The large order was missing a full meal and the chips from the meals - rang them and drove down they fixed it all and gave me it all again fresh and some extras - I obviously wasn’t happy at the start but she dealt with it great and it ended up great customer service. Thank you KFC liscard

Food was very nice but a bit cold

Used to be spot on and not halal, I ordered for years, all of a sudden it's gone to being halal yellow horrible chicken, awful taste. As I say used to non halal normal decent white standard chicken. Since it's changed its nose dived. Horrid. God honest truth that.

I had ordered 2 Donna kebabs at 855 they arrived at 905pm the email stated 925 on arrival the meals were stone cold I rang at 910 explain the meal was cold they said they would send another one out we were still waiting at 955 ,I rang again they were not goin to send one they did in end the meat was burnt salad just put in a box absolutely diabolical service just on £22 I spent never again will I purchase food from. them again

I ordered and paid for the food online and picked up in the shop. Food was excellent, service was good and very friendly. This place has very convenient opening hours. Kebab portion sizes are generous. I didn't order pizza, so can't comment on them.

Been using the Moreton kebab House for years now and never been disappointed! Will always be our go to place for a quality takeaway. Would recommend to anyone. Edited to add: Just ordered again tonight, I asked for pepperoni to be on top of the cheese on my pizza. Random request from me but was done exactly as I asked. Absolutely delicious, just the way I like it. Really appreciate that they always go the extra mile! 👌🏻

I ordered from here and when I received my order I was missing a chicken kebab and spring rolls so I phoned was told they would be sent 50 minutes later nothing so I phoned to be called a liar I said I'm not a liar I was told I am and the phone slammed down on me .I always order from here because my son loves their chicken kebab but I will never order again

Missed 2 things from takeaway order and when phoned they said would deliver straight away but when I called 50mins later they accused me of being a list and we didn’t receive the items we had paid for 😡

Food is nice but often find the Donner meat a bit salty, and I get really dry and feel like I’ve got a hangover after eating it. Issues when ordering are rare. They appear to have stopped delivering to my area so I have switched to an alternative.

Only ordered 1 item and they didn't even get it right

Yet another order delivered with a meal missing. Called them to get the meal sent but nothing turned up after 40mins of waiting. Called again but they didn't have a clue. Ended up going to the shop to get my money back.

Best kebab on the Wirral. Highly recommend the combi kebab. Great portion size, great meat and salad. Great delivery time, sometimes 30 mins earlier than expected. I'll never change, I'm hooked.

Wrong sauce on the (cold) food. Phoned them to let them know. They really didn't give a flying ****. People... don't order from these. Beware... Cold food, wrong sauce, very little salad. I thought rotten tomatoes was a film rating website but infact its the condition of the salad.Terrible attitude. Not one toss given. Will NEVER order from these again. Well maybe. I asked for a portion of chips waiting for my auntie to arrive it took them 15 minutes for a portion of chips witch were raw in some places burnt in others and tasted like how dog sh*t smells My auntie arrives we order a donner kebab PLAIN nothing on it with a folded pizza garlic bread there was nobody in the store but me and my auntie it took them an hour it was horrifying they gave us An unfolded vegan pizza with a beef kebab with fuking the spicyest sauce ever as we opened it our eyes were watering it burnt my mouth I didnt even want a refund it would of been a wasted hour for the refund

Bad place order 10 inch Pizza find it had big hair on it end up bin it order from there all time and i bin happy but this one time they mess up an drop hair on me pizza no refund or no sorry they try make out it was cheese when it was defo hair cheek p me off so much would recommend bad customer service

Nice people. Can't speak about the food; I accidentally ordered from here rather than a similarly named Kebab house is Suffolk (250 miles away). Once I realised the mistake, I called to pay anyway, but they said not to worry. Very nice of them considering it was entirely my fault - so a big think you to the team there!

Absolutely disgusting! Chips where cold and extremely greasy! Donner was burnt and dry. And to top it off there were 3 black hairs in my girlfriends lettuce! Don't eat here!

Ordered tonight, not for the first time. So disappointed. I missed the call at the door as i was on a work call (yes in a different time zone). When I called them after I was laughed at for working apparently and told it was my fault. Asked why they couldn’t leave it on the doorstep (as is the norm in COVID times)…. Apparently my cat scared them off. Anyway, sad to leave a negative review given previous experiences, but the attitude on the phone was awful and no food for me

Really good food, I used to use pensby kebab house but was reccomended this one instead and I'm so glad. The food here is a little more expensive but 100% worth it, bigger portions, more cheese and much faster delivery.

Ordered a pizza and a garlic bread with cheese and onion both were fantastic had to wait about 1 hour but well worth it haven’t tried the kebabs yet but if they are like there pizzas they would be worth trying

Normaly dont get just eat ordered few things ..£14 ..opened box sent hot spicy chicken wings ..i wanted bbq chicken ..granted sorted but ....not impressed ..
