Today I went to the chicken cottage outlet at bath road Hounslow. I have ordered grilled chicken Xtra spicy wrap which was worst as expected earlier I have ordered chicken wrap I know the taste that was still in my mind I don't why they have served worst thing when I have complain receptionists and chef they have not even say sorry inspite chef is telling me filled peices we add I was so hungry at that time I request management of the chicken cottage. Please take action or inspect the staff quality of the food was not how it was earlier and please hire trained atheist they accept or resolve the issue of customer wisely I know wrap is not that much costly but money is money how u expect from us to pay , customer always expect taste.

Absolutely disaster service. When we have ordered online and we called as we’re waiting an hour they said they don’t have the orders. After 3 hours they charged us until today no refund. Very rude staff - when I called they put the phone down and it was impossible to call them till the end of the day. Trying to resolve it for a month and now reporting to the police. AVOID THIS PLACE

Taking orders but nobody cooking, some old guy on a phone doing nothing, when the food came in wasn't nice either. Won't be coming back.

Ordered 2x burger meals on deliveroo at 4pm. The quarter pounder cheese was dry, came with scrapings of sauce & a few tiny pieces of onion And lettuce inside. When questioned, phone line was cut off. Called back to speak to manager & was told ‘sorry, Proper burger next time’. Very poor management, new kitchen staff are not trained & very sloppy with the serving of their food. How do you manage to get a 1/4 pounder wrong, but perfect a chicken tower burger? Hmm.

Chicken cottage's food it really good and is the closest thing to Nandos, however there customer service is terrible and don't help you if they are missing order when orderng Uber compared to other restaurants on Uber who are willing to help. Therefore this is the reason for the poor review.

food was hot n tasty, staff is friendly & serve fast . Specially Happy (girl staff) is really hot n bubbly. she made my 11 mini wraps really quick n they were tasty. new decor of the place is so far the best compared to other eat in places in Hounslow west.Fresh, fast, tasty and cheap, good tasting food. Try their barbeque chicken, quarter pounder or chicken wings. Good competition to some of the other well known fast food chains nearby

I will begin the with the worst fast food in the wholeIf West London. Along with the horrible sloppy food the staff and so called management are some of the biggest crooks I’ve yet come across. To imagine that a customer at midnight makes a £30+ order and is not delivered the correct order, then calls the restaurant to inform them of the issue and is called a liar and a prank caller.. I was humiliated and laughed at by the female claiming to being the manager.. she laughed and said no on here can help me and she refuses to believe items are missing, along with it she mentions if any items are missing then it should be blamed on the Uber driver.. who may I add bless him was amazing and humble when handing over the food and have no doubts that this man WAS NOT THE MAN WHO RIPPED US OFF FOR OUR FOOD AND MONEY. I believe “Hebrew” is the name she claimed which I believe is fake. Please avoid this horrible restaurant and look after the food that’s goes into your tummy, when a manager for a restaurant laughs at you for ripping you off and being distressed then I can’t imagine what little care they have for it going into the customers belly. Disappointed and afraid to ever eat here again.

IVE order an order from then which cost me £30 and only got two burgers, chips, and 2 apples pies. The order originally should have contained two border and chips 2x spicy strips part of th meals with burger and chips and then my side order apple pies. When I called them they said to i am that I'm pranking them... haha at 12am when im hungry and spend my money to get fed the girl called Hibrw claimed to be the manager said that she put the strips in my chips and said the driver ate them.. the bag that it came in was stapled and was not opened! She did not want to listen to what I've got to say and said that I cant not get anything in return because as she said "its strange" how I didnt get them.. these lot are liars and definitely have no customer service!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING DELIVERY FROM THEM!!

I am a regular customer at Chicken cottage in Hounslow West. The service I have received from Ali, Aram and the chef is impecable. The staff are extremely polite and respectful towards all thier customers. The food tastes great and the service is faultless. Keep up the good work and I highly recommend the food and the service. Definitely 5 stars and aboveHana

Poped in to order a quick take away...well which I thought would be quick they was quite a few people hanging around waiting on there orders. There were two men inside at the back, one which was constantly on his mobile phone while orders were piling up, was told they is no chicken fillet for burgers so it's off the menu so ended up ordering wraps instead. waiting around 20 mins for my order and behold the man comes out with fresh chicken fillets so then asked the girl at counter you had fillets can I have burgers instead...her response!! well no as the wraps we made will now go to waste if I give u the fillet burgers sorry next time. Girl at front taking orders had the longest fake nails I have seen and I was getting abit nervous regarding the food hygiene standards of this place. After 25 mins of waiting my order was ready but one meal was missing so had to wait another 10 minutes for that, got that went back home with the meals by this time chips from first meals are cold and my 4 Spicey wings missing. Won't be coming back guys in the back are sooo slow because they too busy making calls to take any interest in cooking and the girl with the scarf had the longest nails which I'm sure are destined to be in someone's meal very soon. Won't be coming back standards are totally lacking in this place.

The staff are friendly and the food was nice, although the service is slow, very reduced menu compared to other Chicken Cottager restaurants; the place feels very greasy and there were a few flies while we were eating. I would have given it a three-rating but the 30 minutes free parking outside it a bonus, do not forgot to get the free ticket from the machine; we had problems parking in Hounslow West and I thought we would park on Vicarage Farm Road and pay for parking.

Been here multiple times and the biggest issue is how long the food takes, the place won’t even be busy but you’ll wait 15min for no reason.

Just across the road from Hounslow West tube station and on the main straight of this area so easy to get to.

Hola a todos, soy un habitual cliente de más de 3 años. Estuve en el restaurante hoy, cuando llegó a pedir chili sause me dijeron que pagara. Cuando me preguntaron por qué? Señora respondió siempre ha sido esta política. Respondí que estaba aquí solo hace unas pocas semanas antes de Ramadán y no a pagar extra. Reglas del jefe dijo, siento un enorme beneficio con realizado en la comida y luego se pidieron a un medio lleno de chili sause bañera es pura avaricia. También me di cuenta de las bebidas importadas que se venden barato. No volver nunca más por principio.

The chicken meals in this place are far superior to any of the vast amount of chicken restaurants in Hounslow.The staff are friendly and the meals are large and very good value.
