Burger King in Cheshire West and Chester

Wow when I found out this is the lowest rated Burger King in the United Kingdom I was in disbelief! Other than the dirty floors, disabled screens, limited food and drink options, the broken drink machine, broken chairs, dirty bathroom, I had a 5 star experience!

My burger & fries were OK but I was seriously concerned about food hygiene. There were cold chips on the food counter in front of the servers for 15 minutes before they were cleared. There was rubbish on lots of tables and under lots of tables. The window sills had lots of rubbish on them including food waste. There was food & empty food packages between the drinks machines. We were there 35 minutes and not once was anything cleaned up. It was appalling. I've never seen a worse fast food restaurant for a lack of cleanliness. It wasn't overly busy so that was not an excuse. The staff just didn't seem to care at all. I don't think I'll be going back to this location again.

Terribly uninspiring from outside, based in a featureless identikit block amongst a dozen other chain outlets, it has a closed play area outside. A bigger play area inside, also closed. My grandson, who knows about these things, tells me its never open. But everything is bad inside. Although virtually empty there were no clean tables to sit at. The waste disposal area was overflowing, evidently the bin isn't emptied. So people were just leaving their waste on top of it, so it fell on the floor. No- one seems to care here. A depressing place to go. The MacD round the corner is always busy, but they employ cleaners, table wipers, and staff with a smile on their face.

This BK has been here for as long as the Coliseum itself and has always been minging. My last visit I parked up and decided to order inside. On the way in i saw a member of staff round the back smoking by the bins and then cough up and spit out a load of phlegm. As i approached the door a lady came out of the fire exit with two big bags of rubbish and plopped them on the pavement. Inside smelled funky as it always does, probably something to do with the play area that, again, is about twenty years old. There was crud all over the floor - the usual detritus of chips, napkins and straw wrappers. The order screens were greasy. The few customers in there were the less than reputable type with bellies peeping out and kids running wild and screwing with the one working drinks machine. It's never changed honestly. That said the food was OK - fries and a chicken royale. The drinks machine is the one that dispenses american stuff which is nice albeit the full sugar american stuff seems to be long gone. Can't comment on their beef burgers as the last two times they microwaved them in their now defunct chester branch (yes i saw them do it), so i only ordered chicken. Food 3/5 Everything else 0/5

Called in for a quick lunch while doing some Christmas shopping. Two out of the three order screens didn't work so we ordered from the counter as it was fairly quiet. The young lady serving was very pleasant to be fair but that's where the positives ended. The cleared tables hadn't been wiped properly and during the 25mins we were there none of the other tables were cleared. Bits of food all over the floor and the place seemed quite grubby. Food came reasonably quickly but no trays to carry it to our table. All the food was luke warm at best and my burger was absolutely slathered with mayo and ketchup which made the thin beef patty almost cold. No sliced onion or tomato could be found. All in all a pretty unpleasant experience. Oh, there was hot water in the toilets to wash my hands after all the slop from my burger ( which I didn't finish). Won't ever go to Burger King again!

Im a burger king lover but i didnt know about the app, its just happen Trying to use the app. for my first purchase to get that free whoopper, but they told me not possible to use and claim.. Slow staff, takes them 27 minutes to make chicken fries ???? All the staff just stood around I was the only person ordering, half of my order was ready and then it took them 27 minutes to wait for some chicken? Out of a fryer??? Literally all sloths

