Rude, unprofessional staff when I claimed my money back correctly as I was overcharged £9.50. When asked to check CCTV and called police to assist they refund me and apologised before police arrived ... to avoid

I was eating my biryani and found hair, the customer service was absolutely poor. She just kept making me feel uncomfortable.

I visited Zam Zam briyani before. the biryani was great and we all enjoyed it.Hot and tasty. Yesterday 08 Nov 2020 i been to the place, Absolutely nobody. No rush. i first thought because of the lock down. Went in and ordered for 8 briyani for the family. to my surprise the biryani was cold. Usually they pack it in front of you. this time it was packed inside, the staff at the counter changed (New faces). the Kids didn't like it. with a lot of Oil. the taste is changed. Not good at all to eat. not tasty like before. I recommended most of my friends not to buy it any more.Looking for a new place to get good biryani.

I have eaten here for years & recently got ripped off due to prices going up due to Covid 19 apparently they have food supply issues! BS! I find it absolutely disgusting that you people would do such a thing to your own community and loyal customers.

this place can't spare a chance to exploit every incident in the country to rise prices in a clear breach of the law! last ramadan it increased prices of biryani by 20% for no obvious reason, and other items by up to 25%. Now it has increased the prices of biriyani from 3.50 to 4.50£ claiming because of "Covid-19" despite no hike in the price of their supply!!! the hygiene is terrible as they use the same gloves to give you food and touch cash (no cards accepted!! to escape taxes and make profits) same people serving food and getting paid at the same time using same gloves and touching surfaces! disgusting! where are the health authorities!!!????

This is a tiny little place with a few tables. Most people take it To Go. They are known for their biryani and it is delicious. Homemade naan and all the usual fare.The prices are very reasonable, BUT BRING CASH. no charge cards are accepted. There is an ATM machine right outside their door that I am sure gets a lot of use.

We popped in for biryani and jalfrezi and both were delicious. Yes it is basic but flavours were authentic. There is a microwave if you need to heat any food to suit your taste. Would go back if I lived locally.

One medium portion of "Kadi" (yogurt curry) £6.00-unbelievable.when I mentioned about high price,they even refused to serve "Roti".Absolutely ridiculous behaviour.They are just ripping people of.

Lady serving us was miserable and rude. Chicken biryani was lukewarm. Lamb haleem was stone cold and only had two strands of lamb in it (what a waste of £8!). Chopli kebab was stone cold, and as stiff as a frisbee. What a disgraceful establishment.

Food is nice but there customer service is so bad.they handling cash with gloves and same gloves use again food its so disgusting.problem is there are not to many halal food shop therefore people going there.

I was staying in the hotel opposite but when I went for a walk I saw this “cafe and how very busy it was.You could see the kitchen and ladies making the food. Due to the queues I knew it was very popular.I had the chicken biryani , nan and keema on top of the biryani. With a can of soft drink it came to about £7 . It’s popularity was amazing.The food was very good and freshly cooked.The surroundings were functional and clean.The main customers seem to be cab/taxi drivers.Excellent.

When the housewives got together and started Zamzam next door it was truly something we had always needed in this area, genuine home-cooked Pakistani food (my wife is from there, we consider ourselves connoisseurs). Now they have capital behind them, they are a bit more mass-produced and a bit more polarised – as a white guy it is lucky they know me and my daughter, our Pakistani home cooking expert, is less at ease than before – but still the food is delicious and of excellent value. Thoroughly recommended.

Had a takeaway from here of the chicken bryiani It was very cheap and extremely tasty Going back to try some of the other dishes

Low quality food , many bones inside the dish , not delicious at all , when i saw many people waiting to have a dish of a chicken buryani i thought it was excellent choice, but i was wrong, they are attending this place because it is very cheap 3.5 Pounds/ Dish , they have serious cleaning problem, I don’t know where is the authorities and why they permit him to work.

Went here it was awe full. I didn’t even finish my food. Doesn’t look hygienic at all and food doesn’t look great looks too oily and colour is off. This places should be checked by the council I’m sure they would be shut down and the owners banned from this industry. I had to try it due to the lunch rush there. I guess people don’t know good food. Terrible.

