Domino's Pizza in Medway

Order quite regularly from Strood, pricey but you can't beat a domino's pizza. Last night's delivery took longer than normal and was a bit crushed when it was delivered. whilst it didn't affect the flavour maybe ask your drivers not to sit on them 🤔 😁

Added a couple of toppings on my pizza but wanted to leave one side plain so my son could have a couple of slices, was told we can’t do this, even though it would be in their favour less toppings less work for them & saving them money, but refused to do, great customer service will order else we’re in future. Shame they stopped doing the half and half

I’ve just got my order from a delivery driver called Toby and he has been extremely helpful and polite. My house is in a hard to find location and he was amazing and got my food here like it just came out of the oven !!! 🙂

Ordered for my grandson . He really enjoyed his pizza . Was hot and just what he wanted . Thank you

Good value pizzas and side dishes

Bit expensive but food was good.

Food is always nice however I’ve had a few instances where there have been multiple missing food items upon delivery

Just ordered and the website changed the address and this is not the first time this as happened. System is bugged in Hoo area as when I’ve put in the address on the system it’s been correct and after I place the order it goes up or down an address number. From other dominoes locations delivery is perfectly okay it is just the Strood location that has problems with their ordering system. Would recommend going to other locations for delivery or just collect from Strood but probably best to avoid the Strood branch. This is disappointing that this has happened on more than one occasion with the Strood branch but not with others!

Awful, unhelpful, incredibly rude and inept staff. Absolutely disgusting service that I would avoid at all costs. I’m pretty sure that their hygiene and cleanliness is beyond acceptable standards, both in terms of the restaurant and it’s abhorrent staff.

Always a good place to check out birds seems to have a good way to attract them 😀

Dominos varies place to place but this one was up there was really tasty pizza not greasy 🍕😋

Absolutely outstanding pizza, I ordered double decadence and it tasted amazing with my ham and pineapple pizza and chicken feast. The cookies are also very nice, they are hot and goey in the middle. I will definitely order again.

Bit disappointed, created my own pizza and asked for sundried tomato base. They actually didn't put any base on it at all, quite annoyed considering it cost £20

Service was a bit slow, but only because they are busy. Just wish they would deliver to other places on the Peninsula such as Grain.

Well no suprise really, you got the order wrong yet again. Not just once but twice pon the same night, still waiting to see if you come back with the correct item for the third time. We dont want it anymore but as yoiu are wasting our time and money i am going to waste your time and money, especially as its tricky getting petrol at the moment. So to recap, Answer you damned phone, check the orders, its your job! i assume someone os paying you so pay attention and do what you are paid for. P.S Still waiting for the missing Coke and side from back in June...

Delivery driver turned up knowing he forgot a pizza......still waiting for it to arrive.

Dominos Strood - called them at 11.30pm, they said they're closed... why answer the phone then?? Really poor attitude from the girl on the phone too.

Not bad. Quick service but pricey. Nice once in a while. Only downfall is if your u pick up parking is limited and busy road outside the ship front.

Should be no stars. There delivery drives park all over the place at rear of shop. On pavement blocking pavement and at strange angles into road. The pull away without looking and just reverse out without looking. Have nearly hit my car on many times. Drivers then give abuse and drive off at speed

Fast delivery and good customer service

I ordered from dominos at 1pm. Usually we have quick deliveries and I’ve never had an issue with them. Today my food didn’t arrive till 2.30 and was stone cold. I called dominos and told them I want my food replaced as it was freezing and I had 3 children plus 2 adults waiting to eat. Of course I could warm up it myself and not complain but after £40 for 2 medium pizzas I shouldn’t have to! Dominos say they will replace food but comes with a 30-40 min wait. Just ridiculous. This one experience has completely put me off ordering from here again. Such a shame!!

Strood Branch delivery driver in a black mini nearly took out my car with his reckless driving and then proceeded to drive like a lunatic along the high street. I phoned to complain and every time I tried to call to conveniently they couldn't hear me me until I withheld my number and asked about a pizza delivery. Strange that isn't it, especially when I said good you can hear me and tried to complain again all of a sudden they couldn't hear me again! Useless! How are they going to handle things when this delivery driver actually causes an accident?

just had a pizza delivered to my home and found human hairs in the food for which my kids could of eaten and got ill DON'T BUY FROM HERE

Can’t fault it really, pizza was great and perfectly made, arrived exactly at the time I selected and was still hot. The app made it easy to order offering a variety of different ways to pay and without being forced to sign up for an account.

Very poor service tonight found a hair in our pizza so ruined the whole meal also tried phoning the store no awnser .

