They don’t have salt and this is not happening first time ! If you are that expensive , you cannot have any excuse for not having salt in your branch for several times !!!

I stayed in an area close to Brompton Rd in London where there was a huge concentration of eating establishments but when you want a McDonalds fry only their fry will do. My face smiled when I realized we had one in our temporary neighborhood. I walked in and I was amazed at the efficiency the quality and the friendliness of the staff. I had to shoot a short video…I asked… to share the modernization of this McDonalds that not only shortened the wait time but a real plus was the food was hot!!! I am not sure if the food is more expensive compared to USA because I didn’t care because I wanted my fries , Big Mac and a Coca Cola that tasted like a Coca Cola. I had just comeback from India and Sri Lanka and I was having a MAC ATTACK WHO ever owns this franchise you are lucky to have a great team and more importantly a team that CARES.

By far the most gross McDonald's I have seen in a long time. The basement is a crime scene from a horror movie. Food was good but the service was horrible, and food ends up not tasting well. Staff had nothing to do at the till but they managed to turn their back on me given I wanted my bottle of water instead of freezing, room temperature, given it is winter. Small request also denied with disrespect.

Vi fik falafelnplates med humus som sideorder. Mega lækre falafel og frisk salat. Der var rigeligt . Perfekt middgasmåltid

Hamburguesa muy grande y agradable con un montón de patatas fritas! El personal era muy amable y servicial! Seguro que volveré de nuevo en un futuro próximo!

Fries are reheated in ovens, yes, and they do it in front of you, so don’t complain! It is about street food, so what you see is what you get. We didn’t like the fries so much, but the hot dogs were honestly really good. We also liked the kindness and the patience of the staff despite the crowd. Not bad at all.

Llegó y esperó a ordenar. La música era tan alta que el personal ni siquiera podía oír a los clientes hablar. Mencioné la sonoridad de la música y sarcásticamente se ofrecieron a bajarla (era volumen de discoteca). Ordené un tunacado para llevar. Esperé a que se hiciera mientras me ensordecía la música y veía al personal bailando y cantando en lugar de trabajar. La mujer detrás de mí también se quejaba del ruido. Me llevé mi sándwich a casa para encontrar prácticamente nada de aguacate y estaba demasiado salado para comer. En resumen, un mal y caro desperdicio de dinero.

Este es mi joe local y el jugo, muy buenos jugos y buen personal! Pedí un hombre de hierro, y un estrés hacia abajo, y los jugos de allí saben fresco y dulce - reduce mis antojos de pasteles, por lo que se siente como una alternativa más saludable

In here a lot and the McFlurrys are melted every time. It’s like a milk shake and they don’t do anything about it. You can see it coming out of the machine and doesn’t look solid or frozen at all.

Un amigo y yo visitamos Joe y el jugo cerca de Gloucester Road hoy para dos bebidas para llevar, me tomó 8 minutos para ser reconocido por un miembro del personal a pesar de que la tienda estaba casi vacía. Eventualmente la chica que servía me dijo un precio diferente a lo que había en el tablero y cuando lo cuestioné me dijo groseramente que era el precio correcto. Pagué de todos modos porque había esperado mucho. ¿Entonces para que mi amigo ordenara tomó otros cinco minutos ya que el miembro del personal estaba ocupado cambiando los contenedores? He trabajado en hostelería y los clientes son una prioridad sobre el cambio de papeleras. No nos habría importado que nos hubieran reconocido en el momento en que fuimos al mostrador con “hola estaré contigo en un minuto”, pero no nos ignoraron. A mi amigo también le cobraron un precio diferente al anunciado. Había cinco miembros del personal en el mostrador, así que no hay excusa, no estábamos pidiendo el mundo, solo ser reconocidos y recibir un servicio educado. Tomó veinte minutos para dos bebidas para llevar. Sin embargo, las bebidas eran encantadoras y los baristas estaban trabajando duro - es solo el mal servicio al cliente de la señora en la caja que fue decepcionante.
