Nice food, quick service nice atmosphere

Kids were really looking forward to their Nandos meal we promised them this Saturday evening. Having been stuck in the Twickenham Rugby traffic for 1.5 hrs getting there, only to find a 40-50 minute to be seated was unacceptable - yes, the restaurant was busy, but not that busy... We had a three hour journey ahead of us, so it was the lack of flexibility and the appearance of amusement at our disappointment, by the chap on the door, that stuck in my mind. We couldn't stay, so ended up with, a more reliable ( as my son pointed out) MacciDeez, a few miles up the road. To add insult to injury, we had to pay £1.20 parking for the pleasure... less than just 10mins! Daylight robbery. We shan't be coming to Feltham again. The architecture was the positive I can report.

Have visited this restaurant and both time enjoyed the food. The Kulcha thalli is good value for money and the paranthas are quite heavy but very tasty. Our French friends really enjoyed the food and experience of visiting this restaurant.

My friends have been banging on about this place for ages Smoky this Smoky that. So I though let me go have a butchers and see what the fuss is about. I decided to go with my family of 15 just after lunch. The restaurant looks amazing very clean and the food...let me say it again and THE FOOD was Absolute Bang Bang! No Joke. I must say me and family were blown away with the customer service the staff were very attentive and friendly hats off to the owners Sharif & Saif thank you for an amazing experience. The Hype Is Real and Truly Justified!!

Usually order from here on a Friday and am always happy but this week very disappointing.i ordered a 2 combination meal but the lamb doner was no way enough . I hope this is not the sign of things to come

Lovely fish and chips! I almost didn’t come here because of the reviews but I loved it. Very friendly and warm staff; fish chips and mushy peas were fresh and tasted delicious. The chips were a tiny bit less crispy than I’m used to, that may be why some people have complained when ordering on deliveroo.

The food was good and the menu had a good range of meals available and drinks. The service was ok but not very friendly. The online ordering from the table is off-putting and the restaurant interior is tired and in need of updating.

Rude, unprofessional staff when I claimed my money back correctly as I was overcharged £9.50. When asked to check CCTV and called police to assist they refund me and apologised before police arrived ... to avoid

aint been hear in 3 years since 2014 but heard the foods gone down hill!! heard health inspectors came coz there food was not good the place was dirty the employees would check out the girls!! gonna make a reappearance here soon again after 3 years in 2017 lets see if they changed there scamming habits!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff got my order wrong on three occasions and left us short of food. On this occasion the food was cold and one meal short. I called and spoke to a person claiming to be the manager/owner. He was very rude, abrupt and extremely disrespectful, refused to take any responsibility for their error or offer to resolve the matter. Appalling customer service!! Will never return!!

I stopped by chance as I was in transit at a hotel whilst staying in the area (near Heathrow). Food was good! I ate in. Not many tables. Clean. Staff were lovely especially the lady. Portions are huge! I went with the Chicken Shish Wrap. You can customize accordingly. I included all the salad but only the chilli sauce. So good. Freshly made and divine. Felt healthy too. Not greasy. Huge menu. I had a bottle of water to drink with it. Not like a normal greasy kebab shop. This is like a nice family-run small restaurant and takeaway with good quality food.

It was good service. They managed to fulfil my order.

Awful service I have to complain nearly every time, I ordered food come stone cold most rude ..didnt seem to car r.this is not the first time it's happened shocking customer relations

Walked in and ordered my food (no problem) whilst waiting I watched the man that served me casually walk up to the bin and spitt into it, he then just casually wiped his hand across his beard and mouth before making the other customers burger and handle money without any attempt to wash his hands, Another member of staff came out from the back and also preceeded to wipe his gloved hand across his mouth before handling food and Another member of staff was walking around the back of the shop bear foot where the food is prepared, I won't use this place anymore as the staff hav have no idea about basic hygiene.
