When i arrived home and opened up my meals i discovered the mash bowls half filled and no gravy. Not just an honest error but pathetic service in my opinion.

What lovely staff - I went today Monday 13th Jan at about 16:10, an absolutely lovely man was working the drive through. So so pleasant. Absolute stellar customer service and the food was delicious too. Total opposite to the Meir KFC. Thank you!

The worst KFC ever - incompetent staff who don't give a damm. Had to wait ages (as did everyone in the dive thru) and then they got the food wrong. Ordered the gravy megabox - but it had no gravy!!! Never again

Absolutely awful. Watery gravy. Chicken tasted cheap and nasty. Dirty restaurant. Never again .over priced and cheap and nasty. What a waste of money.

Pretty average visit to this Burger King. Found the service a little bit on the slow side to be honest. The cost was as you’d expect - a little bit dearer than High Street. The Peppercorn Angus Burger was definitely the winner here - first time of trying it and it was great. May become the Burger of choice from this point forward. The rest of the food was good but nothing to fill you with excitement. Still grudge paying 30p for Mayonnaise.

This is the worst McDonald's. There is no question about. Whether you go inside (good luck with getting the attention of one of the "workers"if you can call them that) EVERY time you order from this place, delivery or inside they will make a mistake. For some reason all the staff in here think EXTRA means none. Not sure why they insist on employing inept teenagers. The manager is no better. If you want your order to be correct, you have to demand the manager bag it up. THAT IS IF THEY DON'T LEAVE THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK SO YOU CAN'T CONTACT THEM! Embarrassment to the McDonald's brand.

Terrible service food deliver cold took no responsibility knowing the order was sat there before driver picked it up and took no accountability for order being delayed blaming the driver. Never ever will I order from McDonald’s again.

Messed up order and rude service! Instead of correcting my order or offering to bring it over to me was told I was wrong and had not ordered it! Zero for customer service!

Got conned.bought snack meal and three pieces. Snack meal had drum tick, but three piece box had two drum sticks and one piece of nearly all bone. What a rip offw
