Millie’s cookies are of a dreadful size. I payed £1.59 for a Jaffa Cookie here at the Trafford centre and received a cookie half the size of my palm. Ridiculous size for the cookie considering the price. A very bad experience I will not be coming again.

Visited yesterday (20/02) after passing this place a few times during previous visits to TC, but forgetting to stop by. My husband & I were gobsmacked by how small the cookies are nowadays! Years ago when I used to buy them during teenage girly shopping trips to Cardiff, I swear they were about the size of a saucer! They’re now about the size of a digestive biscuit! 😳 Nevertheless, they were still just as tasty 😋 and I will visit again. The guy who served me was polite & friendly.

Went today to collect an order from too good to go. When we got there were told to click collect and then informed that the order had been cancelled. The member of staff serving was rude and told us that getting a refund was our problem. The fact that the order was cancelled wasn't a problem but the attitude of the staff member was awful

Peterborough...i have bought my husband'sbirthday cookie here for many years but i am currently bedbound so had a problem! Googled Millies Cookies on line home delivery and wow, even double wow. I created 2 personalised giant cookies, 1 a joint birthday for husband and 4yr old granddaughter and another for fathers day. They came packed to perfection, unscathed, exactly when requested and were precisely what i had chosen. I cannot express how impressed i was this was beyond excellent. 5 stars...no i would say 10. And thank you to Milles Cookies.

I was served by a rude member of staff called Toni who was rude, unprofessional and there cookies in a box as if she was doing me a favours. She was rude, looked like she had come to work after a night out. I wouldn’t visit this place again as the cookies are over priced Staff are rude Presentation is poor Millie’s customer service line just rings and they send u in loops when you want to complain. Always love a millies cookie! The service was great and the lady was very friendly. You cannot go wrong with some cookies for the journey home after a long day shopping.

Really great cookies. I particularly like the Jaffa and Oat and Raisen. The prices are fair and drinks are also great. Always receive service with a smile.

The cookies tasted nice, at least the outside parts did as the middle was not cooked, the cookies are really small and at £1.99 for 2 it is terrible value, I would go into one of the shops and buy something else rather than use Millie's again.

If you want a delicious cookie, but are happy for them to be tiny, wafer thin and £3.59 for 4, then Millie's is the place for you. Or there's a big one for £15.99, seriously. Enjoy!

Here we go again. No ice cream for a shake !! Monday no milk, machine broke ect ect. If you have a family don't bother with the Millie's in the Trafford Centre. Never get any feed back what so ever. Don't take my word for it. It's near on impossible to get a shake after 7.30. Young lad barely looked up from his phone.

Millie's Cookies, what’s not to love. I can’t resist buying some to take home, my favourite being the Coconut and Cherry Bakewell. Friendly staff, quick and efficient service always. I only regret never buying more once I am back home!

Been here a lot, and every time you want a shake they have no milk, no ice cream or the machines broke. Go at the same time always 7 - 8 an the evening. Sometimes you get lucky all depends who's on. What it is they wash the machine earlier so they can just pull the shutter and go. Don't take my word for it try for a shake yourself.

Ate here after a long day of walking around the Trafford Centre. We took advantage of the Family Special Offer that they are running, otherwise it is a very expensive fish and chip shop. waited in the queue around 10mins to be served. The server was polite and friendly even though he had to ask me a hundred questions in regards to the meal deal.

I went to get a giant cookie to surprise my Mom for her birthday. The staff is friendly and they make sure that the customers are happy. I liked the personalisation of the cookie and the taste was great too! I would definitely recommend this as an alternative to birthday cake.

After eating at a restaurant we fancied something sweet. We all choose different options of cookies. We had a mixed batch of 6 cookies af a very reasonable price. We were served by a very helpful member of staff who helped us chose from the numerous options available.

Unfortunately it is the closest McDonald’s to us so deliveries come from here. We don’t order often but every time we do we have at least 1 item missing and they refuse to resend the missing item unless you order again (which costs more in total due to delivery & the fact that they don’t make it easy to claim money back). Very disappointing, we will think twice about ordering from McDonald’s again as we can’t rely on getting what we order (literally happened five times within the last two years and we maybe ordered eight times in total. Wish I was joking).

Sometimes I wonder what Grimace himself would make of McDonald's Stretford. Take a trip down Chester Road and upon passing Stretford Mall, you'll feel the gravitational pull of the ever-familiar golden arches, their glow as bright as a star set for supernova. A brilliant lie, sold to us by the soulless. Grimace was colourful, too—perhaps even gaudy. He was big and round and kind of silly, but somewhere in his googly eyes was a deep tenderness, an unwavering awareness of the responsibility he held to mankind as a bulbous purple vassal of its largest fast food retailer. McDonald's Stretford is an affront to Grimace's memory. It is receiving the wrong burger. It is tucking in to the bitter disappoint of stone cold fries. It is painfully slow service when you're in a rush. It is a knife through Grimace's swollen, plum-shaded heart. Now, as McDonald's tries desperately to salvage its already rotten reputation, it refuses to let our smooth-headed lavender angel rest, instead offering us his blood in the form of a crude, berry-flavoured milkshake. Welcome to a world where churches might provide apple and blackcurrant squash at holy communion—a world symbolic of everything wrong with modern McDonald's. The Stretford branch wears its wounds proudly, choosing to let them fester and decay, polluting every aspect of its service from quality of food to waiting times. I recently placed an order for delivery and found one of my burgers (the key component in a meal costing over £10) to be missing. Grimace wept. I've been sitting on these thoughts for a while. Heavy is the cross. I believe we owe it to those no longer here—to the fallen heroes, to the Grimaces of the world—to stand up and demand a return to a McDonald's that cares. Even writing this, I fear for my safety. Who knows when Ronald and his mob of brightly-coloured thugs might come knocking. They already silenced Grimace. Who next?

Been in here a couple times as we travel a lot. Never fails to amaze me. Today i had the pleasure of being served by Megan & Janice who were a lovely pair of girls and were always smiling. Giraffe will always be my favourite spot for food in Manchester Airport! Recommend to everyone.
