Best chicken kebab around! Never had a bad kebab/pizza or cheesy garlic bread

Ordered at 18.41 , order was being delivered for 19.20 rang at 19.50 and told it will be another 20 mins . Nearly 2 hours later to be told they ran out of Donner meat and it would be even longer . Very poor service

So myself and about 7 different family members order from sabs weekly sometimes 3 times a week. I’ve just placed my order and they sent it to the wrong address. I clearly altered the address before ordering but regardless they sent it to a different address. After waiting over 1hr 15mins I called sabs and he told me it was my error and under no circumstances was he going to fix the error they made. Sabs will most definitely feel this now as we will all boycott his business. This is very poor customer service in general but especially for someone who spends a lot of money there. DO NOT order from here as they have no standards when it comes to customer service!!!!! Very poor

Sabs has just lost a regular customer, firstly because my order was taking wrongly I was told if I have problems speaking I should use just eat app very rude considering I went through the order twice then upon agreeing to a later delivery of missing Pepsi bottles and a garlic bread with cheese iv waited 2 hours to be charged full price never again will I order off these due to there customer service

Food was dreadful, ordered a large chicken kebab and it must have been a small beast of chicken. Asked for no salad, came with salad, 25mins late, miserable delivery guy and all the food was greasy and tasteless. I won't recommend.

Ordered from alot in the past unfortunately won't anymore. I ordered a kebab bap on Friday and was very sick for 2 days after it definitely food poisoning. Also the driver went the wrong address and could not find us.

Terrible. Told 30 mins for delivery came 2 he 15 mins after ordering. Pizza missing from the order, when we rang they made us feel like we were lying. Food was lukewarm, chilli sauce ridiculously hot. Hardly any salad on the kebabs. Won’t be ordering from here again, very disappointed.

Delivery still not arrived 2.5 hrs late and they have taken the phone off the hook and are not answering, if you can't deliver don't take the order🤬🤬🤬

Disgraceful service. I ordered via just eat, they went to the wrong address , when they phoned me up they said I'd put the wrong address in, I tried to explain that it defaults to the address when you put your post code in he told me to f off.

The food was actually very nice but the hassle was not worth it. Tried ripping us off and were claiming they had not recieved our 50£ order. Had to go down there to sort it out, not what you want to do on a Saturday night.

Worst kebab I've ever had, where did you get the pita from, Ghandi's coffin!!? Also I didn't realise it was build your own kebab, would have been cheaper for me to order doner meat on it's own because that's basically what you gave me. You just lost another 2 customer's

Six meals ordered for collection, all ready within 15 mins. Pizza, burgers and kebabs and free garlic bread with cheese. All spot on, all arrived hot and very tasty. Excellent vfm.

We usually order from this Kebab House many times and we always order the same every-time. There was consistency as we thought - the place recognised us and we recognised the Kebab House, there was loyalty. However we once received an incorrect order which was fine as people make mistakes but as soon as we rang them up to try to fix the issue, whoever was on the phone was very arrogant and told us that we ordered it like how it is - not taking into account that we always order the same meal from them. They told us that they would bring us back missing parts of the order. Nothing came after waiting a few hours. The following week I came in to provide some feedback to the manager of the Kebab House and they were rude and kept asking to me place an order when I wasn't there for food. They were very rude and said that they didn't have time to deal with the situation, and prompted me again what food I would like to order. They did not solve the problem at all. I was more than happy to order more from this place but because of the disrespect caused by the people who worked there, I'm never ever going to order from here again.

Food served on delivery was drenched in some strange sauce. ended up spending an hour removing the stains off the carpet from the order dripping out the bag. Chips soggy. Order full of water. Tasteless.

Rang an order through, chased it up an hour later, informed on way, 10 minutes later food arrived. The food was wrong, called up and complained, they then asked me was I sure I had ordered correctly 😡😡. Didn’t seem bothered by the fact that I was complaining about my food being wrong, real bad attitude towards me, but would send correct order out...another hour later we chased the order again, told on way 20minutes later it arrived. On the way out of my drive the driver made a point if leaving the gate open (what a rebellion 🤣🤣🤣) Needless to say I won’t be using these again for take away deliveries!!!!! Appaulling service 😡

Good Pizza and Kebabs. Cannot complain about the food. But if you have your food delivered check that everything is there. We had no chips with our order and we had paid for them. The delivery driver said he would bring some for us but as we predicted they did not arrive. We would have been a regular customer, so they loose out in the end. If you like good customer service don't go here. Also always ask for your free items when you spend certain amounts as they will not include them in your order AS AVERTISED.

Absolutely amazing food, 10/10 quality, worth every penny you spend, the chicken is excellent and the donner pizza is simply exquisite

We had been out allday and got home and cooking was the last thing on my mind. I am currently a member of Slimming World so take aways are a no no. I ordered tge hubby's and our boys but was humming and arghing over mind. I told them I was trying to be good and they were so accomadating. Played around with the menu and created me a yummy and not too naughty. Very impressed with them 👌❤👍❤👌

Appalling customer service don't go near this place. My order was incomplete and when I rang to inform them I was actually accused of lying about it and the guy hung up the phone on me! I will never buy from here again and will advise my friends to follow suit. I was told my missing items would be delivered and they weren't....... Steer well clear

Have had delivery from here many times always good food last night was no exception, until the driver decided to park up on my driveway not a problem with this until he drives away and we are left with a great big oil patch left on the drive

If you fancy a decent kebab or pizza then order from Sabs. We don't go anywhere else now since we've ordered from there. The staff are friendly too and always make effort to ensure good customer satisfaction. Only bad thing is that they don't delivery out of the Moreton area. If you have a car it isn't a problem. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
