Very slow rude staff food cold and greasy drinks [ no taste] staff need to retrain for customer service etc with out customers no job never again all reviews the same problem why yes why

Awful to be honest!!! Cold greasy no napkins staff attitude ie manager o and expensive very expensive for such terrible chicken and chips,and those chips are the worst for someone who’s not a regular honestly awful bit like the manger lady who spoke bad English and wasn’t bothered as had our money the reviews say it all KFC AWFUL

I quite like KFC and it’s an easy option at the end of a week when nobody fancies cooking. I don’t really know what the situation is at this KFC but it’s a bit bazaar. There never really seems to be many customers but there is never any food ready. I usually order a Party Bucket as some family members prefer boneless and some don’t. Can I ask WHAT IS THE OBSESSION WITH DRUMSTICKS? 14 piece bucket and 10 drumsticks. This happens always, sometimes perhaps 8 and not 10 but there has to be an operational instruction for this to happen as consistently as it does? Please STOP this! No other KFC I have ever visited does this. YOUR BUSINESS IS DYING SO MAKE SOME CHANGES PLEASE… READ THE REVIEWS AND RESPOND TO SAVE THIS KFC

I'm afraid this is a very poor KFC location. The food is normally fine, but rarely do you get your order! Ordered 3 meals for the family and got one bag of fries, both pots of beans were 4hrs old and past the use by time. Phoned them as was pretty annoyed. Jo was very professional in her response, but it's not good enough when you get home and have half your dinner missing and are 15mins down the road.

Missed a meal again. They are rubbish and should be ashamed of the service. Disgraceful. Cop out to blame Just Eat when they packed the bag.

This was the third time my husband and I had walked in and walked straight out again the smell of the place is enough to make you sick. They certainly don't care about cleanliness as its total tip. I certainly won't be going again. I think they need a visit from environmental health. Please all keep clear of this place

Glacially, ridiculously slow service on three visits. No more. I'd rather go hungry. Today lunchtime, car park virtually empty. Took the drive in and waited for an age for anyone to take my order - long enough to wonder if I'd missed a sign saying 'order machine kaput' or similar. Finally. "I'll be with you in a moment" and then nothing for another minute. Tendered a £20 note, The server looked surprised and said he had no change! Just a few 10p pieces apparently. It took almost 15 minutes to find change and even then my order wasn't ready. The senior person there (there only appeared to be 2 of them) offered me a drink f.o.c. which I declined so he gave me a tiny bag of chips instead. They were soggy and most unpleasant. Avoid like the plague.

Attempted to get some post-gym protein from their drive through around 9pm. The drive through was empty, all from 1 car, so was anticipating a nice, straightforward service. Approached the ordering bit and nobody greeted me. Waited a few minutes before asking a polite “Hello?”. Still no answer. Thought their might have been an issue with their communication equipment so drove around to the service hatch. Lots of employees standing around just chatting and not very aware of my existence. I tried getting their attention but to no luck. I left hungry, frustrated and questioning whether I was actually dead or invisible but at least my arteries remained unclogged for another evening.

Save yourself the hassle and just dont bother visiting. Chicken dripping with oil chips awful. Service is non existent. Its quicker to get through dartford tunnel on a friday afternoon than it is to get round this drive through

I entered the restaurant hungry with the hopes on ordering some food relatively fast, unfortunately I did not know that the Kfc in gillingham thinks 2 machines are suitable for the amount of students entering the restaurant every lunchtime. As a student with timed lunches I approached the tills where a staff memenber told me they do not accept card payments at the till, where they have a card reader, a till and a card machine. Unbelievable I left hungry.

Tracy (Manager) What a brilliant service from Tracy. I ordered food to the complete wrong store. I called the store and Tracy was so helpful. She said I could come down to the store to collect the food and it will all be fresh for me and she was absolutely amazing, no hesitation whatsoever I’d like to thank Tracy for being so understanding and so patient when it was my mistake. She did not have to deal with the situation the way she did. She’s amazing absolute privilege to the store.

Staff can't deal with demand especially the amount of Uber drivers, that take preference. Staff shouting at each other, even arguing. Stress levels high. Fillet burger was thrown together, piece of chicken swimming in oil. I think I ll stick to Morleys

Came here with my family for a quick dinner before going out. We went in and waited about 5 minutes to be served as they were busy. In that time, 2 separate people were complaining that there order was wrong. We got ours and found it to also be wrong, tried to sort it back at the counter to be forgotten about and then they got it wrong again. Maybe it’s a one off as they were busy and it was a peak time? I’m not sure though. Also, I wouldn’t eat in there again, get your food and take it away as the tables were dirty, there was mess on the floor and the toilets were smelly. All things that don’t inspire confidence in me with a restaurant when eating food! I certainly won’t go back here again, and it’s definitely a restaurant that KFC should check up on.

