Fui a comprar la cena el domingo 16 de junio de 2024 a las 10 : 20 pm. Anunciaron la cebolla caramelizada Humous dip (topping extra) por 1 £ , el gerente quería cobrarme 1 £ . 50 sin razón. Dijo que el anuncio estaba mal, era muy grosero y poco profesional y me dijo que no me cobraría el precio anunciado. Le informé que se anunciaba por £ 1 y se le debería cobrar esa cantidad. Ella se negó y se volvió extremadamente grosera. Cuando le pregunté su nombre, ella se negó a dármelo y entró en su oficina.

The food was lukewarm and the dish was 90% rice, the chicken shawarma was massively over cooked, the beef was chewy and dry. I hardly touched the food and asked for a refund. I’ve heard good things do maybe this was just an off day.

Crazy hot and no very little beef or chicken. I can eat hot but the staff didn’t get the gig and made both my wife and my meal unbeatable. Guy who was the manager was cocky and ‘charge them charge them’ when I questioned the lack of meat. Avoid.

While the food at Halal Guys is generally delightful, my recent visit was accompanied by a few concerns. Unfortunately, the staff seemed a bit rushed, and there was a sense of impatience when we placed our order. It would have been appreciated if we were given more time to decide, as we were still discussing our choices. Moreover, the portion size provided was noticeably smaller than expected. This was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the reputation for generous servings that Halal Guys is known for. Additionally, I must mention that the person assisting us seemed unresponsive to our requests and not particularly attentive. This negatively affected the overall dining experience. Addressing these issues could greatly improve the customer experience at your establishment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The food was really spicy and I couldn’t even take another bite, although I love spicy food , but the guy working there just drowned the whole dish in the chilli sauce that you can’t even see the food , I had to throw the whole dish away , my mouth was burning , I turned all red and even my eyes were red and full of tears it took my Half an hour to recover from a single bit of their food. Never trying them again

I use this place onec every month to I had take away for five people beef and chicken very little they fill the round container with lots of lettuce salads less meat and chicken bread row tastes less and cold staff are very relaxed , should be more focuse on what they are doing,

A fast food type restaurant that makes up a good and quick gyro. It isn't inexpensive for fast food, but the food was good.

I first knew of The Halal Guys from YouTube as I watch a lot of food reviews/tours. So when I did a bit of research of where to eat from during my trip in London, I unintentionally came across these guys and was very excited, and just had to visit and find out what all the fuss is about. This restaurant is famous in America after all. So we ordered two large combo platters which included chicken, beef gyro, rice, pitta bread, salad and their famous white sauce. The chicken was nice but the beef just tasted like dry donner meat. The rice was nice. Overall, it was a nice meal for lunch. It didn't blow me away but wasn't too bad.

Food was ok but very small portion.As I was walking in, a staff member shouted at me loudly to put my mask on, I have asthma, and don't need to wear a mask, but without getting into a argument, I put a mask on, I ordered the food, as i went to pay, it was card only? why whats wrong with cash? the staff looked miserable, being forced to work with a mask.on. Overall a horrible experience, nothing halal about this place, To the owners, maybe you should go research and find out what really is halal, Shame on you.

Heard alot about the place so went to try it out. Portion size was big for £7.99 can't fault that. But food was cold meat chicken and rice was cold, took it bk to the car to eat and very disappointed to find cold food in the box. So sadly couldn't really taste it properly.

The food was amazing, much better than I expected. I got the small combo platter and it was supper filling!! It was only £7.99 too so super worth it! Employees were kind, the restaurant was nice and clean too!

I went to the halal guy near Leicester but a bit disappointed as its closed. So i went to the one in Earl’s Court. It was worth my journey. I ordered the combo mix platter. The service was pretty fast, but what stands out the most is the food. That white sauce! Will definitely be back soon
