I didnt enjoy my stay i dont think i was welcome

I feel I should edit my review. I would not recommend the chop suey, as I had this last time, and it wasn't to my taste. I don't recommend the soups either, however, I'm changing my review from 3* to 5* as the duck was perfect last time, and the sweet and sour chicken is very nice. The salt and pepper chips are nice also. I'd like it be to a little more salty and peppery but they are good :) The delivery was very early, which was great. I'd say your duck was the best in Longridge, and for that, and the fact the food was nice today, I no longer feel the previous 3* rating is appropriate. I'd rate tonight's meal as a 4 and the duck from last time as 5* therefore, always best to round up :) Thank you for the delicious meal this evening.

You’ve only got to read the other reviews to put you off coming here. Unorganised, painfully slow service, cold food, undercooked fries. There is definitely nothing fast about coming here. Actually think it’s the worst McDonalds I’ve visited.

Inside was very cool, so I and my family left without buying anything, at least the place should be warm for people to relax and enjoy their food.

30 minutes late delivery. All food cold.

sausages terrible old and warm ups

For the price you would expect the food to be hot enough but its not. Over £15 for a sausage roll, the small ones sausage barm and a coffee. I could have a table meal for less. Service was ment to stop you shopping don't except cash what a joke.

I ordered a chicken fillet and asked over and over again for a fillet not only did I get this but it was also cold! The food is vile and I even paid extra for delivery Never ever again

absolutely fuming so they can be fast when giving ur food but the staff are so rude here’s my experience , so me and my friend came in and we were so exited to eat and we ordered out food on the machine things and we want to go and pay and we were greeted by a disgusting behaviour of a man with a beard he said “yo what do u want” so i said ew and then he said “hurry up what do u want” and then gave us a death stare so me and my bestie are truly offended by this experience everyone stay safe

Absolutely shocking of an restaurant wouldn’t order from here again even if ya paid me Food turned up stone cold No straws No sauces which I paid for The milkshake machine is always “broke” or “sold out” it’s absolutely shocking staff really do need some GCSE's Also chips are always under cooked

Avoid this store. Ordered 2 fries, 2 dessert items and one drink ahead on the app (wish I didn’t) and waited over 25 minutes to receive them. Staff all very young, clearly inexperienced and not trained well. Managers too busy shouting at staff and rushing around. When they finally found my order it was cold, wrong drink given. The amount of bad reviews should be an indicator to McDonald’s that they need to retrain or sack their managers. I’m surprised they’ve not given anyone food poisoning. 🤢

Went a few days ago. Food was OK but the place was dirty....the floors where so slippy whith greece it was dangerous..even the gents toilet was the same. If they can't be bothered cleaning the floor what is the kitchen like. Last time I'll be visiting this place.
