Very bad service at London road . The french fries were rock hard. The portion size has decreased. Needs improvement.

By far best burgers in Leicester. Smash burgers always made to perfection, maple sriracha mayo is a great add on. A little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it compared to some of the other smash burgers out there. Can never fault Boo’s consistency-Leaders in the burger game.

Ordered a work colleagues food for them at about 1.45pm - expected deliverybwas between 2.20-2.35pm which was perfect as they would be off for their lunch then. Received a confirmation email at 1.50pm to say order had been placed and accepted. Between me ordering and my colleague coming off for their lunch. the times had been changed and the food didn't turn up till after 3pm. find this unacceptable really as I would have ordered from somewhere else if I had known this!

Amazing service, was served by this lovely gentlemen called Chris, he was exceptionally kind and extremely helpful, made sure we were comfortable and all the food was up to standard. His service will not go unnoticed and his kind words touched my heart deeply.

£30 for burger, chips and shake twice and shockingly bad! Makes McDonalds look like a restaurant!!!

Food is top quality, went there yesterday and bumped into the manager, he gave us 10% off our order and was extremely friendly, will definitely be going back

I recently visited a delightful eatery in the city centre and had an exceptional experience, thanks in no small part to the wonderful service provided by Taran, the cashier. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance of the place was inviting, with a cozy, modern decor that instantly made me feel at home. The menu was diverse, offering a variety of dishes to suit all tastes, from hearty mains to lighter, healthier options. Taran greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, which set the tone for the rest of my visit. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered insightful recommendations based on my preferences. I decided to try a few of the dishes he suggested, and I was not disappointed. The food arrived promptly, and each dish was more delicious than the last. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients were clearly fresh and of high quality. It was evident that a lot of thought and care went into the preparation of the food. What truly stood out, though, was Taran's exceptional service. He checked in on me at just the right times, ensuring everything was to my liking without being intrusive. His friendly demeanor and attentiveness elevated my dining experience, making it not just a meal, but a memorable occasion. Overall, this city centre eatery, with its delicious food and outstanding service from Taran, is a must-visit. I look forward to returning soon to explore more of their menu and enjoy the warm hospitality once again.

I really enjoyed the food that was made by the workers especially Jallow and Hamza, they were really nice and friendly and smiled all the way through and that made me happy. The food was excellent and I’ll definitely be back, I highly recommend everyone to come down to boo burger at London road.

Ordered Big Boo and cheeseburger fries.When I got it, the burger was fluffy and delicious. The onion rings inside are fried onion rings. It's very different. The beef patties are also soft and tasty. Fried bacon isn't tough either. I ordered 4oz, which is just fine for me. I asked the difference between 4oz and 6oz, it should be more than a piece of beef (he explained in detail but I didn't understand ). There's a lot of cheese chip sauce, which is the ideal flavor. It seems there are other options when ordering fries. At the end of the payment, he asked me if I was a student, and then gave students a discount. The environment is quiet and the temperature is comfortable.

Not many chicken options in the burger. And it seems there's no cheese sauce option. Only Mayo. Difficult to pick when ordering via deliveroo so I had to remove mayo and add "cheese slice". Cheese slice is not same as cheese sauce. It doesn't drip. Hence the poor service rating. (3/5 stars) The other chicken burger had mayo and it tasted sweet. Mine wasn't sweet so the sweetness is probably from the mayo. I've also put size comparison. I'm 5'8" so going by my hand size, it's not a big burger. The other loaded dish was nice. Better than the burger

We ordered Boo Burger from Uber Eats this evening for a treat and wished we had gone elsewhere. That was without a doubt the most boring, bland and tasteless burger I've ever had... Truly shocked that you can take such basic ingredients and remove all flavour and texture from them. Crispy onions weren't crispy and completely tasteless. The bun was soggy, yet toasted.. not sure how this was accomplished. There was some other stuff in the burger that tasted of nothing. The meat in the patty again had no flavour at all. If this was a £4.99 meal deal somewhere, I'd still feel ripped off. The fact that it cost nearly £30 is astonishing...

Took a bunch of 9 year-olds for a 'schools out' treat, with no notice to the restaurant whatsoever and they were so accommodating, even with the noisy kids hogging the drinks machine, the staff were friendly, polite and served all the food orders at the same time which must have been a challenge having so many different orders. Really lovely fries I like the ones that are kind of like boats that grab the sauces like a little bowl. Burgers are also tasty and juicy!!

Ordered a huge order £150 plus burger were not cooked to perfection. Some had too much sauce. Buns were soaked not the same. I don't know if the supply for your beef has changed but that quality taste isn't their anymore. Use to look forward to eating at the joint not so sure anymore...

Recommend Big boo burger, clean , good service and fast

I can confidently but sadly say I have never experienced such lack of customer service and was shocked by the disrespect towards me and who I was with. From the minute I walked in they were rude to me and kept on moaning as I order more food as I was ordering for 3 people and continued to moan when I asked to have one of the burgers without sauce or salad. He then proceeded to overcharge me by £7 which I confronted him about so he got the manager and him and the manager both told me if I don’t like the price I can get lost and leave. Never has someone told me to get out of their place of business when I’m buying my food. I warn anyone reading this to NEVER GO TO BOO BURGER AND STAY AWAY!!!

