Mcdonald's Restaurants in Salford

Is a worker there that's very rude and very unprofessional. We going there almost everyday for grimace milkshake. When she's working the grimace shake is white. First time she said the grimace is in middle. Tonight 23 jan around 12.30 am I gone again and again was white. i didn't accepted it and her excuse was that she top it up with vanilla that's way is white. I said it should be purple. But I saw that she's always waiting to see who's ordering than she will serve u. So I really believe she is racist. Why the need to top it up with vanilla when u can top it up with grimace??Whenever she's not there the grimace is very nice and tasty and purple. I said I want a purple grimace shake how should be.She gone back and she said loudly "I hope u choke on it" .. seriously? Just bcoz I asked to be how should be? She said I'm rude coz i stand up for myself and I didn't accepted again the same tasteless grimace shake like previously when she served me. I said ill complain she said she don't care. Slam the window and told me to go away. Omg.. Slowly u will lose all your customers just bcoz of her. Never had a problem with another employee there. But this woman is sooo rude and Racist!!

Not the type to leave reviews, general manager Lewis’s was as theatrical as it gets. My minor complaint was mitigated by staff too scared to say even his second name . No time for leaving reviews however my complaint led to me being barring from the premises. If you check the footage on the til cctv about and hour/ hour and a half ago, all I asked for was the manager surname. However, irrelevant. Respectfully, I feel he is over the top and ego-centric in his managerial role. He does not represent the brand well and I am really annoyed to have to complain about the service from a normal McDonald’s. Not bothered about slow service however he needs bringing down a peg or two

I came round the drive thru last week while i was on my way home from work. i had to wait what felt like a life time to get my order taken. Once I got to the window to pay all I could hear was what I am guessing is the manager screaming all over the shop. I don’t know how the staff could work there when that is all you can hear. I got told to park up for my food but once I got it it was stone cold. While I was waiting for my food i saw a RAT. Not very hygienic and don’t have a clue how this ‘restaurant’ has regular customers! Would not recommend, would rather drive the extra minutes to go to an actual fast food restaurant.

Every time I use Salford McDonald's I end up waiting ages for someone to ask for my order. Why call yourself a fast food restaurant if it takes a couple of minutes to even give your order. Why have 2 lanes if you don't have 2 people on the tills, because the other person taking your order in the food prep area has other things to do and customer services is 2nd. Then when you get to the food window they always ask you to park up. After 5 mins when someone is free they come out with your food and it's cold because it's been sat waiting for someone to bring it to you. Wouldn't it make more sense to have 2 people working at the payment window so orders can be taken quicker and that would mean food prep would be quicker because they don't have to take food orders. And the person who gets sent out to the row of parked cars waiting for their food could be used at the 2nd food window you have? I know the reason you ask cars to park up is so you can fudge the waiting time figures for cars waiting for food at the window. Burger King do the same. Employ more staff and become a fast food restaurant again.

This spot was great for a quick grub. Everything was good down to the customer service. The heating in this place was amazing

went into mcdonalds for my dinner using the food for thought promotion apparently you can only give good reviews as nicola gets very angry and confronts you saying she watches you on the camaras doing bad reviews then she goes to the food preperation area and decided to rant out loud about me using the promotion as a customer i shouldnt be able to see or hear her opinions about me or my order and the man in the dress refuses to acknowledge the poor customer service from the staff blaming me for creating a situation mcdonalds have nowhere to complain !!! All the staff work non stop i work across the road. You never have to wait long. Its very hard work dealing with hungry people and the whole team do an amazing job Karen Clark

I don't get to a McDonalds very often so this was a rare treat. I only did drive-thro and took the meals back to our rooms. However, I found all the staff to be friendly, polite and proficient and I thoroughly enjoyed my Double BigMac.
