Just a truly dreadful product...top class 30 years ago...they ought to retire...potatoes were great...now cardboard flavoured...chilli sauce,once lovely..now tinned tomatoes...and meat salvaged from a greasy container...last visit

Low quality and over priced food!!! :( Service was great, lovely lady. But i have had waaaaay better tasting Shawarma for £4 instead of the £7 I paid. Definitely waaay too over priced for the quality and value of the food. Chicken meat no taste or flavour… im so disappointed- i thought i should try something new. Never again ill be going back to my usual Shawarma place.

Every time I collect my food, the workers were absolutely amazing - always friendly! Garlic bread pizza was made fresh and that really showed through in the taste. Nice canned drink selection also. Recommend!

Great Value, Great Quality, really nice kebabs and burgers. The Cyprus special is worth a try as it has a little of everything. Staff are nice too We regularly buy from them

Please stop visiting Cyprus. The owner provided me with a negative experience. He has no idea how to deal with the customer. We bought a cheese burger from there, and it appears to be burned. When we asked for a replacement burger, he argued that he is an experienced kabab shop owner and that it is not possible to replace the burger. And he became enraged with us, ordering us to leave his shop while cursing us.

I got a bad experience from the owner and he is very rude to the me because I said that the burger is burn.

We had a effing experience from Cyprus Kebab and this shop is a perfect epitome of how a shop couldn't be. It's so pathetic to know that even today how this guys don't even know about customer service. We had such a bad experience from the shop and the shame is that the owner use cheap words on customers. It's one of the worse shop I had seen in my entire life.

Excellent chicken shish kebab, they gave so much meat which is perfect whilst I'm training in the gym. Lightly grilled pita, tonnes of grilled chicken, salad and a little chilli and garlic. Perfect. Thanks Sami!!!

Tinned tomato =hot chilli sauce?..really?..same tired bitter self-sympathetic penny pinching owners..the 60 year 'old scrag/dog cash-in-hand gippo still there.. surely your last visit will be the last...tin tomato hot chilli sauce...mmm..and they think their 'silly customers' don't realise!..really

The greatest doner meat on the planet

Ordered a large chicken shish kebab (regular is the new large i guess) and a doner meat and fries instore, the chicken was quite tasty but i noticed it was a little gristly and the kebab was wrapped in paper so by the time i got it home the salad had turned the paper into mache so i had to pick the paper out of the food. My son said the doner meat was tasty and it came in a tray because he had had fries with it

The pizza, chips and kebab are so nice that when I take the first bite of pizza my eyes roll back into my head and my family loves it and the people are very nice and mum and dad goes so often they give them free things. I would recommend ♥️

Went at 4:30 pm on 13th Jan 2020. Place in darkness, no opening times displayed and no explanation as to why it was closed.

The chicken is fried in the same fryer right next to the chips, uncomfortable if you're vegetarian/vegan. Other than that the meat burgers and salad looked like they had been sitting out in the open all day with very little/no refrigeration.

This place is a childhood hang out. Will always go here. Tasty and great.

Love this place, but the workers need to wear gloves, when touching the pitas etc....The men in the shop rarely wash their hands.

Nice kebabs but unfortunately the service is poor.

The most rude, aggressive and arrogant owner I have ever seen in my entire life (I am 53). After ordering two chicken kebabs, I looked how one of the employees picked the flatbread with her bare hands. Obviously, I’ve cancelled the order and attentioned the owner. He asked me “How do you want her to pick it up then?” When I mentioned the gloves or tongs, he then asked me if in the country I come from they use them. I couldn’t believe it! Confirming to him that YES, they all use them in my EU mother country, I reminded him that it’s against the hygiene laws to use your bare hands. That was the last straw for him. He pointed the door and shouted to me: “Get out! Get out, c*nt!”, in front of the few customers waiting their orders. I was left gobsmaked. Is this UK??? Is THIS possible in a civilised society? I will report him everywhere I can. Because I want to make sure that one such individual will get what he deserves. In my over 25 years living in the UK, I could never imagine something like that!

Definitely one of the best kebab joints I’ve been to. Had the kofte kebab, freshly minced meat grilled to perfection, with a healthy serving of fresh salad on bread with homemade chilli sauce on top. Also happened to meet the owner, Mr. Ibrahim, who takes pride in the quality of his food and loves what he does. The food tastes great, highly recommend.

I picked this place based on reviews, but was a little disappointed. The portion size was good but the naan was chewy and the kebab meat didn't have much flavour. The staff that i spoke to were fantastic and very friendly.

I don't know why I proceeded to purchase from here after seeing like the meat and salad looked like it's been sat there for days and then to top it off everything is burnt although the staff was friendly

Most arrogant owner I've ever come about in my life. A couple of my friends had a disturbing similar experience too. Would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Not even close to real cyprus kebab! I would prefer the pitta bread to be a bit bigger so it would feet the meat and you could eat it as a wrap...it was too messy.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The food is awful the meat they serve is like out of date, 100% do not recommend this place unless you want food poisoning.

Food was delivered early. Graet value for money. Pizza would have been outstanding if the dough wasn't as salty. Will order again but hope it was a one time issue.

Food quality is always excellent but the service has gotten worse and worse over time. When you call the restaurant you are “greeted” by rude individuals who make out you’re at fault rather than a customer spending money with them. I am utterly disappointed with Cyprus because their food is truly excellent. Go and pick it up yourself rather than wait over an hour and a half for it to be delivered!

I've picked up food from here before with no problem it was nice food I can rate the kebabs and Burgers as good but unfortunately only 3 stars due to the fact ordering for delivery is terrible we're still waiting over 70 mins after placing an order and it's only a 5 min drive from our house ! If I need delivery again I will use Queens Pizza or Superfry as delivery is never this long with those
