we were all ILL after eating some of our food from here it was really bad ended up giving it to the seagulls what we did eat effected us all. never again would we come here.

Very convenient if you are staying in the Premier Inn across the road, as well as good value for money. The only observation I would make is that they could do with a bit more circulation space in front of the counter. Other than that, the food was warm and tasty and the service was quick and pleasant. Harry who works there is nice.

Absolutely vile. For a shop that literally does cod and chips and no other fish/ sausages at all you’d expect it to at least be good. But youd be wrong. We stayed in an air b n b and the host said this was the most local one. Most wasted £39 we have ever spent. None of us could finish it. Seriously need to do better

This is for the second time when I am ordering from here and I didn’t get all the food which I ordered. I hope that next time ai will have a good experience.

Chips is the best here brilliantly made very good. The staff are quite friendly and good helpful, always first class services. Fish isn't to bad either, chips potions and the price is not bad

Never ever a terrible story. This place has been my favourite for years and has never disappointed with quality chicken cooked my way Very happy with pepes much better than nandos

Pleased to say the quality here is very high with welcoming service. The fish and chips we had from here on Saturday were excellent .

It’s shocking the prices are terrible and the portions and shocking a small chips has about 20 something in them won’t be going back

New Wing Stop in St James Quarter in Edinburgh is a must try. The service was super friendly (I wish I got the name of the young female), and wait was not too bad based on how busy/rushed off their feet they were. Would go again!

Me and my girlfriend came here as a change as it’s not our closest chippy but we are so glad we came because it was nothing short of amazing. The food was brilliant from the lovely chips to the perfectly cooked fish and we were so impressed. The customer service was really good too as I’ve been into other takeaways and they haven’t even spoken to me unless I was actually ordering some food so the atmosphere was a bit awkward but milnthorpe chippy was so nice as I felt so welcome and it was just a lovely atmosphere all together. Totally recommend and will definitely come again!

Chips are dry and sometimes brown overcooked and sometimes undercooked, you also need to learn how to cook scollops properly as everytime I get them they are undercooked in parts of the scollops. It's like they are rushing to cook and serve at the same time. Never again

Absolutely delicious and staff very friendly everything cooked fresh to order. I wouldn’t hesitate to go again perhaps try one of the burgers that sound delicious on the menu board
