Thank you so much to the staff who were working there today. They helped us after we were treated appallingly at King's Garden Tea Rooms. I would 100% recommend Antonio's. Thank you again.

As the other reviews have stated no price lists but you expect an ice cream to be around £4 at the seaside boy was i wrong! £22 for a bag of sugar donuts, a ice cream for my 9 year old and a tray of donuts with fudge pieces on top. I almost shed a tear absolute daylight robbery never going back lesson learnt! I wouldnt mind if they were the best donuts but they are the same old greasy ones you pay a quid for at the fair. I feel really sorry for anyone going there with more than one child!!!

What a joke!! £8.50 for 2 Mr whippy (not proper Mr whippy either) no prices shown. Expected to pay more due to being near attractions so thought maybe £3 each didn't think to ask and just got told £8.50 even the young lad looked mortified asking me for the money!!! I said it was ridiculous and he even agreed with me! I wanted to hand the Ice creams back and go to another one!! Wish I had seen these reviews before I went!

£8.50 For1 whippy cone and 1 small tub of whippy, no prices displayed. This is Southport, not central London or Rome! I would have walked away if my grandson was not at my side with for his treat. Will not revisit or recommend and will advise friends to avoid

Kiosk on beach front £22 + for 4 Mr Whippy ice creams and a diet coke, seriously over priced not one price list up, now I know why! Ridiculous prices for a small tub for kids, fed all 6 of us for cheaper. Server passed them to the kids 1 at a time and they had already started eating them or I would have handed them back. Disappointed.

Ordered 2 meals. Both wrong. How hard is it to read an order and put it in a bag. I struggle to remember a single visit to this McDonald’s where the order has been either correct or have to have waited a ridiculous amount of time. Last visit I thought it was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Again this has been confirmed

Ordered 2 x breakfast egg, cheese and sausage baps and a bacon bap with 2 x coffees and fresh orange juice. And I had to take burgers back they were black underneath. So burnt. I took a bite if mine and my husband took a bite of his and his was also burnt. It tasted horrible. Black pieces was all in the wrapper that it was wrapped up in. Wish I took pictures now... I took it back and all I got off manager was sorry. And a young boy gave me 2 more that was barely warm and just said thank you. They weren't bothered at all. I always go to all McDonald's whilst on holiday to different places around the country in our camper van. And always had lovely food with no problems. So I'm not sure whether to go anymore.

Once again, missed one of the meals from our order. Went to the drive through. Sat in the car park for 10 minutes while they got it ready. Got home and, not for the first time, there’s a meal missing. Called them up. The solution - drive back and collect. I ask, rhetorically, how difficult is it to give me what I’ve paid for? Why should I incur the expense of driving back to collect what I have already paid for!? I am mindful it sounds like a middle class problem but when someone (a child) is missing a meal (which is a rare treat) it causes significant upset. It is wholly unrealistic to just drive back and collect part of the order. A few years ago, when Macdonald’s was relatively cheap, I probably wouldn’t have cared as much but when you’re paying £40 ish for four people it is especially annoying. At that price there are many other options The ambivalence towards customer service is incredibly frustrating. I have given up on them and intend to spend my money elsewhere. They probably won’t care but terrible service and ambivalence eventually catches up on you (at least I hope it does).
