Food was really bad dry greasy chips calzone lamb and chicken sheesh chewy no flavour avoid

Walked up from Butlins last night. Amazing service, lovely staff, food was piping hot, and super tasty. definitely be back next year!

Don’t bother with this place, placed a delivery order on the app for them to take the money and reject the order “because they were to busy” bloke on the phone reckons money will be back in the next 24hrs but have screwed me and my family over for dinner this evening.

Best and only Halal food (pizza not halal) in Minehead. We was fed up with eating bland and tasteless food at butlins so we visited this place it was outstanding from food to service the staff was amazing. The quality and portion of food was very generous for the price paid. Definitely recommended.

Best food in the country, I've been going there for years. Drivers often early, never late and the food is always hot. Chicken shish wraps are stunning and the big pizza deal is even now legendary.

Parents met at this place 8 years ago. Good food too. Great service in the form of drivers and brilliant over the phone. Orders often customisable. Go here all the time. Solid. And the Big Pizza Deals a bargain.

Decided to try something different this time, I usually have a chicken wrap which is alway delicious but this time I had an Hawaiian Burger. I have to say it was the BEST burger I’ve ever tasted, succulent burger and sweet pineapple 🤤 only downside is the more filling you have, the more messy it is to eat but worth it. This will be my choice every time from now on. also having our food delivered by the always polite and friendly staff is a bonus. Thanks guys

It's a takeaway... Given at this location there isn't much choice, this wasn't bad. It literally is the only place open past 11pm. Variety of food, from kebabs to pizza, generous portions and good flavours.

Down in butlins for a well deserved break, asked the staff for a good kebab ship and they suggested Kings. By far the best kebab shop we have ever eaten at the meat is tender and the salad fresh, if anyone is thinking of having a kebab when they visit I highly recommend this place yiu will not be disappointed and the staff are the nicest friendliest people ever We will be back and we will be ordering again 10stars

First time ordering pizza at King Kebab, was starving and they were delicious, exactly what we ordered - cooked well, polite staff, will be back 🍕

Bought a lamb koftie and lamb shish both with salad and bread,on a damp Sunday evening. While waiting we watched locals ordering and being given sauces in pots even with cheaper kebabs. We were offered a choice of sauces, but these were not put into small pots,but poured directly onto the hot meats,and salad,making the salad soggy and the sauces warm and leaking through the packing. The server wrapped the kebabs and packed them upside down ....maybe he thought it would be funny that sauces would be dripping through the packing all the way down the street!! The breads were cold and dry,and disappointing. Certainly not soft and filled nicely. Avoid this one if you are expecting a great kebab. They are having a laugh at almost £20 with a small portion of fries,& without any sauce!!.....

I ordered from these guys on the weekend and the food is amazing the staff are polite you can have a conversation with keep it up guys you have my custom

Just had a house special kebab delivered to the holiday park in blue anchor bay wow what a brilliant service I was told it was a half an hour delivery and it was spot on lovely and hot highly recommend to anyone

Food turned up quick, but burger bun was totally soaked in sauce, making it a load of inedible mush. Looks like the sauce was put in the tray, then the burger was put on top of it.

Phoned to check they were open on Easter Saturday and to see if they delivered to Butlins. They were and they do so placed an order through their website. Delivery time was suggested at 1030pm but I added a note to ask them to phone when food was leaving the shop. Got a quick call at 1025 and food arrived bang on 1030 just outside the main gate. The food was piping hot and was some of the best Kebabs we have had. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

Luckily dropped in as still open so very glad we did! Meet with a smile and great service … small wait but glad we did as the small donner was insane!! Fantastic highly recommend ❤️ Thanks

The two of us stopped in on a late night shift work break at King Kebab in Park St, Minehead. Quick service, food served fresh, generous portions, very well cooked. Doner meat in a bun was bloody lovely, and chicken shish with lettuce and mayo delicious. Highly recommended.

Lovely pizzas here every time I have visited ,I highly recommend, hot tasty and garlic dip is very good 👌

Tried 2 other kebab and pizza in minehead and was very disappointed. Went to King Kebab and was fresh and tasty. 10 out of 10 ...... well done guys

The foods good and all but even with Covid if you paid by card, they used to get a thing where you could pay by card like obviously. And they tried to scam my dad and I. They got my dad to read his bank details on the phone over and over again yet he is a costumer that orders there daily. They would already have his bank details. So my dad told me to get something from the shop and the kebab turned up because the payment had gone through. Mind you, my dad had hung up and told them to cancel so whilst he was reading his details over and over again it had gone through and had possibly been written down. They can get sued.

Good food when you have limited Halal options.

Lovely halaal food and fast service. Prices were reasonable too. Would recommend Is located in the town centre , we went in the evening so parking wasn’t an issue.

