The best restaurants serving Fast food food in South East

I come here every week or so to get my needed chippy 😂 The service could be way better. I usually order on the app and get it to pick up, however, when I get there as the app says it’s ready to pick up, after 10-20 minutes of waiting and the food is still never ready. They are usually just standing there not doing much as you can clearly see the food is ready in the food warmers and plenty of chips to be serving people, but for some reason they make you wait another 10-20 minutes when you get there even though they say it will only be a maximum of 5. Apart from this the food is delicious and they give you decent sized servings for the price. Only thing that needs to be improved is the customer service.

Food is decent like any other subway, but Christ the customer service is awful! Workers acting like their at a party, just stood behind the bar doing nothing, what are they actually getting paid for? Stupid machines that aren’t up to date and risk charging vulnerable people £99 for certain sides because although they are an option on the machine, they are not part of the deal… take them off, this is not a customer problem, this is a shop problem. Rude man, I think is the manager, awful process, there should be an option to order at till, because if there isn’t there really isn’t any need to have 5 people behind the till.

Ordered on just eat. Food never arrived. Tried to call restaurant after them said was delivered but never picked up.

A good Subway to take away or eat inside while waiting for your train to arrive. The staff are also nice.

The worst peace of fish and chips I've ever had the chip were definitely the night before chips reheated and the fish although cooked fresh was over cooked and the batter was so thin never use again

Miss these guys for their online ordering when will they return

Had two lovely pizzas to take away. Best pizzas in Deal in my opinion and very reasonably priced. Staff were helpful and friendly. I can't fault it.

I ordered my food at 9:50am and didn't arrive until 11:10am

I took my son here for a treat. We both really enjoyed what we ordered. The banooffee waffle i ordered was lovely I did struggle to eat it all. I did enjoy it though. My son had a Sundae and he loves it too. He didn't manage to eat it all. But still left a happy boy. There smoothies and Milkshakes were also really nice. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely go back again. But definitely as a treat.

Food was terrible. Cold, stale. Would not recommend.

Poor food rang for updates on the food and lied to twice about where the food was ordered at half nine it showed up at 2330

Ordered via UberEats. Turned up over an hour late, by which time we'd got fish and chips. They don't answer their phone and their voicemail is full. Food is nothing special. Will never use again.

Great experience Saturday early afternoon. Food was good and staff were friendly
