Placed an order though pizza hut website around 19.20 after three attempts by Uber to pick it up and the delivery time behind pushed back to 2110, they cancelled the order. When we called to query they answered the phone, when we asked about why the order was cancelled the call was cut off in us. Completely unprofessional, rude and appalling service.

Delivering came 40 mins late and asked to see my pepporonis and stuff my crust

Worst maccys I've ever had, food was cold, and tasteless, the order was done through the app and it still took 15mins waiting in the drive through, then it was still wrong so we had to go in and collect the stuff that was missing. Drinks were not great either, oasis was watered down and the coke was lifeless and flat. Chips were like cardboard fries with no salt and were tasteless. Atleast stafford maccys put some salt on there chips! Il never use this maccys again.

I ordered a couple of meals, all came warm fresh made and arrival time was okay, however when I’ve opened gravy tub there was a black hair inside!

Ordered 2 kebabs on uber eats, one of which was mixed meat with chips and curry sauce. The food was swimming in grease and the curry sauce was none existent. Not to add aside from the taste of the grease the food it bland and tasteless. The second kebab consisted of donner and chips with gravy, again hardly any gravy and the gravy there was, was greasy leaving a film of grease in my mouth. Again food bland and tasteless… not to even add we ordered a side of battered chips to revive normal chips with not even a looking of batter. Awful food will not be ordering again!!

Friendly staff on entry given a tracker device to tell me when my order was ready, not sure why when there were only 2 of us in the place on a week day night an hour into opening time. The order didn’t take long, the alert on the tracker didn’t go off until my order was served up bagged & on the counter ready to take away. Good service you may think but clearly not when I got home & saw the state of the food !! Large chips ….. I beg to differ chips were hardly warm & I only live within 3 min drive from the shop. They looked burnt or if they had been open at lunch time I’d have said reheated they were just awful. It was at the start of the evening either The worse food I’ve tasted in a long while needless to say will not be returning & wouldn’t recommend. Food in the bin should have taken a picture first.

I recently visited Brother’s Kabab high-street gosport tried their Chicken Shish, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The chicken was perfectly marinated, tender, and juicy, with a smoky flavor that was just right. The skewers were grilled to perfection, leaving a nice char on the outside while keeping the inside moist and flavorful. The portion size was generous, and it came with a side of fresh salad, warm pita bread, and a delicious garlic sauce that complemented the dish well. The presentation was simple yet appetizing, and the service was friendly and efficient. The only minor critique I have is that the seasoning could have been a tad more robust for my personal taste, but it was still very enjoyable overall. The ambiance of the place was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual meal. I’d definitely recommend their Chicken Shish to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying kabab experience. Yet another local takeaway that will at first accept your order for 45 min delivery then cancel it 30 mins into the wait.... guess they couldn't be bothered with there last order. ..