We ordered a Donna and a chicken kebab online. The delivery was over an hour late and the food was stone cold. The chips and the pittas were like cardboard and inedible. The chicken was thoroughly over cooked and dry, as well as cold. Okay, we only spent £16, but why should we pay for food that has to be put into the microwave before being able to eat it and then the majority of it went into the bin anyway. Absolutely disgusting. Plus, the delivery driver was not sober! Personally, we wouldn't give this place a rating at all. Never again.

Ordered on line and went to pick it up, while still cooking some of my order. Other dishes sitting on the counter. Just live around the corner, but when l unwrapped it, the food was cold and though they had just opened looked like the chips had been re-fried a few times. Had a wrap and asked for chilli sauce in my order non existent. I have used king kebab a lot, and have to say this was the worst I have had

Yet again ordered and items missed off delivery, this has happened almost every time I have ordered from them. Food not to a great standard and additional charges if you order on line. Would not recommend.😡

Like the chicken Donna, not sure if anyone else does this. Generally order on phone for home delivery which generally works well and the food is hot. Just disappointed that if you order via the website you incur extra charges! Going to stick to using the phone in future.

Have used their take away service a few times now and food is great. Big portions, freshly cooked and very tasty. We usually ho for the large diner kebab which easily feeds 2 of us but this time we tried the lamb and the chicken dish. It was my husband's birthday and we were so fed up cooking so stopped on our way home from the supermarket. As we have to travel a bit to get home, they package everything separately so we can hear up the meat if we need to. Did 4 of us 2 meals as there was much. I would highly recommend them, great food, great price and good value for money

Ordered the mega burger which says 1lb burger with chicken burger £6.50 when it came it was a 1/4 lb burger with chicken Phoned up and spoke to an arrogant man who eventually said he would send a burger with 3 1/4 pounders in and the £6.50 refund so when it came it was just 3 burgers in grease saturate bun and No refund Phoned back and he was shouting saying i have other customers i dont need you

Came here yesterday with my other half. We ordered a beef burger each and a portion of Donner meat and chips. The guy who served us was really nice and very friendly he even gave us a free drink each and some sauce for free. Food was made quickly and we took it back to our room to eat. Wow we were very impressed it was mouthwatering and great quality, the beef was cooked very well and the burger bun was so soft. Donner meat was lovely and soft we enjoyed the meal thoroughly we will definitely come back once we visit Minehead again. Shukria guys.

Tasteless bland. Worse kebab I've ever had

The food is good and pretty much like the other takeaways in the town. Ordering is a bit hit and miss and wrong orders delivered from time to time mainly missing items. The shop staff aren't very friendly and even make mistakes when ordering in person.

Very good value for money. Went last week for the first time, delicious food.

Really quick service well worth a visit if you are in town.

Came to Minehead Butlins and needed some food that wasn't a rip off and we discovered this place. It offers some Halal items aswell including the burgers and some pizza toppings and the kebab. It taste amazing. Honestly so Flavorful however the chilli sauce is the basic chilli sauce you find everywhere you go. That could do with some updating. The garlic sauce is great. The half pounder was so beefy and juicy. I loved it. I find it hard to find a good burger as most places end up over cooking it. You can tell it's a good place to eat. There are queues but the wait time isn't long. A short fella called Gercan was so helpful when we wanted Halal he was able to cut some chicken up separately for our pizza. The pizza was very cheesy just how I like it. Brilliant service. If you are in the are pop on by.

First ever review, had to be done for this place. Was staying at Butlins when discovered this place, excellent food and excellent service. Especially from Gurcan. Massive portions at good prices, proper Turkish kebab, also they go out thiere way to cater for halal meat eaters. Possibly 1 of the best Donor kebabs around (coming from London, thats a big statement), pizza and burgers are also a must have. Eat here every night since discovering it on our stay. Hight recommended.

Have mixed feelings on this venue, the quality is brilliant and the prices reasonable. Started coming here and had a nice man serve us and he gave good portions, then went back and was greeted by a foul mooded woman who gave small portions and tried to flog some chili sauce for 50p because we wanted it to the side in a pot instead of straight on top (this wasn't a problem when we had come here twice before). Would go in as long as the lady isn't serving as really enjoyed the first 2 visits.

I have ordered from king kebab quite a lot in the past and have found everything ok but spent £35.00 this evening and was not happy to find two hairs in my sons cheesy chips and onion rings soggy and donor meat soaked in Greece.would not recommend based on tonight’s food .

