Sultan's Kebab House in Wirral

Ordered through their website. The order never arrived. They never answer the phone. I'm now trying to get a refund via PayPal as have no other options. Do not order here as you may never see your money (or food) again

Best doner meat and chicken burger I've had before, friendly driver to, I know everyone sais places are nice when their not but this place is 10\10

The end of the lettuce was brown. I love fresh salad with my food. I love the crunch of fresh salad. The meat was dried up. The pitta bread was solid in parts. No thank you ever again.

Call yourself a kebab house haha. You don't even slice the pitta bread to make one....food was nice, mayonnaise mostly. Very expensive for 4 pieces of meat Thanks

Honestly if I could rate this 0 I would. Save yourself the money (this is expensive) and go elsewhere or go out for a meal. Ive ordered a small kebab, large kebab, small chips and a kids meal and it's cost me £37. Ivw got about 4 small pieces of chicken in a kebab, no lettuce and brown chunky onions. We all work hard for our money so I urge you not to waste it on this. I'm livid.

My go too kebab house after a night in the local boozer. Great kebabs, fantastic burgers and the lads who run it are friendly.

The most delicious food I've ever had. Well presented, seperate salad. Flame grilled, tender and tasty.

Lovely food but the service is shocking and the order is always wrong. No salad with the kebabs (since when did kebabs have separate salad portions?) and they omitted my son's meal entirely. Been disappointed with them before when they substituted garlic mayo for hot chilli sauce but thought I'd give them another go....bad decision. Steer clear unless you enjoy paying for food you haven't ordered or meals that are incomplete

Sultans used to be the best kebab shop on the wirral hands down. I cant believe how much theyve let slip. Chips were burnt but cold. Chicken was luke warm and had a strange taste, just a horrible meal. Pitta bread wasnt warmed. Wish they would get back to how they used to be

We’ve eaten from most of the local Turkish and Kurdish kebab takeaways over the years and we’ve rarely had a bad one thankfully. We each had a mix lamb and chicken kebab tonight and both agreed it was the best tasting grilled meat we'd ever eaten including on many trips to Turkey, Greece, Lebanon, Cyprus. The marinade, the juiciness, the char, hot sauce, the onions & tomato all just hit the spot tonight, the skewer of sweet grilled onions and peppers on the side sealed the deal! So blimmin tasty it inspired me to review an actual kebab shop!

Foid arrived cold and long overdue .apologised for delay but still it was cold

Just been and bought a special burger £7.50 and there was two pieces of Donna meat rang up to complain and basically told that I was lying will never eat here again

I placed an online order from Sultans and paid online, iwaited over an hour but my food never turned up. When I rang them they said they were unable to take food orders online and were not willing to refund my order. In short they are thief's.

Very friendly, hard working team. Super tasty food, chicken kebab was superb, so tasty. Done kebab large was plentiful. Definitely recommend 😋😋

There is no better Kebab House on Wirral The owner knows his profession Never seen anyone cut a Doner like this guy He is also very friendly and attentive which only adds to this being a great place for a Take Away Generous portions which always helps for us heavy guys 💪 This place is also spotless I won’t go on about the food as you need to try I will say that I have probably visited every kebab house in Wirral ans this is number 1

Had a few takeaways from here and have to say it is one of the best around. Food always arrives within an hour and is always hot never had a problem as the order is always right.

Always look forward to a delivery always hot and tasty tonight though was disappointing everything was as though we had left overs all meat was so hard and cold

I have had 3 delivery orders from here and they have been excellent, great menu also and the staff are very cool on the phone while I create my order.

Best kebab going, wouldn't know about doner, I will not eat a elephants leg but lamb and chicken are spot on guys who work there a great as well, they always give me a free garlic bread , least they can do as I am probably putting there children through uni lol

I ordered my food at 6.15pm and it didn't come until 8.40pm!!!! It was cold. The pitta bread was stale and the driver forgot my 2 cans she said she would go and get them and she didn't come back. I always order from these guys but won't be now. Very disappointed

Never order take out from this premises as in their website does not state do not deliver after 12 you have to go in the small print to find it sitting around for an hour they said they rang they never we rang up the night and we ordered for collection which we never the website just take your money now we have to ring up some kind of agent to get our money back a waste of time I would go somewhere else

I use Sultans all the time, and unfortunately this was by far the worst meal I've experienced! The food was stone cold, chips had way too much sauce on them. Ordered popcorn Chicken, received Chicken Nuggets and because the kebab was cold, the salad couldn't be eaten as the fat has set rock solid. Ended up throwing it all in the bin.

Sultans delivered 40 meals for a hen party we hosted. They come with meal deals in the day and more pizzas in the evening. The food was gorgeous and come hot, they delivered on time. The service was outstanding. I would highly Recommend sultans for any service required they will accommodate to any needs. Thank you so much for your help with organising our food prior to the hen party. We will definitely recommend you xxx

We have been a loyal and regular customer for years but will not be using after tonight. I placed an order that took 2hrs to arrive, barely warm and was lied to 3 times. I called to check delivery as the tracker had been 0mins to arrive for about ten min. I was told they were busy and it was on its way, understandable not an issue. I then rang back 25 mins later and was told it was on its way and they'd call me back after they'd spoken to driver. I then called at 2hrs and was told the driver was missing and manager had went out to find him. At that point driver knocked on our door and informed me it was really busy he was aware everyone was calling the manager and he'd been given our food 20mins ago. Checked the food and it was barely warm so sent back with the driver. Girl on phone did not apologise or explain why I had been lied to numerous times just that I couldn't be refunded until manager returns who has left the shop. Still no phone call, still no refund.