This was my first time introducing my wife into my (usually) beloved Bacon dbl Cheese XL too. Overall I don't think anything went right on this occasion. We decided to eat in as it'll be hot and still fresh, but that didn't turn out to be true. So we ordered 2 xl dbl cheese meals and 2 king junior nugget meals. This was before 4pm on a Friday so at this point wasn't busy at all. First issue was that only 1 drink machine worked and it had the choice of coke zero or sprite zero, and regardless of which one they were flat (other people had complained at the same time, but I didn't care enough). We then receive our order on a very normal time. Issue two presented itself, and our king junior meals were just 4 nuggets, a drink and chips. No box, no toy but more importantly no information about why this was the case, but didn't want to make a fuss about this. Issue number 3 became apparent very quickly and that was the fact that one of the 4 nuggets only had 3 in it. Now in fairness I raised this and was told to keep the 3 and he'd make me 4 new ones which were done very quickly. But then issue 4. My burger was not fresh, not hot, or even lukewarm and extremely dry. Think of the burger you had left over from the BBQ and decided to eat in the evening. Something I've come to expect from my local and terrible McDonalds, not from (this) BK before. The edge of the bun and patties were very dry and hard. It was overall not tasty and had hardly any flavour too, however again I cannot be bothered getting up and down so just dealt with it. Chips were the usual nice chips. After I finished my burger I tried some of my wife's, and luckily hers seemed to have been better, and in fact still warmer than mine was in the beginning. In fact I had pick up orders from there that were still hot by the time I got home (15-20 min drive) than the burger I had in there. Guess I'll have to choose one of the many other places around there instead for a little while.

Don’t go here, just don’t. Dirty, uninterested staff and you wait an absolute age for you food. Website says it closes at 10 meanwhile they are already shutting the restaurant at 8.30pm.

Dont bother its a dump. Waited an age to get served and even longer for food. The order was wrong with missing items on food. Toilet stank of pee, tables durty, bins over flowing. Shame on you Burger King.. will not be going again.

We had to wait 25 minutes for our order. There were only two orders in front of us yet lots of other people ordered and received theirs before we got ours. My coffee was missing and there were no memory games in the two kids' meal deal boxes. We were just told "Oh, there's nine left" when we went up to ask where they were. I think we should have been told at the point of sale. Anyway, awful experience. We wouldn't go here again. I'll spend my £30 in "fast" food elsewhere.....

This is the dirtiest, most badly run food establishment I’ve ever been to. Whilst waiting for my food I started to take in my surroundings, every surface was absolutely filthy (on both sides of the counter) I’m amazed it’s still open.

I wrote this BK a bad review a couple of years ago as it rightly deserved it at that time. Last month we tried it again and what a brilliant change we encountered ! Food was all well prepared, it was really hot ( was near cold the tie before) the manageress came and asked us was everything OK with the meal WHILE SHE WAS OUT CLEANING TABLES !! Neither the food nor the service could have been bettered. WELL DONE for such an amazing turn around. Thanks.

Me and my gal friends entered Burger King in a good mood after we watched the most intense, jaw dropping film of 2022. We were in a good mood considering we had watched our favourite film for the 5th time. Our happy, upbeat selves did not last for long as we walked in to the horror. It was empty. And I can see why now, Immediately we found bins overflowing and it just seemed like a dirty atmosphere to be in. Trying to ignore this we went in as we had nowhere else to go. A huge mistake is what we didn’t know we were getting ourselves into. The tables were dirty. But we sat down anyway. After ordering it took its time even though we were the only ones in there. The drink machine was dirty, leaking and probably hadn’t been cleaned. At last the food was ready and it was without a doubt MID it was sloppy and the chips were undercooked. One of my friends, Beau III had ordered a “whopper” which to her looked appetising on the website. In reality it was quite frankly the opposite. It looked horrible and I can’t imagine what it tasted like. She was left shaking after consuming the burger. Trembling in fear. Before leaving we thought it would be a good idea to go to the toilets. Worst mistake ever. I can’t begin to describe how UNHYGIENIC and DIRTY it was. I’m not going to go into too much detail but let’s just say it was quite a fright as we walked in. Upon entering the toilets we all immediately had to RUN at full speed in the opposite direction, run away from the toilets. We had to get out of there altogether. Something to take from this review is to NOT GO THERE.

Dirty, not one clean table, bins overflowing, staff swearing and fooling around ignoring customers. Im on crutches and floor that slippy I nearly fell as crutch slid across the floor. Not a happy customer.

Ordered from the app, food took 30 mins to come out.
