Great quality kebabs. Freshly cooked. Very generous portions and great value. Plenty of nearby parking.

Order from here many times but last couple of times had items missing and what was received was not very nice at all. This occasion had no salad or pot of sauce that we ordered extra and what we did receive doner and chicken doner were undercooked and chips were overcooked and couldn’t be eaten. When we contacted the restaurant customer service was very minimal and unhelpful no offer of replacement and no offer of missing items to be sent to us no offer of refund. The food is overpriced for quality and quantity compared to other kebab takeaways! Definitely will not be using this takeaway again and certainly don’t recommend!

This place never disappoints and I love that it is a family run business. My family all have their favourites and we are regulars, probably a bit too much.

Placed my order and collected as usual. Once opened, I noticed there was no salad in my chicken kebab and the chips looked like they were from yesterday, very dark and oily. Called to ask about my salad and they tried saying it was my fault as it wasn’t on the receipt! No apology whatsoever and rudely said id have to come back to collect bag of salad! Il be sure to take my custom elsewhere next time!

The food is always good and the whole family now have their favourites.I always have mixed meat and chips as the kebab and chicken meat is always nice and the portions large. The homemade chilli sauce is also great although we had food last night and it was hotter than normal and meant I had to drink a lot of water 😀

Ordered online meat was ok not special flavoured ( marinated) it was dry not juicy as it should been but chips was the worse part of all ( like cardboard ) thrown them away after very few try ! Sauces that requested was all in the kebab rather than small pots supplied so , over all not enjoyed much won’t be going back to this one , as we are trying various kebabs shops to yet to find best one this was reasonable good prices !

We regularly use Parkwood Kebabs and find the food is always hot, fresh and delivered faster than stated when ordering online. Drivers are friendly and helpful and we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Orders are always correct and they also take into account requests made when ordering.

I spoke to a friendly delivery driver last week as I parking at home. After hellos I asked where he was delivering from as he said Parkwood kebabs and suggested I tried it. idid so on Friday, 25th Feb, about 8pm. Walk in, placed order and advised 20 minutes. Had shish, which takes 10 minutes even if grill space available so a reasonable wait. Ordered la arge doner and a chicken shish/vegetable combo. All was good but, as a meat eater, I must say how good the veg shish was. My usual shops veg shish is tomato, onion and green pepper; the mushroom was an unexpected, and enjoyable, addition. Good sized portions and very generous salad. A lot of shops are currently giving out a pre-packef plastic container of slightly dehydrated salad. Combined with veg skewer I reckon it was 4 of my 5 a day! I asked for loads of chilli sauce and got loads of chilli sauce. Even got chlli pickles without having to ask. Prices were fair and below most other shops. Staff looked smart in blue polo shirts. And 2 ladies behind the counter: how inclusive and welcoming is that? Well done PK's. Only 1 bit of polite feedback. It would complete your menu, and be a welcome choice for a vegetarian, if you had halloumi as an option for a pitta filling or a side portion. Well done gents and ladies.

Had a meal from Parkwood Kebab this evening, the food was hot, fresh and exactly what we had ordered. The food was delivered 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, delivery driver was polite and helpful, wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

We don’t often have kebab but we know the quality of the food at Parkwood is good. Placed and order via phone, 2 small shish kebabs and a chicken doner and small chips. Collected (after going over the order again) but when I got in there were no chips and no lettuce on the shish I ordered with just lettuce and onion. Cost was £19.50 Having just checked an online copy of the menu I should have paid £16 plus £1.50 for a small chips... My wife and daughter commented that every time they’ve had a kebab from the shop it’s been wrong (my daughter has used the shop far more than we have) The food was great but it’s hard to want to go back or recommend when errors like this happen frequently.

The best kebab house in the area. The guys there work extremely hard at getting the food out hot and fresh. Always lovely and polite to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Having had inconsistent takeaways from here before I said that I would not go back. However having just returned from holiday and after a long tiring journey decided to call ahead for a kebab on the way home. I really wish I hadn't! The chips were soggy as per usual. I asked for a small amount of garlic sauce but it came smothered in it and the pitta was dry so unfortunately it ended up in the dustbin where it belonged!

