Not often you come across a gem of a dessert place... fantastic service dutch pancakes were amazing, waffles on point and mojitos were nice... staff deffo aim to please customers... and some new flavoured drinks... well worth a visit... will be going back

Always great to have a donut and a cuppa whilst shopping At High Cross. I can’t wait to sample these tasty treats again soon.

I’ve visited this place several times and the food is top notch always. Quick and great service and a warm refreshing ambience. Definitely the best option for everyday meals.

Hi, we have visited your establishment many times have had always enjoyed the food and service. We popped in yesterday and our son, who is a full time student wanted to treat us, and was told his student discount would only be applied to his meal and not the full order. He was made to feel very embarrassed. Your promotion states the student discount is applied to the order which is very misleading. My husband expressed his disatisfaction to the member of staff and asked to speak to the manager, who he has met on many occasions, and was told he was the manager! Has there been a change to management recently? Can you please ensure you make the rules of the application student discount clearer. This really dampened our experience and there was no burkhut in the food sadly. The place was very cold and so the food turned cold quickly too. Just wasn't meant to be.

Food is always tasty and good quality. Massive negative is lack of parking and rudeness of the staff on the till.

My wife loves these donuts and I get a box of 12 from time to time for us to devour. There are deals that offer the second set of 12 for only an additional £1! We tend to freeze them and eat some later and it still retains the taste. Recommended

Visited with my son for lunch and was not impressed at all. We were asked to sit down whilst tables were cleared by the manager although there were at least 5 empty tables that were ready. After a while we decided to sit at a table for two and none of the waitresses or manager approached us to ask what we wanted to order. We then asked if we could go for the Buffett to which the manager said “yeah”! We asked for drinks and the manager pointed us in the direction of the drinks machine! The pizza was lukewarm, very chewy and tasteless and the various salad creams were not labelled and area around them were messy. I would not visit this restaurant again and customer service is zero so not recommended.

It is one of the best McDonald's in Leicester. Clean, great food, and amazing customer service.

Terrible experiencia! Pedí una comida directamente desde su sitio web. Mi pago fue procesado, pero momentos después, recibí un correo electrónico indicando que mi pedido fue cancelado. Llamé a la tienda para preguntar por qué tomaron mi dinero y cancelaron mi pedido. La persona extremadamente grosera que contestó dijo: "Estás demasiado lejos. " Si ese es el caso, ¿por qué mi pedido fue aceptado en primer lugar? Me dijeron que tendría que esperar 5 días para un reembolso. ¿Y si ese fuera mi único dinero disponible? Podría morir de hambre. I have been visited there many times and I got same test of burger all the time I think their kitchen people are doing good job

Raheem was really helpful with explaining how chopsticks works and also explained that I could add a drink to my meal, and that there’s student discount. Great food too !
