I went in with my family for a quick dinner. Once I waited my half an hour to order, we received it 20 mins later. Opened the 4 boxes and every single one was wrong. Went back up to the desk to ask for replacements for what we actually ordered. Manager and staff were both very cheeky and supplied us with replacements that were all wrong again. Multiple other people went up with the same issue and all got the same cheek out of manager and staff

Right let me be real with you. I’m a snob and a bit of a pretentious pr1ck, the first words out my mouth when my sister took me here were “the signs dirty are you sure”. Now when I tell you I’d get on my knees and beg for a singular fry from this place I mean it. I ordered the BBQ Pizza and it took some form of virginity because I’m a changed man now. Go here and eat I promise you!

Millie’s cookies are of a dreadful size. I payed £1.59 for a Jaffa Cookie here at the Trafford centre and received a cookie half the size of my palm. Ridiculous size for the cookie considering the price. A very bad experience I will not be coming again.

Terrible, everything over cooked. This place used to be good but the lad few times we used as delivery. Absolute garbage and having to pay service charge? Are they having a laugh. Yes they are

I have been to so many other GDK shops but this is one of the worst. I am convinced they are using a very very bad quality oil for frying the rolls. Also they are not using the fresh food.

Esta es una tienda de patatas fritas promedio que ciertamente no está mal, pero tampoco es nada para escribir en casa. La comida era muy agradable, pero no increíble. Teníamos 2 pescados y patatas fritas y un pastel de patatas fritas salsa y algunos guisantes mushy. Todo estaba bastante sabroso. La masa era buena, ligera y crujiente, la comida de pastel era solo la típica comida de pastel que obtenías en la mayoría de las tiendas de pescado y papas fritas. Las patatas fritas estaban bastante blandas, como algunos han dicho, pero se cocinaron a través de ellos a diferencia de algunos han dicho y solo somos típicas patatas fritas de pescado y patatas fritas. Es caro, pero lo dejo en una zona de vacaciones. Sigue siendo más barato de lo que cobran los restaurantes locales. Me gustaría comer aquí de nuevo y no me dejaría posponer por las críticas negativas. El personal también es agradable y amable.

I had a great time at this particular greggs dont get me wrong. I went with my wee little friend benjaman waayyyyyyyyy back in februarty 24 and boy was it a banger. However, this happibness was short lived as THEY HAD. NO. MEXICSN CHICKEN BAGUETTES. however to be fair they did have a mexican chicken oval bite which i happily gobbled down and chomped like a wee little champ. NOT TO BE THAT GUY BUT THIS GREGGS ATTRACTS THE WRONG CROWD CLEARLY. FOR EXAMPLE. ONE GUY ON THIS WEBSITE LEFT A REVIEW ON THIS GREGGS CLAIMING THAT "OH If tHErES nOT foOD YOU LiKE TheN doNt eaT heRe" YEAH REALLY EINSTEIN?????. BOY HE IS DUMB AS HECK MAN. I recommend this greggs 5 star amazing. MY WEE LITTLE FRIEND BEN DA MAN REKOMENDED DIS GREGS 2 ME ND I WAS NOT DISAPOINTED.

Great quality kebabs. Freshly cooked. Very generous portions and great value. Plenty of nearby parking.

Ordered 3 items all cold and pancakes uncooked. Meat was also freezing and no heat to them whatsoever shocking experience

Used to be proper good. Nowadays it's heading one way only. Service is painfully slow unless using a delivery app. Phoned an order through to save the wait but the girl on the counter knew nothing. A poor lady stood behind me for at least 10 minutes waiting to order whilst 3 riders came and collected. A couple sat eating in had the meal brought to them in 3 different visits. Needs a serious uplift of standards otherwise they'll lose a regular customer

I was a bit worried having read the previous reviews but it was great. The portions are huge: a large fish and chips is fine for 2 people. Friendly service, fish and chips freshly cooked, all very good. I can’t understand the previous poor reviews

Great area to share a kebab. The food was amazing and the overall service was just perfect. The meat was great and pita wasn’t soggy even though there was a lot of sauce. The prices are fair for very good portions and had a great experience with the staff.

Decided to treat myself to a bavarian slice from Pund Bakery as hadn't had one for a long time. Oh my goodness, I won't ever be having one again from there ! What has happened to them ! Nothing like they use to be. A lot smaller, soggy flaky pastry, tangy jam and solid custard that tasted like it had been made with water ! Where is the lovely creamy creme pat gone and the crispy flaky pastry ? It was not good and after two bites it went in the bin. Disappointed. There Bavarian slices use to be so lovely and tasty.
