My friends have been banging on about this place for ages Smoky this Smoky that. So I though let me go have a butchers and see what the fuss is about. I decided to go with my family of 15 just after lunch. The restaurant looks amazing very clean and the food...let me say it again and THE FOOD was Absolute Bang Bang! No Joke. I must say me and family were blown away with the customer service the staff were very attentive and friendly hats off to the owners Sharif & Saif thank you for an amazing experience. The Hype Is Real and Truly Justified!!

Ordered steak frites and it was bland, like no seasoning was added. No cutlery was included in the takeway pack but I like the use of recyclable material for packaging.

Ordered the delivery Came without any issues BUT Food was stone cold buns of the Hot Dogs were a disgrace absolute fiasco was impossible to eat Ordered sweet potato fries which came absolutely burned soggy and stone cold Also ordered tzatziki which came in small container with weird chunky substance with liquid around which we didn’t even opened Never again Wouldn’t recommend to anyone Not worth the price not a penny Disgusting

I called the restaurant to notify them that they had not put in the peri strips, he argued with me that he did. We then went back to show the bag and he continued to argue, he then proceeded to watch the CCTV rather than simply apologise and give us the strips? This resulted in our food getting cold. The CCTV showed that they missed out the strips! The manager was not apologetic and did not offer any compensation, there was 6 staff members Vs me and my friend. One of the female staff members stepped in and also argued against. The lack of apology or compensation was disgusting and the behaviour of the manager and the female staff member. I have never in my life watched the CCTV in a takeaway shop when they missed something from my order???? In the end they gave us the strips but I can’t belive that’s what I had to go through to get something I paid for.

Food was 10/10. I would definitely visit and eat there again. I would also strongly recommend anyone looking to try something new.

I went feu time's to Smoky Boys, they always serv really nice burgers that smells amazing,the people that serv there they ar very friendly,this time I ordered,even like this it was on time,the food was still hot and with fresh toppings. I really enjoyed and I'll tell my friends to go there too.

The food here was amazing! I cannot fault it. I like my food with a good amount of spice and they got it just right. My favourite - Smoky Bad Boy Burger and the Hot wings! I’ve been to Smoky Boys a couple of times before and it is definitely my go to when I am in the area. Service is great, they are so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend!

Their food hits the spot, especially their burgers. will definitely come back again Staff friendly too

Ordered tonight from smoky boys in west Drayton and the food was 10/10 and the level of service was fantastic. I even followed up with a call a while after I placed my order and the man who picked up the phone Luis was a lovely well spoken and extremely helpful gentleman who took time to ensure my order was delivered in a timely manner. He even even recommended what his best burger and wings were so I’ll definitely take his recommendations on my next order. 10/10 customer service on the phone.
