Nice staff ,quick service,spacious

I placed an order with Ubereats this morning 4 Nov, and asked for the vegetarian ciabatta, I was sent triple bacon instead! I am disgusted I don't eat meat and I don't even touch bacon! I always order Pret for a relaxed morning, now you ruined this and I will not be associating Pret with lovely breakfast anymore, it is now the disgusting ham that I almost ate! I tried to call but the phone number is not working!

Really big and nice burger with a lot of fries! The staff was very polite and friendly! For sure i will come back again in the near future!

Fries are reheated in ovens, yes, and they do it in front of you, so don’t complain! It is about street food, so what you see is what you get. We didn’t like the fries so much, but the hot dogs were honestly really good. We also liked the kindness and the patience of the staff despite the crowd. Not bad at all.

Arrived and waited to order. The music was so loud staff couldn’t even hear customers talking. I mentioned the loudness of the music and they sarcastically offered to turn it down (it was nightclub volume). Ordered a tunacado to go. Waited for it to be made whilst being deafened by the music and watching staff dancing round and singing rather than working. The woman behind me was also complaining about the noise. Took my sandwich home to find virtually no avocado in it and it was too salty to eat. All in all a bad and expensive waste of money.

Fui a comprar la cena el domingo 16 de junio de 2024 a las 10 : 20 pm. Anunciaron la cebolla caramelizada Humous dip (topping extra) por 1 £ , el gerente quería cobrarme 1 £ . 50 sin razón. Dijo que el anuncio estaba mal, era muy grosero y poco profesional y me dijo que no me cobraría el precio anunciado. Le informé que se anunciaba por £ 1 y se le debería cobrar esa cantidad. Ella se negó y se volvió extremadamente grosera. Cuando le pregunté su nombre, ella se negó a dármelo y entró en su oficina.

In here a lot and the McFlurrys are melted every time. It’s like a milk shake and they don’t do anything about it. You can see it coming out of the machine and doesn’t look solid or frozen at all.

Amazing staff, they are all super kind and generous. Hard workers and always smiling. Great team!!!!

This is my local joe and the juice, really nice juices and nice staff! I ordered an iron man, and a stress down, and the juices from there taste fresh and sweet - reduces my cravings for cakes, so it feels like a healthier alternative
