Hot Fudge in Leicester

Personally, it is one of the best places in Leicester for burgers, if not the best. Despite many visits to this place, the food is always on point, and the burgers are juicy, tender, and fresh. Their fries (crinkle) are amazing. Staff are always ready to help, polite and friendly.

Food was cold, probably because tracking the delivery i was possibly hus 3rd or 4th drop.

I ordered through Deliveroo and the lady that works at grounded just hung up on me when I asked about my order. Actually really rude to be honest

I ordered of Uber Eats. 2hours and 10 minutes later did my food arrive! During this time I called and it seemed like they hadn't seen my order, as I had seen the "Uber driver" on the app go to the shop but he hadn't picked my food, so seemed like they completely missed it. The man then said he would give extra fries as compensation. Didn't receive that. Just received cold Ziggy fries & 2 bog standard chickaboo burgers - the chicken was not crispy at all, more on soggy side - Only the burger sauce pot was okay. Really unacceptable.
