Rocky's in Hounslow

Staff got my order wrong on three occasions and left us short of food. On this occasion the food was cold and one meal short. I called and spoke to a person claiming to be the manager/owner. He was very rude, abrupt and extremely disrespectful, refused to take any responsibility for their error or offer to resolve the matter. Appalling customer service!! Will never return!!

The Rockys when growing up was amazing. Now since this new one has opened it’s crap. I have tried the food three times - paneer wrap awful no flavouring, chicken burger bland and burger bun wet and just had chips from there now it was all very dry and soggy. Not fresh. Please stay away from the cranford branch it looks nice from the outside but quality has slipped. Also awful white boxes the food is given in that just don’t look presentable.

First visit since they re-opened and I ordered the Chicken burger meal and 1 piece of Chicken. Busy Sunday evening but got served fairly quickly and food was ready within 10 minutes. Burger and fries were OK with the Mayo and Chilli sauce added on. The single piece of chicken on the other hand started off ok but then I found a horrible looking part and that kind of just put me off. The piece itself was very small and not value for money. Take a look at the picture of the chicken and decide for yourself if you would want to eat it or not. Needless to say this went straight into the bin; what a waste of money that was. Don't think I'll be rushing back here again in a hurry. Stick to KFC for some proper Chicken pieces.

Thought try somewhere different...Chicken burger had no taste, really bland, burger roll falling apart. First fried chicken place where they don’t do side breast so opted for thigh...looked grey and dull rather then golden colour...1 bite and in the bin...had a bit of a dodgy stomach after. NEVER AGAIN.

i ordered my food at 9pm got to the place at 925 pm order wasn't even ready {ok no probs}than offered me 5 chicken wings when i have ordered 2 pc chicken .so i drive to the restaurant just to find our my order is not available{or they cant be bothered to cook it } there no explanation given never again and its very now expensive but to drive to the place and not even bother to give you the right order is absolutely unexpectable. Sticking to KFC

The order was not corret , despite me telling them again and again .I was told it was correct before leaving, only to get home and see tht it was in fact not what i ordered , so I could not eat the food, as they added something I am unable to eat to my food. For the the other orders that were what i asked for, everyone else was ill throughout the night. It is all well and good putting up a new sign and having a 'makeover' . But if you cant get a simple order right and what is provided makes people ill , whats the point. Awful service and food .

When I last attended, it typified what everyone warned me about all along. Their hygiene standards are abysmal. Staff look dirty with long, dirty fingernails, unsuitable equipment right next to food, etc. They deliberately mislead you when you ask if their food is halal. They could not show certified evidence of this, demonstrating they are only interested in your money, with not a word of apology! They are not to be trusted nor considered by anyone.

They are GONE. The building is being re-developed. For a year now. I don 't know how we have survived without them!

Nothing like a hot chicken burger meal after a long days work .... hmmmmm fresh chicken breast! Haters if you want gourmet head to mr Ramsey’s ok! I’ve eaten here every other day! This place is a 50/50 place. Some days great food, then some days the food is so poor. Inconsistency is their biggest problem, otherwise they would be great all round. But, they seriously need to sort out their hygiene rating it's at a 1 star. I know they have been shut for a while, but thought i'd let people know about them.

If your sick and tired of Indian cuisine come here !! Good value for money! The salad in the wraps was fresh and crisp! Will definitely visit here again.

Food has gone downhill, have had a bad tummy after and not just once but twice.. would not go there again

for the price of £3.50 you will have a succulent burger, chips drenched in the most mouth watering mayo and chill sauce, which can be washed down with a strawberry maranda. if your on a diet stay away because like me, you will get addicted and become fat.

Always enjoy coming here for their signature chicken burger chips fully loaded with chilli- mayo. Not what your looking for if your after gourmet food but for fast food their donner burger, chicken burgers, wraps and pizzas a pretty good shout for fast food in the area.