Gave it a second chance and won’t ever go back, they shut inside to customers as they cannot deal with demand. Strange how other KFC can. McDonald’s don’t need to advertise with poor leadership and customer service- total nonsense snd avoid.

Dont visit fast food joints to frequently and latest experiences have illustrated to me why. Service is a mystery electronic screens which you have struggle around to find what you want. Only the experienced visitor would know where to go or how to use. Once you have decided you have to do it all again if you have company. This has to be the worst KFC in the UK. This is my closest and I must admit I only went here most recently because McDonald's is closed for refurb. Wish I hadn't bothered. Went drive through. Waited a fair time even though it was fairly late and 2 cars ahead. When I got the food I could smell bbq sauce which is weird as I ordered nothing with bbq. Checked order, bbq sauce all on the wrapper. Chicken pretty much still clucking. No taste and barely cooked. Wrap fell apart. Opened it to reassemble and there was 1 mini fillet cut in half and spread to make wrap look full. Batter was not crispy or golden brown was wet and soggy. Just a pea size of the mayo and a sprinkle of lettuce. This has to be the worst KFC in the UK. I have driven to Sittingbourne and Maidstone to get a better one, I will never be going back to this one now. Not ever. I will 100% pick anything over this. Its almost left a sour taste for all KFC. Listen up, don't waste your time or hard earnt cash here just throw it down the toilet and save the effort.

Never will I use this KFC again! Ordered in house a take away, got it home to find half the order missing (not for the first time!) =. What was in the bag was cold, the chicken was tough, dry and inedible, and the rest was far from fresh! Returned a meal in person and asked for a refund, but was told they would only refund what I returned, despite having to drive all the way back home and back again for the 3rd time! Surely one meal as an example should entitle a paying customer who took the time to return an almost whole meal as an example of the quality of food, should deserve at least his money back?!?! The rude member of staff refused to return my money, and only refunded one meal and money back for the items I didn’t receive in the first place. (£15 back on a £52 family order!) which was totally below standards. Asked for member of staffs name, along with the staff who “promised” me twice the order was all there before i left the building the first time! Made a formal complaint to KFC Customer Services who would only compensate me with a £25 voucher!! Awful food, awful staff!!! Will not be going back - you don’t expect the best from a fast food chain, but you at least expect HOT food that hasn’t been sitting there going dry for golf knows how long, and to be treated the way i was by the rude staff!0/5 !!!!

Absolutely gob smacked, I was called disrespectful for apparently lying about how long I’d been waiting round the other side for, laughed at, called MATE, told if I wanted to order I can re join the que, slammed the door on me and then proceeded to talk about me to the guy in the car behind. KFC have no idea what customer service is, swearing through the drive thru speaker, not even a hello, greeting at the window was simple “yes” order was wrong and then just accuses that it is my mistake when clearly the person taking the order got it terribly wrong. Had to pay two separate transactions because of a till glitch. Took 40 mins to get through the drive thru, it wasn’t even that busy. Rude staff, crap food. They need to stop employing people who literally are unable to spell their name!

Staff friendly. Always busy, but have always managed to sit in & eat. Some errors to orders, but has always been resolved with an apology & a smile. Food very good.

Visited this branch around 8pm one weekday evening. Having used a neighbouring branch previously on just eat and they were outstanding my hopes were high.

Would not go to KFC to buy the fries. They were soggy limp and unedible. My suggestion - buy the chicken at KFC and the fries at MacDonalds a short walk away.

And had somewhat a attitude. When we got our dinner the chicken burgers were hard and crunchy the chicken was chewy. Husband just bought home 2 of the ‘Mighty Buckets’ from here. Absolutely vile. Chicken was very slimy and the coating didn’t even taste like KFC. The hot wings were very large for wings, and also slimy, coated in something that was soggy underneath and rock hard outside, containing some large hard flakes.....the one thing they weren’t was Hot! The chicken in the strips managed to be stringy, chewy and slimy all at the same time, the coating had the same unpleasant texture as the Hot (not) Wings.