We live in a Village, wasnt sure if they would deliver as website says NO but have seen deliverys about in the past so telephoned to ask and the answer was Yes!!! Perfect advise as never had Dominos, so left it to the gentlemens advise....Perfect Pizzas, Piping Hot, and Great Delivery Driver with a sense of humor!!! Totally sold....Perfect Saturday Night Takeaway!

Driver just stole £50 cash from Strood so everyone be ware as driver didn't want to count it then I saw him slip money off the pile and when I said about it he diend it. And tried driving off with out lights on . And strood just gave me the blow off .

Went to Dominos Pizza takeaway in Strood High Street this evening. 1st class service great deals. The current deal in store is buy one get one free. They have quite a lot of deals on line and in store. The staff made sure they got the order. One of the beasts takeaway pizza we have had. Highly recommended

Over priced and poorly topped now, such a shame as I loved domino's but not anymore.

Ordered a deal for 2 and the pizza was a mess, toppings and cheese just fell off. Won't be ordering from them again.

Pizza from here has been fairly consistent. My favourite item is only a side- the garlic pizza bread is really flavoursome. I really wish that it could be ordered in a larger size. Another odd choice is the meatballs. Very cheesy and always delicious, but unfortunately served in an aluminium foil wrap so they have to be peeled away and most of the cheese is then lost. Another serving container would probably work far better, or even something as simple as greaseproof paper. Sort yourselves out, Domino's.

The pizza box was tastier and more edible than the bland , poor quality lumps of sad dough.... The toppings were equally uninspiring and visually unattractive. The worst pizza I have ever tasted. Total waste of around £30....therefore very, very poor value...I hate wasting money. AVOID.

Ordered delivery pizza deal for the first time, pizzas were not cooked properly, and were tasteless!!!' Very expensive for what you get?

I had the personal pan Pizza from them in Oct-17. It was so juicy and perfectly cooked. I ordered online and collected in 20 mins. The only issue was parking in this place otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

On Saturday I ordered a Chinese for my friends and pizza for the children on line at dominos web site Everything was ready Chinese arrived but no pizza so I called the pizza parlour and asked were my delivery was. The reply was we do not have any order for you it's not on our computers I said ok but I have payed for the pizza could you still send one out quoting the order number and pay pal reference "No we don't have any record of your order " So then went down to the shop in strood high street and asked to see the manager showing him the relevant proof that I had ordered and paid for the pizza. He did not want to know and did nothing and started to walk away. I hit the roof quoting loads of consumer rights jargon and if I did not get my money back I was charging Wonger interest rates for holding my money. Reluctantly called the dominoes online office. Leaving us standing there for 25 mins noting that I had a Chinese meal going cold at home he finally came back to us and said the money has been refunded. Which was a acknowledgment that the mess up was dominos. No sorry or anything just walked away. Great customer service I thought and when we left their delivery drivers had boxed me in because I dared to park by there shop where they all congratulate, and they were reluctant to move as if they owned the patch of tarmac Of to papa John's 50 yards up the road

Spent over £30 on our order and extremely disappointed with the quality and price. £7.99 for 2 small cheesecakes. will not be ordering again

Ordered At 5.45 last night and stone cold food arrived at 8.20. We were advised it would be an hour when we ordered.. No apology when it did finally arrive either. The delivery driver just shrugged and said 'you want it or not? We'd just spent an hour trying to decide whether we should order something elsewhere as we couldn't even get through to them by phone. (Either engaged or going straight to answerphone) and frankly I wish we had. Do yourself a favour, go to Papa Johns instead.

use to be nice pizzas but now the price has gone up and the main part of the pizza is very thin like paper just to save money on produce and yet they still put the price up , use to rate them highly but not anymore

The Pizzas are absolutely delicious! No pizza comes close to it. I would like to be given more offers and for them to bring the prices down as they are slightly expensive.

This is your standard Dominos, they're pretty much all the same! I always enjoy a Meateor pizza from here and the cookies. Pricey just for pizza but it's enjoyable and if you can get it on a deal/split it with someone it makes it not so bad.

Terrible customer service! Manager is rude. Made an order and the order when delivered was not complete. Had to wait over 30 minutes for another driver to finally deliver the rest of the order by that time everyone else had eaten, otherwise their food would have got cold! Tried ringing and the phone never gets answered. Had to call about 6 times just to finally get through to someone and that phone rings for ages! Terrible service! Would rather order from the Chatham or Gillingham branch and go pick the food up myself... at least then I can also check the order!