My family and I have always used this kebab shop and love the food as it is always fresh and the staff WERE pleasant and very helpful. However, for some reason a woman delivering the kebabs is so rude. We asked for delivery and she would not walk up our drive - she shouted across saying "have you got a dog". We have a minature dachshund puppy who is so nervous and scared of people so he would never even walk to the door, however this isn't the point. Had she asked nicely for one of us to hold our dog as she was "scared", we would happily oblige. Instead we had an argument across our drive. When we said we were going to complain she said "Yeah, good luck with that - I'm the owner" what a disgusting attitude to have. And all over a tiny dog that we would happily have picked up. Why are you delivering food to people's houses if you are so scared that you won't even walk up somebody's drive? I hope you realise that your business has been ruined by your attitude, and I truly hope you will think about how you treat customers, otherwise you will go downhill very fast. We will never use this kebab shop again.

Really nice Meat and chips. Very good sized portions at a good price. And they deliver which is handy

Worst service I have ever had from a kebab shop, used them a few time before and no problems, collected a sharing tray tonight and any 3 mixed kebab, and the portion size of the tray was the worst I have ever seen! When I questioned them over the phone the lady was the rudest order taker I have ever spoken to, when I went round to speak to them and explain this wasn’t what I had been given before and the portion size was less although prices had gone up there was nothing they wanted to do and thought that the portion size was fair again being very rude, wouldn’t recommend this kebab to anyone again

The food from Parkwood Kebab is amazing. Everything is so fresh and well cooked. If there are only 2 of you, order 1 chips, because the portions are huge.Please make a trip or order from this place, you won’t be disappointed. Many thanks

As per the heading unfortunately we will not be going back to this takeaway.This is so frustrating and disappointing as it is the nearest kebab shop to us.We have now tried this takeaway on at least 5 occasions but unfortunately it is so inconsistent and our latest visit will be the last! The chicken Doner was fatty and tasteless as was the lamb Doner. The salad was fresh and tasty but this we could have done ourselves. This is such a shame as the service has always been polite and efficient.

Visit here fairly regularly as it is local. Always service with a smile, reasonably priced and dont have to wait too long even when it is busy. Normally have chicken shish kebabs and they are cooked very well. I also dont normally go for chilli sauce but I find the sauce to actually have some flavour and not be far too hot to enjoy.Not much more to say other than well worth a trip if you havent tried it before.

Not much to say other than, great food at sensible prices, recommended. Nice clean shop, friendly staff, generally a great takeaway.

We keep on giving this takeaway the benefit of the doubt as we have had some nice kebabs from here and it's so convenient being close by in Parkwood shopping centre. However after our last visit when we once again experienced soggy chips & fatty Doner we will now stick to Rainham Mark as it has always been consistently good but is frustratingly quite a bit further away!

Amazing food, go and try it i promise you will be returning back for more. Now that they are serving all there kebabs with rice in silver containners at free of charge. Mm soo tasty

After reading the reviews I was elated at the prospect of being entertained by the impertinent staff, whilst mocking their incompetence to put together a simple order. However, on my arrival I was warmly welcomed at this establishment. What's more the food was astonishingly good and the service was not only slightly slower than the speed of sound, they even remembered my order with the extra chilli sauce too (which I regretted later!). After a hard day at work I was keen to exert some frustration towards the innocent members of this establishment and I was gutted the previous reviewers lied.

Not a bad kebab but everytime i place a phone order and go and pick up i always check the order as its always always wrong so wont be returning.

The staff were so unbelievably rude, they said I was stupid for not making my order quickly enough, "come on, it isn't hard, be quicker!" Raising your voice and degrading your customers is not a good way of gaining them. I'm pretty down to earth, and can get a joke but this was no joke, just poor customer service!

This is a takeaway establishment. Service was friendly and good , price was reasonable, first impressions were good , presentation and cleanliness were good but on the occasion we tried it, the kebabs were not the best.

This takeaway is very hit and miss , sometimes the food is great , but other times like today it is stone cold and the chips arent cooked properly

We have now sampled the chips, chicken kebab, lamb kebab and a pizza. They were all very nice. However, the pizza was a little bland, perhaps they need more flavour in the base sauce. But it's very good value, so will likely have the pizza again.

This takeaway is located in Parkwood shopping centre and we have now tried it on 3 occasions since it opened. The staff are polite and the place looks clean. The portion sizes are generous. We thought the Doner and particularly the Chicken kebabs which come with peppers and onions were very nice. The chips on our first 2 visits were soggy but were crispier on our last visit! The Parkwood Special was very tasty but in our opinion there was far too much for 2 people. The pizzas we tried were very salty and fairly tasteless. Overall this is now our preferred choice for a kebab in Rainham.