I used to go there every week but recently they have changed the chick boo fillet size out of 1 fillet they start making 2 or 3 which is very thin and dry u cant even chew properly stopped going there anymore .

Worst experience ever We ordered our food and the order went to a different branch so the staff said to cancel the order from there and you will get a refund within 24hrs so we did that now it’s been over a week and they’re not even responding properly

It's not full and it's hard to digest... Its meat is not solid, so it's not full, but the taste is okay...

Very modern setup with ample seating inside. Menu range isn’t massive but that’s good as it doesn’t distract you and allows the team to prepare the food quickly from fresh. Order process is easy, either at the till on via a kiosk. Service is friendly and quick. The burgers are fantastic and they melt in your mouth. The taste is so good and the fries are lovely - all hot. Prices are very competitive and will give other local venues a run for their money! Would recommend (halal meat) Only negative is the toilets are down some step stairs and although they were very clean it can be a challenge for those with walking issues.

Absolutely terrible burgers very sloppy and the bun was not warm unfortunately the premises were very unclean lots of dirty stained tables would expect more from a place like this especially when your paying alot for a burger you expect quality food and surroundings plenty of staff busy talking instead of making sure they’re doing what they get paid to do was really looking forward to trying this place I will not be coming again

There was quite a wait and The fried chicken in the burger did not look fresh, it appeared to be a reheated chicken. We did reach quite late, around 10 pm, when it was about to close, that might have been a reason for the quality not being upto the mark maybe

Stopped here for lunch and have to say the Burgers were very good. The decor and way it was set out was very basic. Price was a little steep.

Don’t bother with delivery. Fries were cold and the burger bun was so soggy it was inedible. Even my can of drink was warm.

Had a Dinner today. Just got in at closing time and Staff welcomed us and entertained us at the closing time is really appreciated. Specially Mohammad one of the staff was really nice to us. Would definitely recommend to have good Beef Burgers.

He went above and beyond with helping me place the order on the Boo website. He was just absolutely brilliant, easy to communicate with and just a pleasure to be looked after by him. He also popped a boo sticker with happy birthday on the birthday girls burger which was really sweet of him. My mum and best friend vouch for this too who both came back to the table after speaking to him and said how lovely he is. I was at Boo Burger last week and even then he was very friendly, helpful, smiley and kind. The food was delicious as always but it was the excellent customer service that was a highlight.

I went here with my friends for a change of pace, and i was far from disappointed, the loaded chick chips were astounding in flavour, and mixed with a burger, it is the perfect serving to share. I highly recommend this place if you were to attend with a friend

Bro like who ever hasn't had a boo burger is for real missing out like that's probably the best burger I've had in my life and it probably sounds like a stretch but trust me it's true and the fries I can't lie were decent also. I rate it as a solid 10/10.

This is a nice place for having a fast food meal. The burger, fries and sides are really nice. Well cooked and clean environment. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The quality and taste is good. It comes well packaged and presented. It's a shame that the local branch to me in Birmingham is nothing like the Leicester branch which is 100x better in every aspect.

Been here a few times with my friends. Every time we go we experience excellent customer service; their supervisor Jallow leads by example and creates a fun atmosphere. In particular Milan was very helpful and friendly. He took his time recommending items off the menu, he took customer service beyond what most would do by letting my friends and I try the different sauces that coat the sticky bites, making sure that we would enjoy our meal. I requested less mayo on my burger as sometimes it oozes out, Milan made my burger to my taste and brought our food over to our table for us. Every time we come and Milan is working he never fails to greet customers with a smile, I believe he has been working there for a while and based on his performance I hope you give this guy a raise. The chicken bites which I had with the sticky sauce (as recommended by Milan) were very juicy and covered in the perfect amount of sauce. You could tell the burger was made to order it was very crispy, the bun was cooked well - very delicious. The fries were crispy and not like most places they arrived hot and freshly made. The vanilla milkshake was the perfect consistency and not too sweet. Overall, I would recommend Boo Burger not only for the food but for the staff who go an extra mile to ensure you enjoy your meal.

This place has some amazing food, if your like me & don't like to eat bread I suggest try there chicken bites the buffalo flavour they are banging, so so succulent & flavoured. The cheesy chips are nice too. The staff are very informative & helpful & the food arrived quickly to perfection. If there's 1 thing I've been craving again since discovering this place is there sticky chicken bites 10/10 👍✔️

Disappointed was late, chips were stone cold, the burger was average at best needed to be seasoned lacked flavour, paying £30 for late food with items missing is not something I will be doing again

Come here if you want flies and insects in your food. Used to come here all the time but there was a massive fly in my burger and there was a hair on y chips. The guy at the till wasn’t pleasant when I asked for a refund and instead he charged me the same amount but told me he refunded me. Only realised when I was went back home he charged me again. I went back the next day and it took him over 45 minutes to get a refund and then he was getting angry at me because he didn’t know how to give a refund??!! He had to ring his boss and then finally managed to give me a refund. What a joke. Pathetic customer service. Food has gone downhill from what it used to be. No more lunch time bites deal or lunch time deals. Don’t bother there are plenty of other places on London Road better than here.
