Burger King in Swansea

A cancer patient presented an official card to a member of staff requesting to use the toilet (which was locked), due to effects of ongoing treatment. The staff member consulted two members of staff, before announcing that The company did not participate in any cancer support measures.

Ordered late in the evening on my last night at Swansea (as a masters student, so been here for four years and gutted to leave 😔). Not only was the food bang on, but a lovely note was scribbled on the inside of my nuggets box. It went a long way with me, I thought it was so kind and hope the staff on duty get praised for their sentiment.

We were order number 7 at 20:00. We didn’t receive our order and spoke to what we believe to be the manager. He sorted our order out straight away and made up for the mess. Very good manager. Fault tall young looking lad with darkish hair.

Great flame grilled burgers with lots of flavour.Try the super saver menu.Burger small fries and a drink for around £3.Excellent value for money and great for a quick snack.

Just the place to pop into when hungry, Standard fayre like every othr BK but tasty & great chips. Quick service, always freshly heated up rather than 'cooked' fresh if you understand me. Clean, pleasant staff. 1 issue was i had to pay 10p for 2 mayo but my friend wasn't asked to pay? They need to decide what it should be!

It’s okay but could be cleaner inside especially down stairs. Restaurant needs to be improved both in the service and presentation. Okay for a quick lunch.

Only wanted a quick bite and didn’t want to go far in the rain from the main shopping centre. Served quickly and sat to wait. Didn’t wait too long and all food was served lovely and fresh and hot. Would we visit again? Yes.

Even though it is junk food it is very filling and very tasteful I truly enjoy their burgers the prices are reasonable it’s clean and not over crowded love my junk food

Im always in burger king take my mobile phone and us app good value for money then and great food love it there this is were I go to have food in swansea take my family with me as well.

we were shopping on my daughters birthday 6/10/18 - she was hungry so we called in as we were in the market opposite awful took about 25 mins to get our food (had been served) standing like idiots waiting, people getting served about us - tea was cold the time food came plus it looked nothing like what was on the sign and was about the size of a kids happy meal burger (King Fish) - avoid go to Mcdonalds instead

Called in for a quick meal which was absolutely disgusting so much mayonnaise my chicken was sliding out of bread I left it the toilets were an absolute disgrace for shame on all you lot who just stood behind the counter absolute joke avoid like the plague

Before our latest visit to the Grand theatre we called in Burgerking for a quick meal food and service exellant,could not be faulted only black mark was the cleanliness of the toilets was very poor

Being served the guy got interrupted by another customer so he went to deal with them without finishing off our order leaving us waiting then we had a wait on our food which is ush anyway then while sitting down eating our food another staff member starts sweeping the floor under our feet. Where is the customer service Burger King? Also the toilets were a state, had to tell a member of staff about them so a male went in to the female toilets to sort it. Terrible!!

Enter Burger King. Usual, dreaded smell of fat from fryers. Stand in short line, deciding what to order. Our time comes to order. We're not ready. Our decision making is not happening fast enough for member of staff. Seconds pass. Literally seconds, not minutes... Member of staff goes from reasonable to full blown nuts within 10-15 seconds. Burger King employee screaming escalates from "next" to, "I'm Waiting!!!" at top of her voice for whole restaurant to enjoy.... Nuts! I responded and left her speechless as I pointed out her faults in a consumer driven market. My daughters and I thought I did well not to resort to obscenities given her disgraceful attitude and my just wanting to order one burger meal to go... The manager was on the ball and removed theBurger King employee very quickly to diffuse the situation. I do expect lower levels of service from fast food restaurants. I do NOT expect to be verbally abused when in line to order a burger. NEVER and I do mean NEVER again will I enter a Burger King fast food restaurant for my youngest child again. There are far too many restaurant competitors with far better menus and attitudes for me to 'tolerate' or teach my children that verbal abuse is acceptable.

Quick fast food, it is what it is but served by a friendly young lady was nice. Food served quickly, hot and as ordered, can't really add more !

Can get very crowded. You may have to queue. Usual range of drinks cold and hot and savoury and sweet snack. Central location in Swansea

I went to burger king in Swansea city centre and the chips and burger was nice tasy and was just chucked in the box the layout was nice inside burger king was clean and was in super clean .

Just the humble Chain but if you are in a hurry their burgers are fine. Chips are good too and they do include some salad items or have a more healthy offering other than a burger. Quick and efficient and they were busy too.

Try to avoid coming here as the tables are never cleaned or properly and the staff not very helpful or polite. It's fast food in theory but for the money, unless you need to grab and run then there is much better places around the...

Usually frequented by kids inside and smokers outside. It is what it is. A cheap eatery where you know exactly what you're going to get. I love Whopper meals, so we go back time and time again!

We sometimes call here if we can't be bothered to eat in a restaurant. The outside can be a bit scruffy on times, with the smokers using the exterior facilities. There can also be a problem with seagulls if anyone drops food. However, I do...

Despite previous negative reviews, I thought the service was great! Friendly and reasonably quick. The saver menu has several items for a pound, and there are usually vouchers available online. Chicken Fries are my guilty pleasure.

I spilt a whole cup of coffee on the stairs (my fault). Reported it due to the trip hazard, and was given a free replacement while the stairs were cleaned. Food was nice too.
