasted. I won't be returning

Used to be half decent. Recent Take away = The worst pizza ever! Artichoke was equivalent to a bush Tucker trial - slimy, out of date mush - went in the bin! Will not be returning again and recommend others avoid!!!

First time trying and I can definitely say that I will be back! The food itself was amazing, you can tell it is good quality and cooked well. Flavours and service was impeccable too. Thankyou! This may be my new favourite takeaway, worth the price you pay for sure.

Cheese sauce was watery not ya usual chdder sauce

First time trying Frasers, really impressed, my only complaints are the minimum spend, £40 is a bit steep, and too much vegetable oil soaked in the gourmet chips, they were dripping and all we could taste was the vegetable oil. Other than that, very tasty food, excellent portion sizes, all visibly homemade, and quick delivery

Food delivered in a brown paper bag, so heat of the food had escaped. Burger, mushrooms and onion rings were just warm but the loaded chips were stone cold and not eatable . A shame because the food tasted nice but was delivered cold.

Frazer burger is top notch and delicious

Food not great this time, one buttermilk chicken burger not right, appeared to have very little coating, almost like it had a light fish batter on it.

Food was great but unfortunately it arrived at 6.40pm when we had ordered it to arrive at 7.40pm. This meant we had to decide between eating a good food at a really inconvenient time or bad food at a good time. Please check timings on orders!

The food was absolutely disgusting. Frozen cheesecake. My meatballs was horrid. Please do better!!

One of the few places that you can get great gluten free food for takeaway. Edit: since the change of management, the number of gluten free dishes has gone down significantly. It used to be one of the few places that did gluten free fish and chips. It just isn't as good anymore

First time ordering burgers from here. Stilton and bacon 8oz burger was thoroughly enjoyed by my husband. I ordered the fried chicken burger, I have to be honest I had one bite and threw it. It didn’t look nice, salad etc and onion rings were nice. Bacon and cheese fries were lovely. My husband would order again. I perhaps wouldn’t.

Worst fish ever. Chips were OK but expected that 2 portions would be enough for 3 people as it is in other take aways but it wasn't. The batter on the fish was very pale and soggy, totally inedible so ended up eating the fish only.

This is really annoying as I have used these guys before and there haven't been problems. Ordered a pizza and after 2 hours still nothing arrived. I had rang the restaurant to be told it had been delivered and was asked to call back in 15 mins. After the second call I was told the driver had delivered the food to a wrong address and now that the driver was unable to make the stop to my house. Fraisers told me I had to now go and collect my pizza. I got down there and items were missing no apologies and I was offered a can of coke for the mess around. I will not be returning or recommending.

Great burger, best in Trowbridge

Put an order on the app 40mins later I get an email telling me my order is ready for collection. I called and said I selected delivery not collection was told no you didn't its on the receipt( very abruptly)...then said we can deliver it if you want ok great I said then when the food arrived cold and very over cooked I was told I had to pay £4.00 delivery even after paying £46 for very bland over cooked food. Will not ever get an order from me again.

We have takeout quite often from Frazers. When we get together with friends its our go to as there is so much variety on the menu and theres something for everyone! The website is very easy to use and usually the delivery does not take long. The food is well packaged and of good quality. Never had a problem!

I just had chunky chips and although they were quite expensive they were really good. Really crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. A sensible size portion. Really good 😊

The beef patty was nice and of better quality than most of what you find in the area, however, this was the only good thing. The ‘gourmet bun’ was a burned probably mass produced sesame seed roll. The Cajun chips were soggy and the seasoning was mainly just in one area making some of them over powering and the others bland. The cheese sauce is one of the most disappointing things I’ve ever tasted. I’m not sure you should even be allowed to call it cheese sauce, the taste is that of a glass of milk that’s been left out for a few hours. The chicken was okay but nothing special. I would like to give credit where it’s due to the lady who delivered the food who was very friendly. This place was so much nicer when it originally opened - now it’s just another overpriced takeaway.

Placed an order on just eat. Didn’t receive any confirmation. Called the restaurant direct- they hadn’t had my order because they said ‘ we aren’t on Just Eat anymore’ yet the money has been taken from my account. The restaurant should have had their details removed from the Just eat website but haven’t & now I have lost over £30 Really unhappy!

I am unable to eat take away food as a result of my food intolerances but was delighted to see that Frazer's offer gluten free options. I had the fish and chips with mushy peas, something I had missed out on during a recent trip to Cornwall. It was a very generous portion, more than I could eat. The fish was pretty good for my first time of eating gluten free battered fish and the sweet potato fries were perfect, the mushy peas finished this meal off nicely. Very happy.

We usually like the food from Frazers. There wasn’t a problem with the food this time, but they missed off a portion of Cajun fries which we were billed for. Didn’t want our food to get cold so just put up with it.

Had to add my own cheese to the fusilli four cheese dish as it was bland and more like a cream than cheesy - bit disappointing specially as it cost £9!!

Can never praise these guys enough. For me it's the best takeaway in Trowbridge my favorites ?, all the Itallian dishes because they are authentic, after all the people who run it are Itallian.

Pizza was nice, but the fish and chips werent, couldnt even eat the fish it was that dry not worth the money, asked just eat for a refund but got nowhere

The sea food linguini was fantastic as always the only slight disappointment was the battered cod. It hadn't been quite cooked enough and the batter was not cooked all the way through and some of the fish was the same. This is the first time in we have ever had something like this happen with Frazers and wont stop us ordering again from them.
