I have never tired a wimpy before I thought I would try it today. I order the double cheeseburger, I was expecting a big nice jucy burger as it’s an American restaurant. It was everything but that. It was tiny and no flavour. Go to your local fish and chip shop much cheeper and taste better. Very disappointed was expecting so much better.

The weather outside is frightful but the kebabs are so delightful, if you have no power too, go for two! Top food, Piping hot, fast and now I'm much fatter just in time for Christmas!

came in today and it was super busy. the gentleman was so friendly and very quick at serving us! coffee was delicious

Third time I have been here and every time been horrible, wait 10 mins for cold reheated chips with no taste. Fish is ok but not worth the wait

The lady manager was so rude. Staff need serious training on customer service and basic politeness. Shocking behaviour from staff.

Stopped off to grab a quick dinner for wife and son. Got my son a kids bucket but there was only 1 fillet and a sundae. No fries, they didn’t put his drink in either. Tried to call but as you can expect no answer.

Often found items missing from an order, whether it being ordering in the restaurant, take-away or delivery. Customer service could also be improved. We seen to have consistent issues when ordering via the app that upon arrival to collect at drive-thru, employees cannot find our order number or say payment hasn't been taken - meaning we then have to park up and sort it out in the restaurant - which defeats the point of using the drive-thru. Employees should be helping at the order window, not telling customers to go into the restaurant instead to resolve the issue.

Received only 4 prices of chicken in the family sharing meal which is supposed to have 6 pieces via Uber Eats in a sealed bag. I called Bicester KFC and the manager did not care or offer any recompense or to provide the two missing pieces. The large Uber Eats driver had a white T-Shirt with bodybuilder written on it and didn’t say hello, goodbye or thanks just immediately demanded the PIN number. Very rude. I thought that was very strange because the last time this happened a delivery driver asked to see my card and took all the details and went to France buying loads of things on my card somehow. So I thought this man was very suspect with his rudeness. Guess we just have to accept that these days. However the bag was sealed so it can’t be him. I explained this to the manager and told him he was responsible. He blamed the driver, became very rude and then hung up!!!! Ahhh, horrible service. I will NEVER use either service again.

Popped into the McDonald’s in Banbury recently, and things are looking good. The food was spot on—hot, fresh, and really tasty. The service was solid too. The staff seemed friendlier and more on top of things, which I’m guessing is down to some good management. Definitely a much better experience than before. I’ll be stopping by more often!

I rang the restaurant about my order and spoke to the worker at the time about the quality of the food, the person kept repeatedly hanging up on me when I'm trying to explain my issue to them. He saying he can't do anything, got no drives and to ring Uber eats and get £5 refund. The food arrived cold. Chips was rubby. Kebab meat was chewy and stale tasting. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me I had to wait till tomorrow at 2pm to speak to a manager. The order cost me £30 and it's was absolutely awful. I've used this place before and this has been the absolute worst experience I've had with them and I wouldn't go back now.