The staff here are lovely and friendly, however the kebab meat is always luke warm so by the time you get home it is cold and not very nice. Other than that, the food is always good and you are always given a very warm welcome

Ordered chicken and donner wrap neither arrived with salad I'm not to bothered but my mrs really loves the salad with the meal I called to tell the member of staff who was very polite then the (I assume) manager or owner came on the phone said i should have ordered salad as its not part of the meal the only option that came up on the chicken wrap was sauce and no options at all on the donner i assumed the salad should have been part of the meal as it was listed but won't be going back again food was nice but let down by the telephone manner

Awful will never order from here again. Food was supposed to arrive within 30 mins. Took over 2 hours to come and when it did arrive it stone cold

So we ordered our food, (one pizza, one portion of chips and one garlic bread) at 7:30pm tonight for delivery at 8:40pm, it is now 9:40pm and we still have no food, we literally live 1 minute around the corner from this place, we have called them 3 times tonight already to chase this up and every time we have been told it will be 10 minutes! We are now over an hour since our first phone call! Absolutely nothing good to say about this place right now

Best fast food ive been to, service is a tiny bit slow but the people, price and quality of food makes up for it, if you had a bad day go here it will sort your ed out majorly. The people the are sound aswell, Highly recommend

Iv never had cause to complain about the food from sustains before ,I got i chef special kebab tonight and they had lagered the whole kebab with loads of salt ,most of the kebab has gone in the bin as it had so much salt on it it was unedable the thing is I never asked them to put salt on my kebab so they have done it off there own backs a waist of almost £13 And the smallest box of salid whitch was for 2 kebabs I think a bit of re training is required here to get them back to the high standards I am used to at sustains

Just orderd a vegetarian kebab, when i opend it it was a greasy load of sloppy veg on a base of chips 😡 no salad, hard pitta bread, a compleate waste of money ,straight in the bin, wont be coming back

Ordered 2 kebabs turned up cold and asked for chilli and garlic sauce none on either phoned up said they would bring a pot a chilli and garlic sauce 5p minutes later still no sauces , phoned up to complain again asked to speak to owner and his reply was to busy

Terrible service, kebab came freezing cold and had no sauce on as asked for, called them up and and their excuse was ‘they was busy’ and they would bring some sauce in a pot which we are still waiting for over an hour later

Went in to get some hookers and there’s now a Kebab shop. I was pleasantly surprised to get some naughty scran which was pure der lad. Loved it der ini la. After I finished my kebab I was violently sick and almost died. My son passed away after the Kebab but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks Sultans!

Friendly staff and hygienic premises. Not tried all meals but the Chicken kebab with salad is excellent. Good quality marinated chicken used and cooked on grill in front of you. Highly recommended. Never had a bad meal takeaway or delivered.

The best kebabs on the Wirral. Everything is cooked fresh on an open charcoal grill and using the best products to give an authentic Turkish barbecue flavour. Deliveries are on time and piping hot too. Also great for Pizzas and burgers. Highly recommended

We got a take out delivered from Sultan last night and everyone in the house has been up all night being violently sick as a result. Clearly something very wrong with the food we received and it made everyone who ate it very sick. We will never buy anything from here every again.

We regularly order and get over the counter takeaway from here. The service is friendly and personal. We often use the delivery service and have no complaints. The food is plentiful and tasty and there is a weekly two for pizza offer that is well worth a try. The kebabs are well cooked and very tasty. Great for a lazy night in or on the way home from a good night out.

My wife and I compare every kebab we ever have to a Sultans Kebab. It’s the best we’ve had. We haven’t found any that live up to it.The Chicken kebabs are cooked to order so you know the food is always fresh and definitely worth the few minutes wait.The staff are always friendly and great you with a smile.

Always great food, tried other places but keep coming back here!

This place is rediculous, don't ask for mushrooms with you're shish kebab as they charge you an extra 5 pounds for them and then argue the toss that it's 2 kebabs not one. Even though you explain a thousand times you will pay a bit extra as you only want a few mushrooms not the full kebab. Never been to a place like it, I'll stick to Victoria kebabs in Tranmere in future, at least they listen to there customers and try there best to accommodate.

Good food, small place, genuine turkish chef! Although it is in Wirral, it might be the best turkish kebab "factory" in Merseyside. I was invited by a friend and actually we called some minutes before to have the kebab odered and ready but still steamy. We were 3 and ordered 4 kebabs. We left some tips and as response we've got a freem portion of chips. Nice staff, Good value, highly recommend it.

For the last 12 months me and the family been ordering from here at least twice a week! usually chefs special kebab (AMAZING)! and pizzas for the kids! Not once have we had bad food! Always fast delivery and always excellent fresh clean food! And the staff are friendly! Highly recommend this place!

Very disappointed tonight. The taste of the pizza was not the best. The chips were undercooked and the garlic bread below average. It seemed that they were running out of ingredients. Usually very good.

I ordered a large and small chicken kebab online with a piece of cheesecake and chocolate fudge as dessert; was shown in the order confirmation 40 minutes for delivery, ended up waiting hour and a half for the food.

Portion sizes aren't that big, considering the cost. There Are much better kebab houses in the area to visit.

Delicious kebabs, generous portion size and friendly enough staff. Only downside is they don't accept card payments in the shop, but that's not a major issue.

I have visited Sultans on many occasions and the kebabs are fantastic, all meat is fresh and food is always made to order! Would highly recommend!

Bought Donna kebab at this place against my better judgement when I got home I found that this garbage they call food was stale donna meat which was only fit for the bin, didn't like the look of the staff either, god knows what germs infest this hovel. Don't buy from this dump think of your health.

I go here regularly for take aways as the food is always fresh, nicely cooked and tastes great. I highly recommend! Worth travelling to if you're outside bebington
