Masters Kabab in Cherwell

A Huge Thank You to Master Kebab! I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received recently. There was an issue with my order, and I was initially concerned, but Master Kebab handled the situation with incredible speed and professionalism. Not only was the error corrected immediately, but the way it was addressed made me feel valued as a customer. The staff was courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This level of service is rare, and it truly sets Master Kebab apart. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great food and excellent customer care! Thank you again for your quick response and exceptional service!

I rang the restaurant about my order and spoke to the worker at the time about the quality of the food, the person kept repeatedly hanging up on me when I'm trying to explain my issue to them. He saying he can't do anything, got no drives and to ring Uber eats and get £5 refund. The food arrived cold. Chips was rubby. Kebab meat was chewy and stale tasting. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me I had to wait till tomorrow at 2pm to speak to a manager. The order cost me £30 and it's was absolutely awful. I've used this place before and this has been the absolute worst experience I've had with them and I wouldn't go back now.

wow ,how shocked are we,bloke had a bee in his bonnet,just because we asked for the salad that comes with it to have 2 things removed, so uber driver took ages to arrive and when it came didnt expect it to be stone cold and couldnt reheat it ,as it had salad in it.when we asked for refund told speak to uber they then said it will take 24 hours to be in touch. avoid at all cost unless you want 4th class service,correction no class service a good shop would have at least offered to replace it straight away,master kebab should close down by the reviews i have now seen

Prices on board behind counter are not current prices. I asked for mixed kebab for one, £9.90 on the board, so gave the bloke a tenner and didn't take my change. I got a mixed donner instead, which was not what I wanted. Only realised when looking at the paper menu after that the mixed kebab is actually £11.90 now. I also asked for chilli sauce, he put sweet chilli sauce on, was like eating a Thai kebab, horrible. I think this place is too used to catering for pissheads who don't care what they get or wouldn't notice the difference. Won't be going again.

A vile late night takeaway staff as rude as rude can be full of drunks from nearby nightclub food has no taste burgers are like cardboard and the buns very dry almost stale prices to high and also price marked items sold at near double price

La mejor pizza de la entrega de la ciudad fue rápido en 15 minutos. El ja ja. una buena relación calidad-precio quizás no muy transitada de dinero debe probar.