It’s always a delight to find a smiling face and you won’t go wrong here. We knew what we wanted meat feast pizza and chips. It didn’t take long, but you can tell how good a place is on hearing the phone constantly ringing. Took around 15 minutes for the pizza and chips to be ready. Wasn’t overly expensive and certainly enough for 2 people

It’s 1:27am on Sunday morning ( Saturday night boy) and they are closed... the only kebab place in Minehead is closed!! What an absolute joke. I am absolutely drunk and starving which isn’t a good combination to be in at 1:30 am in the morning! I am highly disappointed in you as kebab coniseuir ( could be spelt wrong) I am now stood in Esso ( used to be ) getting a terrible sandwhich... not a dirty kebab. I am thoroughly disgusted but may have signed someone new fro cricket :)

Chicken and lamb shish kebab very good. Chicken shish and kofte very good. Large portions. Quick delivery. Very impressed. Also doner lamb and doner chicken on chips very good. Pizza ok. Overall very impressed

I use King kebabs as they offer a good delivery service and also have a chicken Dona kebab which is very tasty and a change from the usual kebab house fair. My only problem recently is that when we get the kebab delivered it's not very hot. This has happened a couple of times recently which is disappointing. If they could keep the deliveries hot it would be 5 .

BEST KABAB EVER! After driving around minehead all night looking for a takeaway to be open, i finally came across king kabab. I was greeted by really lovely,friendly staff. That served us fresh food that we could see being cooked. I highly recommend using king kabab! Im very happy and impressed and will now most definitely be my number 1 kabab and takeaway! Thank you

Me and friends visited the kebab after a night out in Lloyd’s and the staff were so welcoming and were a good laugh. Food was great as usual, definitely my favourite kebab place!

entered the shop asked for chicken & donner combo x2 got chicken donner burnt dry full of fat i did not eat it if i lived local i would return it but i live 7 miles away my name ////dev ////and i woud like a replacement meals

got food from them loads before and been fine but this time the garlic bread was so burnt you could t eat it, chips were soggy and cold and kebab was so soaked in garlic mayo my friend had to scrap it all of.

Our family decided to have a birthday meal from there rather than cook, mistake. Ordered via an app and despite being told 7.45 it was gone 9 despite two calls,by the time we got the food on a Sunday night which should not be that busy. Food was rubbish, chips were inedible, cold. Kebab was horrible and meant to be Chicken but god knows what meat it actually was. Pizza was rubbish, no taste. Having spent more that £35 on food for 4 of us we were totally disappointed. Two days later 2 of us still have stomach ache so goodness knows what we were eating. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

If I could give a restaurant NO STARS it would be this one!! My previous 1 star review has obviously been removed!! Ordered here often and was a regular customer but due to the attitude of the girl answering the phone and the dire, greasy, disgusting food that was delivered to us and then sent back not once but twice!!!! Appalling service and food will NEVER be back ! :(

Normally go here and the same miserable girl is always behind the counter.. I asked for a bit of extra chilli sauce as I like it a little bit hotter than usual.. she just looked and me and squirted way too much chilli over my kebab (which cost me over £8) with a smug smile on her face. I couldn't eat it as it swamped in awful chilli sauce.. wouldn't be a problem if they stocked decent stock products. I eat there regular and she is always a rude and has a horrible attitude and should never be in the service industry. There are plenty of better kebab places in Minehead so go there Instead.

Always first class here. The staff are friendly and the food doesn't kill you. It actually tastes quite nice! The go-to place for kebabs. They're on just eat and they deliver.

We had to throw our food ordered from King Kebab into trash, this is why the title of this review called rubbish. based on reviews we decided to give a try which was a mistake. Totally not happy .

Definitely recommend. Amazing food and friendly staff. We were staying in butlins who won't allow delivery drivers to enter so they called us to arrange us to meet them at the gate. The driver called as he was leaving the shop to give us chance to get to the gate. Living in Birmingham I have a huge choice of kebab places and this by far was the best I've ever had, the chicken was Juicy and a great selection of salad and portion size was great especially for the price. Kids portions are quite big too. I would definitely recommend and will be ordering from here when I come back next year.

Estábamos de vacaciones en la zona y pasó por aquí para una comida rápida. Nuestras pizzas estaban muy sabrosos. El personal era encantador que ofrece nuestra hija un zumo para probar (gratis). Mientras estábamos esperando una mujer venía pedir indicaciones a la estación para llevar chino! "Qué irónico, pensé, pero el muchacho estaba más que dispuesto a darle indicaciones. Estoy esperando que eran realmente las direcciones, pero no culpar a él si no estaban!

We love Chips , We all do....But to my Horror Chips were slightly undercooked, soggy and floppy, Donna Kebab was foul-smelling and greasy. We placed large order, some food was missing, we did not bother to call them back as the food we received was awful and most of it gone to bin. Disgusting food, rude and poor service. never again. The only positive think about this place is ...mmm..let me think...none !!

On our second day in Minehead we decided to order from here based on reviews. Friendly staff sure and quick service but chips were chewy, mayo was sickly, garlic bread was also really sickly. Most of it went in the bin I'm sorry to say.....wouldn't use again.

Like to say thank you to all staff at King Kebab in Minehead for the excellent service and fab food. Pizza's are better then papa John's , Burgers are juicy . Allways delivered hot and fast to Butlins (shame that butlins allow you guys only to the gate ) . I definitely recommend you to everyone who is looking for a friendly and fast service.
