Best MC’ds I’ve ever had. Half the price of America. Just wanna shout out to the lady with cat eye make up constantly walking around sweeping inside and out. She deserves a raise. Hardest working MCD employee I have ever seen.

I am an old customer here, and every employee is very enthusiastic. I like the chocolate croissants here

The McDonald's on King's Road, London is the worst one I've ever been to! It didn't look like they had enough staff. Service was very slow. The tables were very dirty. Every single bin was overflowing that much that they'd been brought out of their secure area. Customers just left their rubbish on the tables as the bins were full. The pièce de résistance was the state of the toilets. The floor was wet and dirty. The actual toilet itself was chipped and looked like it needed to be replaced. I ended up just holding it in. It was that bad! Staff didn't particularly look stressed and didn't look too bothered about the way they handed the food to customers. The self-service machine didn't work properly. I chose the option to sit in...staff gave me a takeaway bag anyway. There was no real care on their faces. It looked like they were just over it. It was really busy as well and we all had to wait some time. I'm not expecting Michelin Star restaurant service from McDonald's, but this was just appalling.

Abbiamo cenato in questo fast food con un amico durante una breve vacanza londinese, grazie al consiglio di un compagno di università che ha vissuto per piú di un anno nella capitale inglese. Beh, che dire… la versione kebab in forma pokè è geniale! Sapori deliziosi, porzioni abbondanti, prezzi leggermente sotto la media e vicinissimo alla fermata della metro. Ottimi i falafel, di due tipi: classici o speziati. Una goduria! A completare il tutto, la bibita free-refill. Tappa obbligatoria quando si torna a Londra. I fell in love with it!

Fries are reheated in ovens, yes, and they do it in front of you, so don’t complain! It is about street food, so what you see is what you get. We didn’t like the fries so much, but the hot dogs were honestly really good. We also liked the kindness and the patience of the staff despite the crowd. Not bad at all.

In here a lot and the McFlurrys are melted every time. It’s like a milk shake and they don’t do anything about it. You can see it coming out of the machine and doesn’t look solid or frozen at all.