No Gravy again, skin was burnt and soft. Very disappointed, KFC has gone downhill. This time they did put the correct food in the bag but the quality was awful. We just threw it in the bin.

35 mins to slowly crawl through the Drive Thru - out of corn, the card machine was faulty, they tried to charge me for someone’s else’s order, gave me the wrong drink and when I did get home the order was wrong!

I have had a poor experience every time I have been to this outlet, but today was the final straw. It took over 20 minutes from ordering my food to receiving it (On a quiet sunday afternoon), and when i was finally handed my food by a miserable member of staff, it was luke warm and the burger looked like a soggy slipper with a a few limp strands of browning lettuce thrown in the general direction of the bun with a few managing to find their mark. Service is always slow here, they are forever running out of items on the menu and the food is always sub-par. I know I'm at fault for being part of the problem and supporting this paticular branch but that changes today. They won't be seeing penny one from me!

While the food at KFC is generally the same the service is what makes this one stand out. If the place is empty you would consider the service a bit sluggish however if there are more than a couple of people there you will be waiting longer than you would usually expect from a KFC.

this must be the worst kfc ever. This is my third visit, why oh why did I bother?? At least they are consistent.... consistently bad! No popcorn chicken so unable to sell family meals. Asked to swap for an extra fillet, NO, swap for anything? NO, leave it out and order anyway? NO. Another meal, no coleslaw, no yogurts for kids, no cherry Coke! Honestly, don't bother, go to Macdonald's next door, they clearly don't listen to customer feedback here.

We were in here for lunch , the service was quick , and the food was nice and hot , very good .We had Zinger burgers , very nice . Although the staff were very busy , service was good .

Same old over cooked sub standard food but had no alternative to purchase elsewhere as out of time. No point in complaining directly to unit so I have now contacted the customer satisfaction address available on the brown bag the food comes in. I have urged them to check the reviews on here in the hope things change and advise you all to send your honest and truthful comments direct to them.

Absolutely terrible kfc try and avoid coming to this one but every now and then it's the closest so give them another chance the drive through is always slow so don't have plans after if you come here never have a lot on their menu so you settle for what's there or go elsewhere and staff are slow and rude if this kfc gets shut down it'll be the best thing to happen here thank God they've built a McDonald's next door so you have somewhere to go when kfc disappoint.

Well gave this KFC in Courtney road another chance but guess what no cheese no bacon no wraps and no krushums oh said that they are not toasting the buns ... seriously this place is s joke . I've been to this KFC twice, once a year ago and tried again last night.

What the hell is going on? First no chicken, then no gravy. Now no buns. When will they get this sorted. Run by incompetence.

So another visit to what will now be known as the worse KFC I have been too. Having queued up for 15 minutes to buy a family variety bucket with chips, sides and a drink only to be told that they could not supply this as they had run out of 1.5 litre bottles of drinks. I said I would forfeit the drink but apparently I can only do this by buying a 10 piece bucket with no chips sides or drink . To add to this having heard the floor manager shout out that there were only 47 gravy’s left I asked for my meal without the drink and chips and gravy . Oh no the gravy is reserved for drive thru orders . So not only can I not buy chicken from a well known chicken establishment , I can’t have sides , I almost got in to the car just to order 47 gravy’ s but then remembered I would not be able to wash it down without a drink . It’s one thing to ya e no chicken but not to sell chicken because you don’t have the drink is ridiculous. I will not visit here again .

Ate in, and was disappointed in the lack of service once the order was placed. The drive through seemed to take priority over everything.......we had to wait over 1/2 hour for cold food and flat warm drinks .....KFC would not even give me money back ......avoid this place , as there a number of other fast food restaurants around the area which offer better service and hot food.

Arriving at 6.30pm on a Friday night we found they had run out of gravy!! Getting home to awaiting friends we all found they have used mishapened GREEN potatoes & some not peeled. They were not the usual skinny crispy chips but also soggy & inedible!!! It's a very busy drive through as well as restaurant, obviously badly managed to run out of items so early on a Friday night, & it's not the 1st time! But looks like they are cutting corners/cost with inferior chips!!!

Standard food orders is fine but if you ask for something to be made without cheese it causes problems. Either the wrong item will come without cheese or parts of the order are missing which is not helpful when you've used drive through and can't get back to query. This has happened many times.

Visited on way home from work got served near enough straight away the lady cashier polite helpful the food was hot even the fries the restaraunt was clean n tidy will visit again
