Really polite staff. I think his name is radio who served us. He was really nice, polite and friendly.

Food was delicious and the staff were friendly, Paulo was very helpful.

I went here with my friends for a change of pace, and i was far from disappointed, the loaded chick chips were astounding in flavour, and mixed with a burger, it is the perfect serving to share. I highly recommend this place if you were to attend with a friend

Very good burgers but pricy and the atmosphere needs a theme needs imprivement. They don't give free sauces like BurgerBase

Bro like who ever hasn't had a boo burger is for real missing out like that's probably the best burger I've had in my life and it probably sounds like a stretch but trust me it's true and the fries I can't lie were decent also. I rate it as a solid 10/10.

This is a nice place for having a fast food meal. The burger, fries and sides are really nice. Well cooked and clean environment. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The quality and taste is good. It comes well packaged and presented. It's a shame that the local branch to me in Birmingham is nothing like the Leicester branch which is 100x better in every aspect.

Been here a few times with my friends. Every time we go we experience excellent customer service; their supervisor Jallow leads by example and creates a fun atmosphere. In particular Milan was very helpful and friendly. He took his time recommending items off the menu, he took customer service beyond what most would do by letting my friends and I try the different sauces that coat the sticky bites, making sure that we would enjoy our meal. I requested less mayo on my burger as sometimes it oozes out, Milan made my burger to my taste and brought our food over to our table for us. Every time we come and Milan is working he never fails to greet customers with a smile, I believe he has been working there for a while and based on his performance I hope you give this guy a raise. The chicken bites which I had with the sticky sauce (as recommended by Milan) were very juicy and covered in the perfect amount of sauce. You could tell the burger was made to order it was very crispy, the bun was cooked well - very delicious. The fries were crispy and not like most places they arrived hot and freshly made. The vanilla milkshake was the perfect consistency and not too sweet. Overall, I would recommend Boo Burger not only for the food but for the staff who go an extra mile to ensure you enjoy your meal.

This place has some amazing food, if your like me & don't like to eat bread I suggest try there chicken bites the buffalo flavour they are banging, so so succulent & flavoured. The cheesy chips are nice too. The staff are very informative & helpful & the food arrived quickly to perfection. If there's 1 thing I've been craving again since discovering this place is there sticky chicken bites 10/10 👍✔️

Come here if you want flies and insects in your food. Used to come here all the time but there was a massive fly in my burger and there was a hair on y chips. The guy at the till wasn’t pleasant when I asked for a refund and instead he charged me the same amount but told me he refunded me. Only realised when I was went back home he charged me again. I went back the next day and it took him over 45 minutes to get a refund and then he was getting angry at me because he didn’t know how to give a refund??!! He had to ring his boss and then finally managed to give me a refund. What a joke. Pathetic customer service. Food has gone downhill from what it used to be. No more lunch time bites deal or lunch time deals. Don’t bother there are plenty of other places on London Road better than here.

Clean place. Very well presented. Lovely rustic decor. Review would not be complete without mentioning the food. No disappointment there. We sampled the signature burger which was great, but the chicken boo burger was astonishingly delicious. Will return just for that.

It's been a while since I visited here, it was a long wait that time too. Decor looked shabbier, less atmosphere, and the staff didn't seem to be in any hurry. A wait to order, a full fifteen minutes' wait for the food, then they got the fries orders slightly wrong. The burgers were not only not hot, but barely a few degrees off cold, fries were warmish, unseasoned and had no sauce and buffalo chicken bites was the wrong choice because they tasted very odd, almost cheesy. Having said that, I don't want to pull them down. In Boo's favour, the meal was easy to digest so I think they use good clean wholesome nutritious ingredients. So if the food could only be hot please, (and the fries seasoned!) who cares about the decor, it'd be worth the wait!

This is the worst customer service I ever recieved I ordered through uber eats and recieved half an order I rang the store who packed it incorrectly to be told there was nothing they could do. The service was disgusting and the burgers were all wrong and the food was substandard I won't eat from here again if it was free. I would of gave zero stars but that's not an option

Good food, good service and a clean, pleasant seating area. One of the best beef burgers and they do unlimited refill drinks. Chicken burger was also very nice.

Really nice concept. The food was very nice. Up there with some of the best burgers ive had. Chips were a bit cold but otherwise very nice place.

Positives (A) Man burgers. None of this female or effeminate nonsense. When you see the burger it must be daunting, which it was in this case. (B) Burger tasted reasonable. Reasonable in addition means it was standard patties with the usual fillings. (C) Peanut butter milkshake was awesome. Texture was good as was taste. Negatives (A) The patties need to be infused with some flavouring. (B) The straw for the milkshake was some flaccid kusra thing. (C) One of the things on the menu was unavailable. (D) Put some salt on the fries or give us salt sachets. It’s like teaching a baby to suck their thumb. (E) Attended on 21/11/23. Placed order at 12.30pm. Order was ready at 1302. Employ more staff for lunchtime you cheapskates. And make a guy in charge, so that they are not running around like headless moorgiya behind the counter. We pay the extortionate price of £15.95 for a burger meal, so you should be able to pay extra staff. I reckon I could run this business better than the morons that run this place. (F) And what’s the intermittent beeping every few seconds? Are the cows for the beef burgers on a life support machine in the shop?

The workers, Tamid, Camica and Thiago were excellent in their service. I appreciate Thiago’a help with bringing us sauces and cutlery. We received our food quickly and tasted very fresh. Would come back again, we were in a big group and were looked after by the staff.

Amazing service and food every time, I normally go for the OG Angus beef burger which is always a good choice, if you want to make it a bit more exciting I recommend adding on the crispy onions which are 👌 and for a side the zig zag fries with cheese, the place is well lit and has loads of seating and the staff are 10/10 with their service.

Loads of places doing the boo style beef burgers now, I had to try the gochu burger when I heard of it and it was delicious. Very tasty and flavoursome, like nothing you've had before