Visite este lugar varias veces cuando se aloje en el área. Gran precio genial comida.Las 3 piezas de pollo con papas fritas y una bebida es de £4. El pollo es las articulaciones grandes y no un drumstick, ya que podrías conseguir una cadena de otras tiendas de pollo. La envoltura es delicioso y sólo vegetal 3 libras por una comida. La salsa de chile está lo suficientemente caliente sin tomar su cabeza.La tienda siempre está lleno, así que obviamente era popular entre la gente, porque hay otros 3 noche llevar tiendas en la misma cuadra.

Less than 2mins walk from the hotel. Nice pizza and I found the garlic bread especially special! Can't wait to return in the near future.

Pedimos desde la habitación de nuestro hotel como llegamos muy tarde (10.30 pm) y el restaurante estaba cerrado. La comida llegó y cuando volvimos a nuestra habitación y abrió la bolsa algunas de la orden estaba equivocado. Me llamó el llevar y explicó la situación y dijeron que" que lo que pedimos -que es lo que pedimos! ". El hombre de la otra parte no tenían intención de escuchar mi queja. Así que me dejaron sin opción, pero al final de la llamada. La comida estaba grasienta y tenemos una molestias estomacales durante la noche.

I have been here twice and the food is okay. The pizza that I tried was very dry and did not like it at all but their curly fries are the Nice. Customers service is good as well

¿Cómo puede un lugar como este se suponía preparar y servir los alimentos y distgusting. ¿sabe el consejo de aquí. Fui allí con la mitad del personal parecía borrachos, estaban sucios y terrible. Este lugar debe ser romper salud y legislación de seguridad. Yo pedí una hamburguesa de pollo, vino rápido del rayo. Fui a casa abrió, la hamburguesa estaba bien un poco seco y después no me siento bien. Todos deben ser despedidos, el propietario debe ser cerrado no vayas.

Rude staff, wrong order, terrible food, no cleanliness and staff checking out any female that walks into the shop. Makes you wonder how they are still in business.

Have been coming here for over 15 years, if you want cheap, big portions and delicious food look no further. The chicken burgers and wraps are to die for. It can get very busy at times so ordering over the phone is wise.

Simply great pizza, good hamburger & chips. Had to wait 15 mins because of the crowd, but that's always a comforting sign so we didn't mind at all.

Lo peor y más sucia llevar que he estado. Y la gente que trabaja allí es grosero, no educado y lleve ropa sucia. Mi pedido 4 alas de pollo y papas fritas extra grandes, recibí 4 medio muslo de pollo frito y fuerte de mitad de patatas fritas. Yo nunca volvería otra vez!!!

Customer service was terrible and food was even worse. Guy didn't serve me for ages s he was too busy chatting to his "mate".

There chicken burger is huge and the best! The meal for £5.00 is worth it only problem is at night there is a long wait due to the shop being smaller than an ant!

It is quite busy place so not much space to sit and have food. Although if you are looking for tasty food, ready in no time then this place is right.

This place is an institution!Best choices are chili cheese burger, barbeque burger and the classic chicken burger. Fries are awesome too. You can get burger chips and drink for 3.50.Open till late. Give it a go, you won't regret it. Take away only guys. Veggie burgers are awesome too!

We had a veg burger meal and veg wrap meal and it was excellent. The shop is always packed with people from all over surrounding areas. This is not the first time I have been. The quality has not changed.

The regular late night haunt of west London locals which you can expect to be packed anytime of the day/night. Offering quick cheap and tasty takeaway food for the masses. the infamous chicken burger chips with chilli mayo and my favourite the beef burgerthey have this fully loaded option (green chilli, cheese & onions) which can be added to anythingthe pizzas are very decent along with the garlic bread doner meat and milkshakes If your ever passing its always worth a visit!

Its OK. Standard pizza. Two doors away from VII hotel and if you say that you are staying there you will get a discount.

Just been to the Staines branch for my first try of Rockys after hearing good things and i most definitely will not be going back ever!!Not only was there a thick black hair in the middle of my peri peri burger but the chicken was a very unhealthy colour of brown!!Disgusted and feeling ill now.