This restaurant is thronged by people of all customs for their Biryani. It apparently serves the best biryani in the region. You also get kebabs, curries and other indian delicacies available for a standard price.

Good tasty chicken biriyani ( £3 per box). good enough for a hungry person. Home made tasty food. Limited food choice.

Chicken biryani is the best I ever had and allo paratha was out of this world. If you want to have best home made food in a fast food outlet , this should be your destination.

It's a place for middle class , mostly drivers and people who work near Heathrow , they do Pakistani Breakfast , Paratha n omelette, but most special is fresh made Biryani , Eat in and take away options available , very reasonable price and delicious Halal Pakistani food

Not much to look at very basic seating, however the food is very tasty, the biriyani has plenty of flavour and spice, Totally home cooked food taste. The breakfast of Aloo paratha was delicious too.

The good is the best value and very authentic the place is hot and fast there is always a que and is really well frequented by the locals it’s not high class it’s Indian fast food takeaway and amazing value

I visited and brought Aloo Paranta. These are huge with a large amount of filling, perfectly spiced and freshly cooked. This is a budget establishment with a limited menu, however the foot is as authentic as you can get and is as good as home cooked. Overall, highly recommended value for money authentic food that will warm your soul. I will be going back many times!!!

Just got back from Zam Zam and once again I wasn’t disappointed. Got a quick take out for me and the wife the biryani was amazing as usual. Right spice right mixture of masala.. would defo recommend to anyone in the area.

Was there today afternoon and the briyani’s price has changed . Not so great actually . I have tried better . Most of the reviews are very misleading about the Briyani being far most the best . Customer services was really below par but the customers are there mostly for the food even though the customer services is crap . No eye contact or any communications at all. The staffs looked very depressed like they have been there since 6 am . Exhausted and less energetic .

Very good biryani when hungry taste is ok but everytime different taste guess there should be lots of chefs still my favourite always busy only staff need to smile n respect people food is 5 stars *****

Absolutely great chicken biryani! The only suprise was that we tried to buy a vegetarian one today, and were told that they don't have a vegetarian biryani, which really suprised me. I'm sure a vegetarian option with peas, onions and potato would be just as delicious!

This was one of the places I had looked up to have a meal for the family when we booked at Premier Inn for parking on a meet and greet deal.

I visited this place whilst staying at a hitel nearby. I had read about this place on TA prior to my visit. I ordered some chicken biryani and dhal. The food was very tasty and fresh the dhal was a bit spicy for my kids but ok for me and wife. The price is cheap for the quality of food. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

不管是咖喱鸡肉饭还是lamb羊肉球饭，都很便宜，我们要了两个个小份的菜，可以包含两盒咖喱饭。其实我只喜欢吃米饭，菜很辣，而且是冷的，要用微波炉加热，他们很奇怪用的金属外带盒，是隔热的，需要热3分钟以上东西才有可能热透。而且卫生条件实在是有点不好，跟我们北京的成都小吃苍蝇馆子差不多。我冒险去吃，就为了那口米饭，在这半个月实在是受不了鱼，肉，薯条和面包了，看到就想吐。昨天吃的希腊菜，卫生条件比这家好。

Similar to other reviewers, I happened upon this after spotting a long line of locals. (I was staying at DoubleTree across the street.) If this many people are willing to wait for this long for food, in the presence of multiple other eateries, it must be tasty. Turns out it was the most delicious chicken biryani I've ever had. Very simple, pretty spicy, and fresh. Can't beat the price: 3 GBP. If I could have this in my neighborhood, I would have no problem paying more than $20 for it. I recommend going out of your way to pick the dish but taking out seems better than staying in ... Pretty rough looking interior but they were renovating, I guess. I had some good (and bad) meals during my week in the UK, and this one was by far the tastiest - and the cheapest.

We stayed at Double Tree near LHR for a flight. Our driver told us this is the best biryani in London. So we dropped by for lunch. Well, it's cheap. And apparently everyone who wants chicken biryani comes here for it. It's a bare bones operation, and no atmosphere to speak of. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy. So I give this a 3 star. The biryani is tasty.

I was passing this place and noticed a 3 metre long que of people waiting to be served.

