Joe & the Juice in Kensington and Chelsea

El restaurante está sucio. Suelos llenos de detritus, mesas cubiertas de polvo y migas. Servicio sin sonrisa. aire acondicionado a plena inclinación con puerta principal abierta de par en par. Tuve que mover asientos para no hacer frío. Quien administra esta sucursal claramente no le importa. Establece estándares bajos y no los logra. Con tanta competencia en Fulham Road, no es de extrañar que esté vacío. ¿Tal vez toman tantas órdenes de entrega que realmente no les importa? 1 estrella para la comida que es al buen nivel útil.

Quite possibly the rudest woman, who was French, served me this afternoon. I ordered 2 sandwiches, she looked at the clock and told me that the sandwich station was closed. It was 5:50pm. She told me they closed at 6pm. Which is a lie. They close at 7. I went back in after 6pm and she just stared at me blankly. She was really rude and unpleasant. Just horrible. I genuinely hope she's not the Manager. To be honest, Joe and the Juice staff are notoriously rude and it puts you off returning. What a shame. And what a shame to be one of the rude staff members that work there too. You guys really need to sort out your reputation.

Normalmente no me molesto en dejar reseñas, pero me decepcionó bastante el servicio al cliente y me sorprendió bastante. Entré allí para usar mi tarjeta Joe y Jugo por primera vez, pero el chico (con una gorra) y la chica rubia allí se mostraron reacios a ayudarme o hicieron que pareciera que era un esfuerzo para ellos explicar cómo era. trabajado (especialmente la chica) ¿En serio? ¿Soy un cliente que quiere pagar y me están haciendo un escándalo para que lo haga? Sin mencionar que ninguno de ellos hizo contacto visual o sonrió en ningún momento, parecían estar de mal humor o infelices de estar allí. No volveré aquí de nuevo.

Bought 6shakes 2banana, 2choc 2 strawberry and a chicken club sandwich... It was vile, the shakes were not cold i wantend a choc shake that bas basically a warm brown banna milkshake all for the princley sum of £36....even Dick Turpin had the forethought to wear a mask!!

Terrible customer service by the bold girl barista. Such a great company like this should hire better baristas with much better customer service. She was rude all the time, didn’t say goodbye when we left after we said it. If I had a company like this I would fire her straight away.

One morning while staying at a house on Neville Terrace, around the corner from this convenient drink place, I bought several coffees and a smoothie for myself and family members. The drinks were excellent. It got fairly busy while I was there and I felt that more than one person was needed there.

This location is open on two sides so great for feeling of open space. coffee and food is good. They have a basement with good seating but telephone signals are bad if you care about that.