This is my second vist here. This is the place were a lot of airport staffs come here too. I order the Double burger with extra onions and chills sauce. There cook it fresh and its the best.The food is very good and cheap. The staff are all good. Would I come back? Hell Yes 100%.

Everytime we're in West London area, Rockys is our late night, after drinking, or budget meal of the day. They serve delicious chicken strips, burgers, wraps, and their fries with "mayo and chilli" are addictive ! This is a great alternative to KFC or Popeyes, and is a local brand. Remember...Fries with Chilli and Mayo !!

What can I say, there is a reason it is always busy. The food is great. My favourites are Chilli Cheese Burger, Chicken Burger with chilli and the doner kebab. The irony is, i don't like chilli but their chilli sauce is well balanced and doesn't smother the taste of the food, have it on the chips too. Doner wrap is tastier and better than any i have had in London. Even the veggie burgers are great. Best pizza has to be the Chicken Tikka Pizza. Usually fast service. Burger chips and drink £3.50 and it is a good portion. You can't go wrong guys. Open until about 2-3 am as well.

Once you go to Rocky’s you will instantly fall in love with the food and you'll be going back for more and more I can guarantee you that!It’s very good value for money and I would highly recommend having their chilli and mayo which they are famous and renowned for.Don’t be fooled however - the shop may look small and cramped - but it’s actually a shop from heaven given to us by the God's above - praise the lord! I would recommend getting a chicken burger meal fully loaded (fully loaded means they put extra salad, cheese, fresh green chilli and chilli and mayo sauce. There is no extra cost of having a burger fully loaded so I would highly recommend it! All of this will cost you only £3.50 which is very good value for money.

Rocky's outlet in Hays london is a perfect answer to KFC... My son like its special Kid's combo meal its fresh friend chiken, chips, crunchy twisters with spicy flavors are worth every penny.. this place is very reasonable as well

Ordered one pizza thin crust with chilli but the staff got everything wrong. Guy behind the counter tried to tell me it was my fault in his broken English. Very disappointed

Good and tasty chicken doner meal at a very good price. Just across the street from the doubletree by hilton hotel.

I live nearby so I'm in every week for my fix of their most excellent chicken which rivals KFC for taste but beats it on price. I also love their kebabs. What really makes it is the chilli sauce that is liberally put all over it at your request or you can get it in little pots. Finger licking good stuff. They do loads of other things (the chicken wings are great too) but it's the quality and the price that keeps me and it's many customers coming back day after day, week after week......

Nice big portions of excellent food at very good prices. Helpful and friendly staff. Situated in Staines town centre you can take away or have a seat in a well lit clean seating area.

If you haven't eaten from Rocky's you don't know the area. Everything we have ever had there has been delicious and good value for money. Try their Cabbie's meal or their 2 giant pizzas for the price of one!

workmate went here for takeaway and asked if i wanted anything so i said " surprise me " and this takeaway certainly did that.what i got was a kebab wrap in nan bread for a very reasonable £3.00very tasty ,enough meat and chilli sauce just right, and best of all didnt feel i needed 6 pints of lager to makeit attractive.tasty!!!

fast staff, always busy, good selection, good on a late night. parking just outside is good. look out for the wardens and cameras during certain times. red lines. must have chilli and mayo sauces with chips!.

I've used Rocky's many times in the past. The establishment itself, does look a little grubby and 'dodgy', shall we say. Rest assured, that the chicken and burgers served here are superb, both in quality, taste and value for money. Definitely one to try, if you are passing. Note - this is a take-away only. I think it is open until @2am too, so that can sometimes be a plus.

Cheap, quick and adequate. Good value. The lunchtime deal are excellent and, anyway, even if not the food is cheap, pleanty of it and tasty.

Stopped in here whilst staying at the nearby Travelodge. It was very busy with the local denizens - always a good sign! My friend had the pizza and chips, and I had a veggie wrap! All were hot, flavourful, and delicious! The pizza took a bit of time to cook so we watched a steady stream of people come through ordering chips, burgers, pizza slices and wraps! Worth the wait!