My husband and I have both eaten in and had takeaway. We love the chicken biryani it has great flavour's. We always have another fish on the side usually vegetable curry of some sort. We have enjoyed everything, we have had. The decor is plan but food very delicious and staff lovely and friendly. If your in Hounslow you must try!

This is a cafe not a restaurant. If you are staying nearby do not be put off by the place. The Chicken Biryani is lovely for 2.99. You can eat in. Fresh Indian food and breads.

This place says it specializes in homemade biriyani. In fact, the biriyani is better than what you've had at home. Yup, it's that good.

I was told it was the best Biryani in West London, I think it was better, I wanted to try other dishes but after a generous helping of the delicious biryani I couldn't manage. Another bonus all the food is Halal if with friends as I was. The food was excellent as was the fast service, and the value was off the scale.

If you haven't eaten here, you are really missing out on some amazingly deliciously homecooked freshly prepared food at really reasonable price.

Had lunch at this place. Food was excellent and tastes like Home Made food. Tried their Biryani & Daal. Both were excellent

I had an opportunity to visit Babu and phoned to place an order for 3 of us. He made fresh chicken biriyani for us and waited 20 min past closing time for us as we were visiting London. Food was very tasty. Staff helpful and place was clean. Worth the 40 min diversion to order. Next time in London I'll buy a lot more for myself and family. Thank you Babu.

Well if you are local, no need to say more. £2.50 for a nice size fresh chicken bryani you can't go wrong.

Picked up 4 lots of biriyani yesterday the chickens must be on strike. Hardly any chicken in any of the portions but loads of rice, 4 small pieces to each portion, NOT HAPPY, doubt i'll return.

2nd visit after 4 months and the price of the chicken bryani has increased to GBP3. With an increased in price, rather than at least maintain the consistency and quality of the food, the quantity of chicken has reduced to just 3 pieces and very dry.

I wish I had bought more. This place used to only do takeaway but have expanded and now have seating and tables. It's not you fine dining place but what it lacks in decor makes up in taste. They only do chicken dishes and they specialise in biriyani. There is always a queue at this place of at least 5 or 6 people no matter what day or time you go and the food is being cooked freshly in big pots. Most of the other dishes are good but you have to have their chicken biriyani. It has a good amount of chicken and spice. Maybe card with their chicken 65 dish it's delicious. I know people who buy multiple containers and freeze them at home. I wish I had done the same. Will just have to drive back and get some more

There is also a tea corner serving customers. The place is almost always found with a queue and busy workers briskly serving people. You can return to warm up your left over food free of charge. Not a porche place but food is quite cheap, always hot and delicious. Looking forward to another opportunity to visit Zam Zam again. Also, workers talk respectfully to patrons.

They own the shop next door where they make nan bread and rice. Loved the biyan chicken. Need to warm up the food when you come home

For pounds 2.45 a large portion for one person , you can't go wrong . Cheaper than burger and fries . Excellent taste , very flavour and very filling .

I met a long queue but the aroma of the sizzling hot food kept me glued. There is a microwave oven where one can return to warm cold food free of charge. Plus a beverage corner serving hot beverages. Staff look busy but are very courteous to customers. I won't hesitate to patronise it again.

Not sure what the hype is about this place. The people who say this biryani is great obviously don't know what authentic biryani tastes like. Authentic biryani needs to be slow cooked for hours. The biryani they're making here takes 10 minutes. I would call it chicken with rice and not real biryani. Anyway if you end up here and are ordering something, biryani is the only thing freshly made. Everything else is served cold and isn't made fresh every day. There's a huge line which does entice the passerby into thinking this place is rockin. Also, they've increased the price of the biryani. Once they match what others are charging for biryani, people will opt for a more authentic biryani at the takeaway across the street!

My wife and I plus two friends had biryani lunch at Zam Zam. The place was small and not that tidy. The chicken biryani was prepared at another location and was brought in to be dished out at GBP2.50 per plate or per take away portion.

Very tasty and delicious chicken biryani at 2.50 quid. The rice was fluffy and well spiced while the chicken pieces were tender and yummy. Simply a humble eatery that is mainly for takeaway with a few seatings for dine in. A must try outlet!
